Privater Solo-Aufenthalt (2 Nächte). Hotel ist in sehr guter Lage (U-Bahn-Anbindung). Modern und durchschnittlich/akzeptabel sauber. Allerdings war das Einzelzimmer winzig, der nutzbare Raum im 6 Stock noch dazu wegen Dachschräge noch weiter limitiert. Durch die Lage unter dem Dach war das Zimmer beim Betreten recht aufgeheizt, allerdings gibt es eine Klimaanlage. Das Badezimmer ist so eng, dass man mit breiten Schultern schon Probleme beim näheren Zutritt zum Spiegel und dem Waschbecken hat. Zimmerwände sind dünn und ich hatte Probleme mit Lärm von Gang und/oder Nachbarzimmer(n). Auch die eigene Zimmertüre viel mit lautem Wumms ins Schloss und die Klodeckel hat keinen Softschliessmechanismus. Alle das verursacht Lärm der ganz schnell die Nachtruhe beeinträchtigt. Der Vorhang zum Abdunkeln des Zimmers deckt nicht einmal das komplette Fenster ab, womit ein unangenehmes Gefühl betreffend möglicher Blicke von gegenüber entstand. Es gibt 3 Lifte - 2 davon sind sehr klein, sodass man sich oft sehr zusammendrücken muss. Frühstück ist standard europäisch mit Ok Auswahl. Angebotene Eierspeise ist aber leider höchstwahrscheinlich basierend auf billigem Eipulver, der Oragenschaft von minderer Qualität und wässrig und selbiges setzt sich leider auf bei den Produkten der vorhandenen Kaffeeautomaten fort. Der bei genauem Hinsehen in einer eigenen Kanne auch angebotene Filterkaffee schmeckt jedenfalls besser.

Great location and tidy. However staff apart from 1, were hard work. Lifts very slow, and room not cleaned on last day so had to request towels.

Lage super in der Nähe des Westbahnhofes. Tiefgarage für heutige Autos sehr eng Aber es geht. Bett sind nach meinem Geschmack zu weich und bei einem Doppelbett ist leider eine Bettdecke zu wenig.

Good pressured water, and comfortable rooms. It has air conditioning which is something that you must appreciate while staying in any place in Europe. Tons of restaurants around and relatively close to the center. The personnel was courteous and attentive. It good place to stay in Vienna if you are on a budget (not requiring all the bells and whistles of a 5 stars hotel). Note: the gym has a single universal machine, an elliptical and stationary bike, but has a hell of a view!

Die Aufnahme war sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und trotz Hauptverkehrsstraße vor dem Fenster sehr gut geschlafen. An einigen Stellen wurde deutlich, dass das Hotel etwas Instandsetzung brauchen könnte. (Risse an Wänden im Bad etc.) Der Fitnessbereich besteht aus drei Geräten und kann ggf. schnell belegt sein, zumal er um 21.00 Uhr schließt, wobei ich problemlos auch bis 21.10 bleiben konnte. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Westbahnhof sorgt für eine ausgezeichnete Verkehrsanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis 23.00 Uhr, allerdings auch für eine Atmosphäre, in der sich nicht jeder wohl fühlen wird. Ich selbst würde aber wieder dort übernachten.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. Overall it is pretty good although, our room on the 4th floor had a sloping ceiling. We had a different room last year which was better. The rooms are reasonably clean, the top shelf in our cupboard was very dusty, perhaps because the cleaners can't reach. I dusted it myself. The area is handy for the Westbanhof train station and two lines of the underground as well as a number of restaurants on Mariahilfstrasse. The breakfast had a reasonable selection of hot and cold options. Staff were a bit slow at clearing tables though. Perhaps they were short staffed when we were there. It didn't spoil the holiday though. Overall it was fine and Vienna is a beutiful city.

Location was GREAT. Loved being close to the underground station. We would get pastry, do wherever we wanted and come back to our nice clean and comfortable room and then easily found good food and shopping. If we come back to Vienna we will stay there again.

Really not happy the cleaning. Or the bad condition of the cot . It was covered it dark brown marks which I hope was just chocolate but either way couldn’t put my 2 month old baby in it and so sleep was a very big issue . The room it self carpet full of stains bedding had hair on it . Really not great but I have to say the lady at reception was very lovely and helpful .

Das Zimmer war zur Hauptstraße hin ausgerichtet. Zeitweise war es recht laut, obwohl das Fenster geschlossen war. Außerdem war auch nach dem Besuch des Zimmermädchens mein Zimmer nicht sauber. Am Sonntag kam sogar keine Reinigung vorbei.

