We had the executive suite which was roomy, and a king bed (very comfortable!). Bathrobes & slippers, chocolates, and a personal note, as well as a complimentary beverage at the bar downstairs. Short walk to dining, shopping, and the Arc de Triumphe.

Excellent service. Very clean, excellent bed and roomy room. Well sized room. Breakfast option ok. No beer or other alcohol in the minibar. internet speed very slow/not suitable for streaming purposes. Very calm location.

5 stars for sure! We booked this hotel after having a horrid experience our first night at another location. This hotel had very friendly staff and even offered to check us in early if our room was available. Almost the whole staff was bi-lingual, which was great being from America. The accommodations were great and the morning breakfast spread was delicious. The location was very close to the metro and easy to get around. A huge bonus was that the property had an elevator so we didn’t have to haul luggage up the stairs.

Das Zimmer, das wir in der Deluxe-Kategorie gebucht hatten, war mit 30 qm überraschend groß für Paris und sogar mit einem kleinen Balkon ausgestattet, was den Charme noch erhöhte. Die geschmackvolle und moderne Einrichtung sowie die praktische Aufteilung von Bad und WC trugen erheblich zu unserem Wohlgefühl bei. Besonders die Kombination aus Dusche und Badewanne im Bad war ein Pluspunkt. Die Lage des Hotels konnte nicht besser sein – der Triumphbogen und die Champs-Élysées waren nur etwa 10 Minuten entfernt, und der Eiffelturm lag auch nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt. Dies machte es zum perfekten Ausgangspunkt für unsere Erkundungen in Paris. Ein kleines Missverständnis beim Check-out wegen der Abrechnung von zwei Wasserflaschen wurde vom Hotel schnell und zufriedenstellend gelöst. Die Parkmöglichkeiten an der Straße, die einfach per App zu handhaben sind, bieten eine flexible Lösung für Autofahrer. We had a great time there. We had to have a late check in but the crew was awesome and we had no problems. The room is clean and confortable, it is really close to the arc (5min) and to the tower (15min) walking. There is a bunch of cafés and restaurants around, it is close to subway stations, there is a bike parking so you can rent and bring it back in front of the hotel. I will look for the same hotel next time for sure.

The elevator is VERY old and has a max of 2 people. Not the regular elevator you see in a modern building. Bar was never opened so got our own liquor from Monoprix and the guy at the desk had no issue getting us ice. The pull out couch takes up any extra room you’d have if you were a couple with a kid. They’re literally right next to you. Having the big window was nice though and we could see the Eiffel Tower from our room but I would recommend renting an apartment for cheaper if you could because no one at the desk really talks to you. Oh and the “restaurant” only serves breakfast for a fee. Also DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KEY WITH THE FRONT DESK WHEN YOU GO OUT IN TOWN. Stayed 4 days and no one ever asked me for my key. Would I stay again? Absolutely

We got a big room with a table and some chairs. We love the size of the room, the bathroom was great with 2 sinks and big shower. There were big windows and sunlight was great. The location was very convenient walkable to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. I recommend this hotel and would stay there again. The staff was pleasant, friendly and helpful. The coffe machine did not work in our room and they gave us coffee every morning. An important point is they have elevator and ac works very well.

Hotel and services were nice, however, my cousin was all bitten up by bed bugs all around her body. I was told I would be getting a follow up email about an update on if they have found any bed bugs. I have gotten nothing. I took photos of all of her bites. I hope they can make it right.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização - muito próximo do metrô, Arco do Triunfo e Torre Eiffel. Conta com excelentes cafés e restaurantes logo na esquina. O banheiro é bem espaçoso e tem uma excelente ducha. Conta, inclusive, com um espaço que serve como penteadeira. O quarto era bem arrumadinho e confortável, apesar de pequeno (o que já sabíamos). Podíamos ouvir barulhos do andar de cima - apesar de não ter sido um grande incomodo. No geral, nos serviu muito bem durante as 4 diárias. O único porém fica para o cômodo em que fica o vaso sanitário. Infelizmente, o cheiro de urina era muito forte (como de um banheiro público).

The employees were very friendly and helpful. Wish I could give even a 4 star. However, There was a problem with the upstairs room Leaking into our bathroom and flooding the floor. Staff cleaned it up immediately and we didn’t experience it again. The floors could be cleaner. I dropped something and it rolled under the bed and it was totally filthy! From the surface this place looks great. But it could use a deep cleaning of the room and facility. And what’s with no wash cloths?? Loved the location and the restaurants and patisserie was very close. We easily walked to the Arch and Eiffel Tower. All and all it was a good stay.

