部屋は清潔で、バスルームは使いやすかった。 2ベッドルームでしたが、小さい方の部屋はクロゼットが無く、裏部屋の様だったので、洗濯物を干したり、買ってきた物を置く部屋にしていた。室内のインテリアはシンプルでモダンで気に入ったが、室内に段差があるので、スーツケースを運び入れるのに苦労した。共用の有料のランドリーがあると聞いていたが無かったが、アイロンなしの水洗いなら1袋10ユーロで洗濯をしてもらえたのは良かった。シュテファン寺院などの中心地が近い割には静かだった。 1人15ユーロ出すと、バスケットに入ったパン、ジュース、りんごの簡単な朝食を部屋まで運んでくれる、ちょっと高いと思ったが、パンは焼きたてで美味しく、ジャムが数種類、ー、バターやレバーパテなどもあり、余った分をキープして翌日は自分でパンを買って食べられたので、結果的には経済的だった。バスローブは有料で借りられる(結局借りなかったが)。全体としては、快適であった。

Beautiful apartment hotel in Vienna, superb location. We had a very spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and pull out couch (that essentially became another bedroom for our girls when doors were shut), 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen. Super clean. The air conditioning units for the living room and main bedroom were awesome, as we were in the middle of a heat wave. We arrived in Vienna 30 minutes early for check in and the young man at the check in desk wasn’t the friendliest- seemed very perturbed that we would do this. So we hung out until 2:50 when he decided we could enter the apartment. Other than that, the other employees were very nice and it was a wonderful stay.

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy as was check out. We left our bags for a couple of hours whilst we enjoyed our last day in Vienna. The room was clean and the kitchen area was well equipped with utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Salt,pepper, coffee pods and teabags. The hotels maintenance came within a couple of minutes after calling. The problem was dealt with quickly. We loved our stay. The hotel is a short walk from the CAT train from the airport and in the heart of Vienna.

Very clean and well stuffed appartment. Love Nespresso mashine and provided coffee. Bed was comfortably, pillow soft enough, clean sheets. No on-site parking. Hotel staff referred to the next street parking for 30 euros a night.

No better place to stay - location in Innere Stadt close to Stefansdom, easy arrival/departure; in fine building, with a rather special lift!; Reception and all staff efficient and friendly; apartment very comfortable and well equipped. It has been an excellent base for our week in Vienna.

Stayed in a studio apartments. Great value for money in central Vienna and spotlessly clean. Staff super nice and helpful. Whilst not boutique hotel luxury, they get the basics right - comfy bed, black out curtains, soundproofing etc. Highly recommend, especially to those travelling with families.

Fantastic location on a quiet street, but walking distance to many nearby attractions. The property was immaculately clean and housekeeping staff were efficient and timely. The rooms were large and had everything we needed, including a small but functional kitchen, and a nice crib for our infant. We were impressed from the moment we arrived and were very glad we stayed here, and would happily do so again.

Very centrally located, yet on a quiet street. Same block as the police station - so it ought to be safe! Spacious rooms. We were emailing them since our train was running late, and the front desk was quick to respond with restaurant availability etc.

It was exactly as promised. The room was quite large, we had a small kitchenette and a great espresso maker. It was clean and quiet. The building was lovely and staff was excellent. Only issue is that in our studio there were two steps inside the room between the bedroom and the bathroom...little challenging in the middle of the night so if that is an issue for you, ask ahead of time! Loved it!

Had a good stay, we were upgraded to a deluxe suite. We had so much room. Apartment was in a quiet location and close enough to walk to the main attractions. Restaurants nearby. Furnishing was nice. I would stay here again. The only thing I would change is the pillows on the bed, they were too hard for me.

The property is very spacious and centrally located. Everything was within a few minutes walk. We had no problems with the apartment, it was clean and comfortable. However, management was slow in responding to my emails. I happened to leave an item in the apartment on check-out day. I immediately emailed the office saying that if they found it I would pay the courier and any handling fees for them to ship it to me. I initially didn’t get a response and had to keep following up to hear back from them. Our back and forth emails took about a week until I concluded that they wouldn’t find it. While I understand that they might not be able to find it for me, the slow communication showed a lack of urgency and care are the matter.

Stop looking! This is THE place. Clean, safe, friendly, gorgeous interiors, spacious, comfortable beds, updated rooms in an older mansion (combo of old details with new convenience). We had the best stay here. All the niceties and very thoughtful appointments and services. The front desk people were amazing. And bag storage!

I liked my stay at the hotel. Everything is great. When you get to the hotel, there is no lobby with reception you can walk to. You have to press the button for reception and they let you in. The reception is one floor up in a room. Just a little bit of trouble with check-in. But I would stay. Walking distance to Innere Stadt historical area.

Beautiful room in excellent location. Easy walking to stephenplatz and underground. Great restaurant 2 mins walk. Shops right around the corner! My only complaint would be they supplied tea and coffee in the room but no milk.