Das Hotel ist schön und sauber ausgestattet. Frühstück war super und es gab viel Auswahl. Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. In der Nähe befindet sich eine U-Bahn Station und man konnte somit viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in kurzer Zeit erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub!

The room was like 1000° it was boiling so I turned the thermostat down to 17 ° and put it on full fan bothing so in December had to open the window wide the noise from the street was very noisy then next morning after the worst night ever to complain the hotel reception guy said the thermostat is for summer only it should have been turned off without no signage stating this horrendous

Our stay was okay, nothing extraordinary. The room wasn't very spacious, felt a bit dark, and was not very soundproof (we could hear noise from the corridor). The TV wasn't a smart TV and there was no minibar in the room. We also had trouble with the Wi-Fi; the signal was weak inside the room that we had to keep the door open to get a connection. We stayed in a room for 3. The room itself was nice; the bathroom was tiny - no place to put your clothes, hardly any space around the sink. Location is great. My biggest complaint was that our first night, the safe began beeping at 1:30am and would not stop. We called reception & they tried to be helpful, but we spent 30 minutes with annoying beeping until finally the safe was opened and the beeping stop. I would have expected some sort of compensation for having our night so disrupted... Still, the hotel is nice and I would recommend it.

War 3 Nächte dort wegen beruflicher Termine. Negativ war, dass der Fön kaputt war und ich 2 Tage fragen musste, damit jemand kam. Aufzüge sind alt und es dauert. Our stay at Leonardo hotel was okay at first, however, we quickly realized the drain in our sink was stuck shut and the sink was unusable. We asked hotel staff three (3) separate times to please come look at it/fix it and no one ever arrived. Also, we had a very unnerving experience while staying at the Leonardo hotel. At around midnight (12am) a strange, suspicious looking man came and knocked on our door “looking for the gym” (which was literally right next door to our room). The man was not dressed for the gym and seemed very nervous when we answered the door. It was extremely shady and there was absolutely some ulterior motive (breaking in, looking to see who was in the room, etc). When we informed hotel staff about it the completely brushed us off and ignored our concerns. That experience alone was really scary and enough to deter me from ever staying in the future. Overall, the room was clean and fine but the poor service and shady experience made the experience at the hotel horrible.

Location was GREAT. Loved being close to the underground station. We would get pastry, do wherever we wanted and come back to our nice clean and comfortable room and then easily found good food and shopping. If we come back to Vienna we will stay there again.

Die Aufnahme war sehr freundlich. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt und trotz Hauptverkehrsstraße vor dem Fenster sehr gut geschlafen. An einigen Stellen wurde deutlich, dass das Hotel etwas Instandsetzung brauchen könnte. (Risse an Wänden im Bad etc.) Der Fitnessbereich besteht aus drei Geräten und kann ggf. schnell belegt sein, zumal er um 21.00 Uhr schließt, wobei ich problemlos auch bis 21.10 bleiben konnte. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum Westbahnhof sorgt für eine ausgezeichnete Verkehrsanbindung und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis 23.00 Uhr, allerdings auch für eine Atmosphäre, in der sich nicht jeder wohl fühlen wird. Ich selbst würde aber wieder dort übernachten.

This was a good choice. It is a bit out of the main town but that is reflected in the price. It is near a ubahn and the westbanhoff and a pedestrian street with lots of stores and restaurants etc. There is a lobby area and a lounge on the top floor where you can spread out if the room is too small for you to work etc. The bathroom is a frosted sliding door which makes the double rooms onky suitable for thise that are very close. There is a fridge. A good Austrian restaurant across the street with nice lunch specials.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel. Overall it is pretty good although, our room on the 4th floor had a sloping ceiling. We had a different room last year which was better. The rooms are reasonably clean, the top shelf in our cupboard was very dusty, perhaps because the cleaners can't reach. I dusted it myself. The area is handy for the Westbanhof train station and two lines of the underground as well as a number of restaurants on Mariahilfstrasse. The breakfast had a reasonable selection of hot and cold options. Staff were a bit slow at clearing tables though. Perhaps they were short staffed when we were there. It didn't spoil the holiday though. Overall it was fine and Vienna is a beutiful city.

Quite a basic hotel situated on the outskirts of the city but close to the blue route of the Big Bus Tours. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. More so on Sunday v Monday morning. TV channels didn’t work in room. Also asked for fresh towels but they never came. The bar area is basic and little choice of wines. The surrounding area quite run down.
