Book two rooms six months early for my step daughter’s wedding and at the day when I was to get my rooms… found that they moved me to a different hotel all together. Because of their issues. It caused lots of hardships for the wedding.

Room on first floor with view of alley. Room had horrible lighting. No hand soap at sink in bathroom area. Bath salts on counter. The room had a shower not a tube m. We were so disappointed, we left a day early. I also had diarrhea afrer. Eating breakfast at your hotel. We won’t be back or recommend your hotel.

I called to inquire about an early check in. I understand why we couldn’t check in early however, the staff was very rude and short on the phone. The place was clean and check in was easy when we got there. The beds in the room are so hard. The room got hot at night and the air couldn’t keep up. The thermostat light was extremely bright and shined in our eyes all night. We were situated near the elevator. We heard every person coming to their rooms, all the way up until almost 3am. It was miserable since we had to wake up at 5:30am. We came back later in the morning to the restaurant. The lady working left us standing up at the front for 10 minutes before telling us she’d be with us soon. After another 5 minutes with us not being seated, we ended up leaving and going somewhere else. I don’t think I’d ever make reservations back at this hotel.
