This is a very nice new property that has some kinks to work out. After a very long day of state powerlifting my son and I get to our room to relax and watch TV. TV had no connection and they couldnt fix it. We couldnt log in to Netflix, Prime, Nothing. We were not offered another room, just that someone will be out the next day to fix. One elevator side didnt work. Staff was very friendly and trying their very best. The morning breakfast was good and the lady setting up was very nice and helped the kids with waffles :) Overall it is a very nice convient hotel with a few kinks.

Some of the people here are great, others are simply terrible. Hotel didn't have standard room ready 30 min before check-in, and would not allow us to use the pool despite having 2 kids and being long time members of the Marriott brand. It's a new hotel so everyone is on edge, but they should err on the side of BETTER service and not on following rules. Also they encouraged us to use the pool on our first stay, then later told us we had to leave because the water was green and there might be dangerous chemicals. 😂 Management here needs work. Finally the king rooms are Tokyo-airport level small. If you're an American traveler you might not enjoy the space-capsule like feel.

Stay was overall good. They do charge a non refundable $100 pet fee. If I had known this, would not have stayed here. We also booked for 4 people. Room had a couch that could not open all the way. (See photo)

Super convenient location and we loved all the amenities - the heated pool, fire pit out front, pergola with a grill available to use next to the pool. Free hot breakfast was great. We had a great time and will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

This was an amazing place. This is the only hotel I will stay in Abilene, TX from now on. It was super clean, excellent service provided by staff, amazing breakfast, and great pool!!

New, very clean and nice place. Large, comfortable suites with fridge/sink/basic food ware. We stayed with dog and property has large, mowed grass area next door which was perfect spot to walk dog etc. Breakfast had a nice selection. We will definitely stay again…good value.

The room was really nice. Modern. Nice kitchen. Items available for bbq, extra kitchen items too. Good breakfast! We would have benifited from cabinets for clothes. Super friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again.

Drain in shower wouldn’t drain, using flashlight we discovered a massive wad of hair stuck that my husband had to pull out. It was absolutely disgusting. The lady at check in was rude, we mentioned ahead that we would have our dog and at check in we were greeted with “you do know we have a pet fee?” like yes I’m aware but no need to be rude about it or make it seem like I can’t afford it, her tone was awful.

The stay was okay, but when we got to the room the toilet was stopped up. They sent someone to unclog the toilet and he said it was fixed but it never would flush completely even after trying multiple times.

This is a new facility. Pros: wonderful customer service, quiet, clean, comfy bed. Staff did an exceptional job of providing for our needs/requests. Cons: tv didn't work despite repeated attempts by staff to fix, internet was very slow and spotty (in and out).

Super clean and comfortable bed. Could not work the shower. The stylish but difficult faucet was impossible for me to pull up to make the shower work. It sort of dribbled and wasted lots of water through the main faucet. Other than that it was great and at a reasonable price point.

Had a small problem at check in with the room. The A/C was dirty. They moved our room with ease. Pool was small but refreshing after a hot day. A/C units are loud at night. With this being a farely new property you think they would have updated a/c units. Overall our stay for one night was great. Rooms were nice still smelled new.

Wonderful and helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff very accommodating to request for more caffeinated coffee. Only complaint was guests above us loudly walking which wasn’t the hotel’s fault. I would stay there again.

I have been here several times since their opening in January 2024. All the benefits of a brand new facility, very clean and in a good location. Breakfast lags a little bit specially if you appreciate fruits: most of the times are not good because they seem they have been in the basket for too many days... Finally, award to most unwelcoming employee goes to .... the lady (gray hair) attending the breakfast. Good luck if she doesn't bark at you. Anyone can have a bad day, but she seems having a bad year. Surprised the management hasn't replaced her so far.

Booked a room w two queen beds- was told that due to a baseball tournament- my room I reserved wasn’t available and that they upgraded me w a room w a kitchenette and pull out bed. Who wants to sleep on a pull out bed. Was told I wasn’t charged any extra for the room I didn’t reserve. If I wanted a room w a pull out bed- I would’ve reserved one. Very disappointed. I have a back issue and I’m expected to sleep on a pull out bed. I would appreciate some consideration regarding this.

So comfortable, clean, and new! It's like they just dropped this sucker-jo out of the sky. Everything was perfect. Folks at the front desk were delightful. Love having the little snacky-booze area. We were in town to eat at Perini Ranch and love the proximity to Buffalo Gap.

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. There is a pool but it is only 4ft so we didn’t swim. Breakfast was the usual fan fair nothing exciting. Location was within several restaurants however difficult to get to. Overall nice weekend get away and would stay again.
