ここはとにかく酷い。フロントには誰もおらず(通路の奥まった場所)、部屋は暗く、冷暖房なし、冷蔵庫なし、週末の観光の情報も得られない。同一価格帯のホテルを一度見られたら良いのでは、とさえ思う品質の悪さ。私は出張でｳｨｰﾝに来る時は毎週ホテルを変えていろいろ経験してきたが、ここは最悪に近い。

Schönes Hotel, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gut gelegen, um Wien kennen zu lernen. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn und dann in 7 Stationen mitten in die Stadt.

Das Hotel Viktoria ist ein nettes 3 - Sterne Haus. Wir kannten es von einem Aufenthalt 2018 und waren uns bewusst, dass wir keinen Luxus erwarten konnten. Das Doppelzimmer mit Balkon ist aber wirklich nett, nur das Badezimmer leider klein (kaum Abstellfläche für Toilettesachen). Das Doppelbett ist sehr gut, und das Zimmer für 2 Personen sicher groß genug. Wir wussten, dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt. Dass es ausgerechnet während unseres Aufenthaltes in Wien so extrem heiß sein würde, dafür kann niemand etwas. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder für kürzere Wienbesuche - allerdings wahrscheinlich nicht mehr im Hochsommer.

Conviently located next to Schönbrunn and close to the metro. Definitely an older property with few amenties, but a more affordable option than others in Vienna. The plumbing is old so the bathroom had a bit of a smell and also there is no AC so keep in mind for the summer.

Parken ist ein Problem, wie überall in Wien. Unterkunft selbst ist alt-klassische-Wien Still, aber sehr gut enthalten und man reißt angenehm in die Vergangenheit und lebt in den Luxus von damals

It's next to the Schonbrunn palace and next to the metro. Very comfortable and good, knowledgeable staff. Only issue is that there's no AC, but other than that it's a good hotel.

Hotel praticamente davanti a Schönbrun, un po’ datato ma pulito e in buone condizioni generali. Bagno nuovo e funzionale. Ascensore pulito. Colazione migliorabile (per 12€ al giorno l’offerta è un po’ misera, non ho visto traccia di uova e roba calda quasi zero). Rapporto qualità-prezzo abbastanza onesto considerata la posizione. Personale gentilissimo.

This is a lovely little hotel. Very professional staff extremely clean and quiet. Located right by the Schonbrunn palace it is just a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of lovely restaurants, bakeries and shops. The Palace grounds are beautiful and huge. While not right in the city centre I preferred staying here as the restaurants are cheaper and there is more of a local flavour. Wonderful hotel.

Frühstück erst ab 8:00, obwohl auf der Homepage 7:30 angegeben wird, was uns vom äußerst unfreundlichen Personal nicht mal geglaubt wurde. Ungut mit 2 hungrigen Kleinkindern. Außerdem ist die Qualität des Angebots den Preis bei weitem nicht wert. Der Frühstücksraum ist im feucht-kalten Keller. Zimmer prinzipiell ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Am abgewohnten Teppich waren noch die Haar-Büschel von den vorigen Gästen zu finden. Lage super für Schönbrunn-Besuch.

We did not have a good experience. The hotel is old, clean but worn out facilities. Bathroom old, scuffed door. Window old. Bathtub drain clogged. It needed to be urgently renovated, especially the bathroom.

The area where the hotel was situated was really good, lots of restaurants and shops, also the underground was a two minute walk away. Schonbrunn was also just across the road. The hotel itself was abit outdated, and the sheets were never changed in the four nights we were there, even though we requested it. Three beds in one room was too much as you could not move around the room.

Hotel was in a good location for transport and to visit the palace. Staff were helpful and friendly and rooms were clean. Couldnt hear anyone in other rooms. Lots of great restaurants and bakeries nearby.

Altes Hotel mit Wiener Charakter. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung. Personal aufmerksam. Lage bestens. U4 2 min. zu Fuß . Schönbrunn zu Fuß erreichbar. Genügend Lokale um die Ecke. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.

Schönes Hotel, zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr gut gelegen, um Wien kennen zu lernen. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn und dann in 7 Stationen mitten in die Stadt.

This is a lovely little hotel. Very professional staff extremely clean and quiet. Located right by the Schonbrunn palace it is just a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of lovely restaurants, bakeries and shops. The Palace grounds are beautiful and huge. Conviently located next to Schönbrunn and close to the metro. Definitely an older property with few amenties, but a more affordable option than others in Vienna. The plumbing is old so the bathroom had a bit of a smell and also there is no AC so keep in mind for the summer.

The area where the hotel was situated was really good, lots of restaurants and shops, also the underground was a two minute walk away. Schonbrunn was also just across the road. The hotel itself was abit outdated, and the sheets were never changed in the four nights we were there, even though we requested it. Three beds in one room was too much as you could not move around the room.

Frühstück erst ab 8:00, obwohl auf der Homepage 7:30 angegeben wird, was uns vom äußerst unfreundlichen Personal nicht mal geglaubt wurde. Ungut mit 2 hungrigen Kleinkindern. Außerdem ist die Qualität des Angebots den Preis bei weitem nicht wert. Der Frühstücksraum ist im feucht-kalten Keller. Zimmer prinzipiell ok, mehr aber auch nicht. Am abgewohnten Teppich waren noch die Haar-Büschel von den vorigen Gästen zu finden. Lage super für Schönbrunn-Besuch.

Hotel praticamente davanti a Schönbrun, un po’ datato ma pulito e in buone condizioni generali. Bagno nuovo e funzionale. Ascensore pulito. Colazione migliorabile (per 12€ al giorno l’offerta è un po’ misera, non ho visto traccia di uova e roba calda quasi zero). Rapporto qualità-prezzo abbastanza onesto considerata la posizione. Personale gentilissimo.