All the staff members were amazing, a special thank you for the lovely lady at the breakfast. Everything was withing walking distance, and public transport was close by. Room to the street was not so quiet, there was some noise coming already after 5-6am and you can hear talking from the street.

The A/C wasn’t able to be controlled from the room, it has to be controlled from the front desk as a request & it never worked, every day the room was hot, even with the heaters off and the window opened.

Room not sound proof. You can hear people walking and talking.also there are workers outside the building and making a lot of noises. No proper luggage storage to keep them safe. It says air conditioning available but can not be use as it reaches the room temperature. Bed comfortable. Hotel walking distance to metro and Arc Triomphe.

The ac is locked and it was very warm in the room. The beds were uncomfortable and small. The location worked for our trip but I wouldn't stay there again. The lattes were great but it is Paris after all.

We were there during the Olympics. It was in a convenient location with access to restaurants and train transportation. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We were able to extend or stay too. Thank you for a great stay.

Overall the staff was excellent. We had a small child and they were accommodative. Helped us a lot with microwaving some food and other stuff for us.

I checked really early at 9am and I was allowed to wait in the office and eat breakfast until my room was ready. They were able to get my room cleaned and ready for my by 11:30 even though checkin wasn’t until 3pm.

Angela at the check-in desk was outstanding!! Too bad this hotel is closing for renovations. Was a gem in Paris, close to metro stations and had many good restaurants next door and within walking distance. Absolutely loved my stay!!!

5 stars for sure! We booked this hotel after having a horrid experience our first night at another location. This hotel had very friendly staff and even offered to check us in early if our room was available. Almost the whole staff was bi-lingual, which was great being from America. The accommodations were great and the morning breakfast spread was delicious. The location was very close to the metro and easy to get around. A huge bonus was that the property had an elevator so we didn’t have to haul luggage up the stairs.

The hotel was very accommodating. They held our luggage after check out. The lobby is bright and cheerful. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It was walking distance to all of the sites. I will stay here again when in Paris.

Enjoyed a very nice stay at the Hotel. The employees were very helpful and accomodating. Rooms were spacious and clean. Very happy with Hotel Location between Arch de Triumf and Eiffel tower. 15 min walk to both sites and easy access to Metro and buss as well.

I would stay here again. I think that's the most important point when reviewing a hotel. Sevigne Hotel is on a quiet street but just a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, Eiffel Tower, the Seine River, and more. If you happen to be a runner, you will appreciate the huge just 1500m from the hotel. The rooms are clean and well appointed. If you know Europe, the rooms are smaller than a typical American hotel room, but that just comes with the geography. We had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. A few meters away, you have your choice of three cafes. We especially enjoyed Belloy.

The hotel is very small but pretty decent. However, they protrayed it to be much closer to Eiffel tower but it was not. It was at least 20-25 mins walk to Eiffel tower and about 30 mins drive from Gare Du Nord. Champs Elysee was a closer walk and good for dining and shopping options. One great thing was good Air con in the room for which we were very happy! Europe is not equipped for hot weather and it was too hot everywhere. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you don’t mind walking a lot or will use Public transport anyway.

Hotel com quartos renovados/modernos e limpos. Muito bem localizado, perto de restaurantes, mini mercados e fica entre 2 estações de metro. Excelente para um hotel 3 estrelas, à exceção do pequeno-almoço, pela falta de variedade e falta de qualidade.

All the staff members were amazing, a special thank you for the lovely lady at the breakfast. Everything was withing walking distance, and public transport was close by. Room to the street was not so quiet, there was some noise coming already after 5-6am and you can hear talking from the street.

My stay at Hotel De Sevigne was fantastic, the location of the hotel leave you in the middle of the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower . You can walk either direction and still explore a landmark. It’s walking distance to the shopping area and train station. There’s a McDonald’s in the shopping Area. My room was comfy and warm with Aloy of complimentary snacks. The bed was firm , good for my back, since it France, the room is small, with a balcony. unlike NY apartments where we like it big and roomy. The staff are friendly and polite. There’s an African Restaurant and bar and pizza place I. Front of the hotel. I will definitely go back .

The elevator is VERY old and has a max of 2 people. Not the regular elevator you see in a modern building. Bar was never opened so got our own liquor from Monoprix and the guy at the desk had no issue getting us ice. The pull out couch takes up any extra room you’d have if you were a couple with a kid. They’re literally right next to you. Having the big window was nice though and we could see the Eiffel Tower from our room but I would recommend renting an apartment for cheaper if you could because no one at the desk really talks to you. Oh and the “restaurant” only serves breakfast for a fee. Also DO NOT LEAVE YOUR KEY WITH THE FRONT DESK WHEN YOU GO OUT IN TOWN. Stayed 4 days and no one ever asked me for my key. Would I stay again? Absolutely
