20 minute walk to st Stephan Platz 10 minutes to Prater. Nice hotel, wonderful breakfast, a couple of nice restaurants nearby. Parking in the building is very expensive but there is a private parking lot costing 1/3 just 3 minutes walking nearby.

Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. There are several very good restaurants within easy walk and it's an easy drive, or long walk to the center of the historic part of Vienna. A quiet and clean place to recharge after a day of long day of exploration. Nice patio and very good breakfast.

This is located about a 15-20 minute safe and easy walk from the city center / St Stephen’s. It’s a 4 minute walk to the Prater and the transportation center. The walk is safe at night. The street is quiet. Staff are wonderful! The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast eggs, sausage bacon yogurt fruit cheeses meats pastries breads jams espresso tea and all sorts of delicious offerings. There is a bar. The hotel is very clean!

Helt ok boende. Dock lite märklig doft i rummet och i korridorerna. Aircondition funkade bra. Bra med garage i samma byggnad om man kommer med bil. Obs! Reservera plats innan dock. Frukosten mycket bra. Personalen i receptionen var väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma.

A very nicely appointed hotel (used to be a residential building). Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and linens. Artwork! A working fridge! Everyone in the hotel is extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast has met and exceeded all our expectations! A must visit cozy place in a convenient location.

We enjoyed our two night stay. The location is very convenient to transit. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast options, and the cookies in the lobby in the evenings for advent. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully appointed with easy storage, ledge in bathroom for toiletries, reading lights and comfortable beds. I would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel. It is very stylish and modern. Me and my family booked three rooms. We were very pleased with the whole atmosphere. Our stay was not perfect because we had not air conditioning in any of our three suites, during ourfour nights of stay. I guess it is not acceptable for this cathegory of hotel not to offer air conditioning, without a plausible reason. Sad, because the hotel could be near perfect.

The hotel is well maintained with friendly staff and fine facilities. Their breakfast buffet included in the room rate featured a wide variety of good quality food choices. The area is a bit off from the center of Vienna but quiet. One recommendation is to improve air conditioning in the room which was not adequate. The room felt warm and extremely humid and there was no way to adjust to lower temperature which is very limiting. Overall, good hotel and experience.

Location great, hotel staff very friendly buffet breakfast excellent. However disappointed that we were not informed in advance of adjoining building works which started at 7 am each morning. Room rather warm and difficult to cool especially as opening window allowed more of the building noise to be audible .

Nice hotel but for the price they could be better. No complimentary water or basic tea bags just flavoured teas. mid-September with the whole hotels air con turned off. Our room was 25 degrees despite having the one window open all day. We were told to turn the heating off and open the window both very obvious things we'd already done. With the window open at night there were plenty of noises keeping us awake so they need to reconsider their timing for A/C - Heating was obviously not required on a hot sunny weekend. Breakfast is good though very busy, had a pub atmosphere the second morning, maybe unlucky with a stag doo crowd? Didn't have any nice sausages for Austria which was a surprise. Good location for using the public transport, easy links to and from the airport and around the city using a 48 hour pass.

We left a personal handwritten note for the staff but I’d like to reiterate that our stay at Der Wilhelmshof was spectacular! Excellent location, amenities, nice and comfortable room, heated floor in the bathroom was A+. Fantastic breakfast, hotel is of very nice taste of decoration. Staff was the best part of it all. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! We recommend Der Whilhemshof wholeheartedly! It was our 1st time visiting Vienna and this hotel exceeded exemplary standards. The staff was always smiling and welcoming, providing toiletries when requested, rooms were exceptionally clean, beds were comfortable, bar service was great and we love that they are a sustainable hotel. Additionally, we love that each floor had a different artwork design. The breakfast was also a plus! So delicious and refreshing. Der Whilhemshof made our stay in Vienna a memorable one. We stayed at other hotels in Prague and Budapest - NOTHING compares to the customer service of the hotel here. Thank you again. We can't wait to visit again.

Very unassuming Hotel, slightly on the outskirts of the main City Centre but 5 mins walk to all the major train, tram and bus stations. Very easy connection straight to the airport for only €3 per passenger. Staff were very friendly and hospitable, breakfast was above average, rooms were clean, large and very comfy. The toilet was on the larger size and a very large walk in shower Would gladly stay here again and you cant ask for more especially at the very affordable pricing. Thank you, Marc

I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Der Wilhelmshof. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The location is only 5 minutes from Praterstern so good connections to the airport and city centre, and the Ringstraße is only a 15 minute walk. There are lots of bars and restaurants around, so it’s a great place to stay. I will definitely stay here next time I’m in Vienna.

Excellent breakfast ,very comfortable bed,the hotel was spotless.Very guiet at night no traffic noise just the sound of birds singing.The hotel is very conveniently located-,less than 5 mins walk to 2 stations and Stephanplatz is only 2 stops on the U1(5-6 mins).Very close to Prater park and it's Ferris wheel and amusements.

This was a nice hotel, very clean and good breakfast. The only inconvenience was the location which is very far from city Center and requires either public transport or taxi to get to some of the main attractions of Vienna. But the hotel itself was very nice.

Loved the look and feel of the hotel. Felt like we walked into a modern art gallery. Every room in the main hotel felt like an exciting discovery. The organic and locally sourced breakfast was a lovely and much needed extra touch as I competed during the stay, so was well fuelled on race day. The room was clean and the size was great. Will definitely stay here again if in Vienna.
