Hotel Kolping Wien Zentral

Location is really great. Affordable price. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was clean. My room was not small. It was simple room and amenities, worthit for price. Unfortunately, no in room a fridge and kettle. But you can get the hot water ant front desk and ask staff. Unfortunately, I couldn’t have breakfast, because of I had to go airport early morning.

First thing: you WILL find shower stalls too small and claustrophobic.. and I kid you not. Basic hotel, nothing to write mama home about. Great location and close to subway. Breakfast was very good. Perhaps I am being dramatic here. We walked in the hotel around 7 pm check in and I kid you not we were the ONLY one in the hotel. One guy working at the desk who doubles for house keeping. We went out for couple of hours for dinner and still found NO Other human being in the hotel. It was spooky and weird. There was No sound, no activity. Even the guy at the front desk left for somewhere with the little note that he will be back. I found the environment little creepy. But hey, that’s just me :)

Was great place to stay, nice location and very near from the underground Kettenbrückengasse station, Nachsmarkt and downtown, also the breakfast was good enough to begin the day. The only thing to get 100% are the mattress, I know guys you can make then metter.

Convenient location, with a metro station nearby, and a short walk to Museum Quarter and the city centre. Room was big, warm and comfortable - the shower on the small side, but everything clean and modern. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection each morning and long opening hours, so rarely very busy. You can hear noise outside your room in the corridors (doors banging), but only a minor issue. Staff were very helpful throughout, and there is a luggage room to leave bags upon checkout. As a good budget option I'd certainly stay here again.
