Compartimento onde fica o chuveiro estava quebrado e havia um vazamento embaixo da pia e outro que saía do aquecedor, molhando um rolo de papel higiênico inteiro (quarto 219) A localização é boa, tamanho do quarto bom. Não havia tv, confesso que quando reservei não reparei e não há nada escrito sobre tv, mas confesso que é o primeiro hotel que vejo sem. Café da manhã bom. O banheiro que precisa desses reparos. Como íamos embora no dia seguinte não deu tempo de reclamar. Chegamos praticamente pra dormir e sair na manhã seguinte. Obs: o app não está me deixando carregar as fotos do banheiro molhado.

1. It looks new and clean. No carpet in the room (good). A lot of storage space and the table is very big. It feels like a dormitory. 2. The bathroom is extremely tiny even for me (5 feet 4 and no more than 115 pounds) so I had to be careful not to hit the wall when showering. 3. Breakfast was fine. Staff was kind. 4. Not so much traffic sound in the night but the guests in other rooms were a bit loud. Since the streets are quiet in the late evening, walking on Wiedner Gürtel first rather than on Schelleeingasse right away may be safe for single traveler. But in general the neighborhood is safe and has little traffic. It is a bit like hostel with private bathroom. In general it is a lovely hotel.

A szoba nagyon egyszerű volt, de nem volt takarítás, a wc büdösödött 2 nap után, el is dugult. A fal foltos volt, és még egy rágó is volt felragasztva a falra. Nincs semmi hangszigetelés, ezért amikor odaköltöztek a folyosóra mások is, nem tudtam aludni, mert hajnal 1-kor is még csapkodák az ajtót és felébredtem. A személyzet viszont nagyon-nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A reggeli finom.

Ich hab mir echt was anderes vorgestellt bei der Buchung. Ich hatte nicht mal einen Fernseher im Zimmer. Das Licht war am Eingang und eine Tischlampe. Das Bad war neu und ordentlich.

Maybe a little more personality to the room -- another painting, a rug, a couple of fake plants, some wall hooks, a shelf that pulls out in the bathroom to set your toiletries on because the shelves across from toilet are too narrow and high up and not convenient to the sink.

Missing details….we had no heat at all in room. We did enquire and were told it “ would com on “ but it never did. We had to ask for a second pillow. A waste bin req in bathroom, more than 2 hangers each, and in our room, only one bedside light available. Breakfast was fine except a cut up fruit salad would have been good. Very good idea for jam and marmalade. Excellent shower. A bath mat would stop water running under glass door.

We knew this property is normally student accommodation, but as we were out all of the time that was ok. The room was big enough, comfortable, clean and the shower / bathroom was fine. Room serviced every day. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Particular mention for Agnes on Reception. Very friendly, helpful and interesting to talk to. She demonstrates the welcoming attitude to the people who work here that enhanced our stay in Vienna. Thanks !!

Great for what you are paying. If you need a fancy spot then it’s definitely not for you, but if you are looking for a safe, comfortable, clean spot just for the night then it’s perfect. Amazing location, two minute walk to the metro and then 10 minutes to the centre of town. Highly reccomend!

Manche Zimmermädchen lassen das Fenster nach der Reinigung gekippt, was in der Winterzeit keine gute Idee ist. Abgesehen davon heizt das Hotel zum Fenster hinaus. Auch eine Intervention an der Reception schaffte nicht Abhilfe. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, besonders auch mit dem Frühstücksbüffet.

Helt greit hotell, enkelt, men stort rom, rent og beliggende i et rolig område nær sentralstasjon og u-bahn. Nær Belvedere slit og park, 10 minutter med U-barn til sentrum. Tog til flyplass ca 25 minutter.

It is a run down place. The floors looked like they have been there from the sixties and the walls wherent painted in resent years. Morning buffet was bland and the warm food was cold.

A szoba nagyon egyszerű volt, de nem volt takarítás, a wc büdösödött 2 nap után, el is dugult. A fal foltos volt, és még egy rágó is volt felragasztva a falra. Nincs semmi hangszigetelés, ezért amikor odaköltöztek a folyosóra mások is, nem tudtam aludni, mert hajnal 1-kor is még csapkodák az ajtót és felébredtem. A személyzet viszont nagyon-nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A reggeli finom.
