From someone who can easily adjust to anything. I BARELY felt comfortable here. The first night was a disaster Only if i could post the videos and pictures. You would not want to stay here, however i spoke to the manager the next day and they moved me to a better room. Vladi (staff in the PM) even apologized to me. The internet doesnt work often. There are better options for the same price in VIENNA. Thats all. P.s: there is not AC in the rooms. The small heater(wall radiator) dnt blow cold air

Hotellet er placeret ved et vejkryds hvor sporvogne krydser. Når sporvogne passerer lyder der meget høj støj. Dette i perioden fra kl. 5 til 24. Går ud over over nattesøvnen. ingen aircondition så vinduet måtte være åbent. Ellers udmærket hotel.

Ficamos no último quarto do hotel. Apesar de espaçoso, não tinha cortina na imensa parede de vidro, o que tornava o quarto quente (o ar condicionado não dava conta) e claro já às 5h da manhã. Solicitamos troca de quarto, mas não havia disponibilidade. Não tinha cofre, nem frigobar. O café da manhã era bom.

We stayed at 7th floor and there was no wifi connection. İ'm not saying it's slow. İt's nonexistent. We stayed at 4 people room as a family and there were two glasses so we asked the reception for 2 more glasses but they said they didn't have any without even checking. İ don't know why they didn't put 4 glasses for a 4 people room. (The glasses was in the bathroom) There were no slippers. There wasn't a mini fridge/minibar at room. The AC was old. The reception didn't mind our requests. At least the room was big enough. The rooms are really clean too. İt was close to metro. Not suitable for long stays.

午前中にフロントでスーツケースを預けてお出かけ。 帰り電車の大幅な遅延でホテル到着が23時過ぎだったのですが、フロントが閉まっておりスーツケースを取り出すことができませんでした。 時間外チェックインでルームキーのみセルフで受け取れたので、部屋に入ることはできました。 部屋で仮眠して、翌朝フロントまでスーツケースを取りに行くことになったので、チェックイン時間については要注意です。 宿泊した部屋は老朽化が目立ち、特にトイレやシャワーブースなど水回りの改善が必要かもしれません。 ただ、一泊や仮眠する程度なら我慢できる範囲です。 スタッフさんは親切で、朝食は美味しかったです。 ウィーン西駅から徒歩圏内でアクセスは便利ですし、周辺ホテルの相場よりもコスパはいいので、値段相応だと思います。 ウィーン西駅から空港まで直行のバスが運行されているので利用しました。

Hotellet har ett mycket bra läge med spårvagnshållplats precis utanför och tunnelbanestation på 5-7 min gångavstånd. Maria Hilferstrasse och Schönbrunn ligger också inom hyfsat gångavstånd. Parkering i garage alldeles bredvid hotellet. Frukosten var sisådär och vi bor här gärna igen men då tar vi utan frukost och äter på närliggande cafeer istället. Rummet vi fick för familj m 2 barn var rymligt med bra AC.

Fairly basic hotel on the edge of the central district. Room was clean and comfortable, but hallways and common areas were very run down. Our room didn’t have a window over the busy street, so it was quiet. Hotel is at the intersection of two tram lines and well connected to transit, regional rail and U-Bahn station is walkable. It was a bit overpriced for what you get, but this was during the Christmas season so not surprising.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Die Zimmer, sowie das Bad sehen zwar auf den ersten Blick sauber aus aber bei genauerem hinsehen merkt man, dass es nur oberflächlich gesäubert wurde. Bei unserem Aufenthalt (wir waren 2 Nächte dort) wurde nicht mal das Bett gemacht. Das Frühstück bestand aus Mini-Aufbacksemmeln und -Croissants. Die Marmelade musste man auf den Teller klatschen, sowie den Honig (es gab keine kleinen Schälchen). Die Auswahl der übrigen Speisen war auch eher dürftig. Der Preis für die Übernachtung ist viel zu teuer für das Hotel. Unser Fazit, eimal und nie wieder

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings wurde es einmal nicht frisch gemacht und das nächste Mal sehr oberflächlich, d.h. Frische Handtücher wurden hingelegt, aber die nassen nicht mitgenommen. Personal war sehr freundlich, und Frühstück war gut.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super, aber der Zustand des Zimmers ist nicht gut! Es wirkt wie eine Jungendherberge. Die Betten sind alt und gacksen bei jeder Bewegung. Der Duschvorhang im Bad ist verschimmelt. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nix Dolles.

Hotel ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Der Mülleimer wurde ab dem zweiten Tag nicht mehr geleert. Der Boden wurde nicht gereinigt trotz deutlich erkennbaren Staubfusseln. Es gibt zu wenige Steckdosen. Trotz Nachfrage bei der Rezeption gab es nur arabische Fernsehprogramme. Das Frühstück war akzeptabel. Dennoch werde ich diese Hotel nicht mehr buchen.

The walls were very thin so it was hard to sleep when I could hear the conversations in the room next to me. The fire alarm went off at 4am and we all had to evacuate. The bed was noisy and not very comfortable. Cleanliness was okay but the room felt outdated. A fridge or kettle would have been nice

Hôtel à proximité des principaux monuments et musées (15-20 minutes en transports et 40-45 minutes à pied). Il y avait un tram à quelques mètres de l'hôtel. Nous étions dans une chambre calme, sans bruits de l'extérieur, même en ayant les fenêtres ouvertes. Le seul point négatif c'est que la chambre était au 6ème étage, il faisait très chaud, mais avec les fenêtres légèrement ouvertes, la température était agréable. Je trouve que le prix que j'ai payé était très correct.

Stayed for 1 night before heading to Salzburg. Self check in after late arrival was pretty easy. Got very odd room, a bit creepy honestly. Windows going out to some kind of closed walls patio with what looked like emergency stairs, no view at all. Felt like basement, and felt not safe there. The beds were o.k. May be we were out of luck to get this specific room. I guess the normal room with a normal view would have change the whole experience. The service at the reception was good, check in and out quick and friendly.

The shower holder was broken, what I realised after being woke up by the people passing by the hallway. You also hear your room neighbours snoring and when the room next door got clean it felt like they had opened up a construction side. Do they have to clean on Sundy morning 09:00 AM?!?! Anyway, after reporting the shower issue and demanding an other room with a working shower which the staff refused I hope this hotel gets overhalled as soon as possible since it was taken over. I can not recommend this place in any way, they just squeeze the last bucks out of it and they really don't give a ...

Good place to stay a day or two. Near to the centre and good transport options. Predrag was very helpful. We needed a kettle and iron and he arranged so quick. Will stay there again. Breakfast hot food option is only scrambled egg but has various other cold options.

The staff at the front desk were super friendly and the breakfast room staff were very nice as well. Good location and the room was clean, it had all the amenities that I needed. Would definitely recommend for solo travellers!

Very kind staff definitely will visit again! this hotel has a great location, good restaurants in the area and its well connected with public transportation we just had some issues with the wifi.

Great location with perfect walking distance to grocery shops, great coffee shops and restaurants. We walked to the city centre which was super easy. Staff is very well trained and friendly. Advise this place.

Stayed for 1 night before heading to Salzburg. Self check in after late arrival was pretty easy. Got very odd room, a bit creepy honestly. Windows going out to some kind of closed walls patio with what looked like emergency stairs, no view at all. Felt like basement, and felt not safe there. The beds were o.k. May be we were out of luck to get this specific room. I guess the normal room with a normal view would have change the whole experience. The service at the reception was good, check in and out quick and friendly.

“I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and the room I was given on the 6th floor on the first day was an absolute disaster. It was so shockingly poorly maintained that I couldn’t believe the hotel considered it acceptable for guests. Thankfully, I demanded a room change the next day, and while the 5th-floor room was at least tolerable, it still didn’t make up for the awful experience of the first night. However, the male staff member who assisted me was exceptionally kind and professional, which helped ease some of the frustration I had with the overall situation.”

Older property, really well-located in a bohemian inner suburb of Vienna. Lots of bars and restaurants within easy reach. Great local pastry and coffee shop nearby. Excellent self-service laundromat very close. Tram access to stations and central Vienna.

Hotellet låg bra till om man har för avsikt att åka kommunalt (2-dagarskort för ca €14, i jan -24). Vill man bara gå så är det en bra bit till det mesta utom Westbahnhof. Spårvagnen går precis utanför hotellet och Westbahnhof ligger ca 7 min gångväg bort. Dock så finns det många trevliga restauranger i närområdet. Hotellet är helt okej, men skulle behöva lite uppfräschning i korridorerna. Rummet var fint och badrummet likaså, dock så läckte det vatten ut på golvet från duschen. Rummet luktade även rök, tyckte jag, men min sambo reagerade inte lika mycket på det. Kan även ha kommit från klimatanläggningen, för jag upplevde det som att det luktade mer när den var igång. Sängarna var dock sköna och rummet var stort, så överlag var vi nöjda ändå. Frukost ingick dessvärre inte utan kostade €24 extra per dag för två personer, så vi åt där bara en gång. Det var inget fel på frukosten, men vi gick ner till Westbahnhof de andra dagarna och åt godare frukost till lägre pris. Frukosten serveras även i en restaurang som ligger 30 meter från hotellets entré.

Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, allerdings wurde es einmal nicht frisch gemacht und das nächste Mal sehr oberflächlich, d.h. Frische Handtücher wurden hingelegt, aber die nassen nicht mitgenommen. Personal war sehr freundlich, und Frühstück war gut.

Das Hotel befindet sich in zentraler Lage. Die Korridore wirken etwas abgewohnt, die Zimmer hingegen sind sehr sauber. Die Betten sind zwar etwas härter, aber gut zu liegen. I know this is not a fancy hotel but I think what we got was far less than what was paid. Family room had nothing apart from beddings and towels. Coffee/tea was on sale in the lobby for 2 euros. Breakfast was same old boring stuff each day with salty scrambled eggs. Probably not visiting Vienna in a while but, if I did, I'll avoid this one.

The staff was great with check-in and helping give advice and directions. The room showed definite wear and tear with the shower and toilet workable but with some issues. There is no fan or AC so it would get pretty hot in the room. The location was close to public transportation which was really convenient to get downtown. There was a market and a few restaurants nearby which was also convenient.
