The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet; the staff was very friendly and helpful; and the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The hotel is a 12-minute walk from the historic center and 3 minutes from the tram stop.

I stayed in this hotel several times and I was every time very satisfied. The only deficiency in these hot days was, there is no fridge inside the room.

The room was clean, the Wi-Fi signal quite well,the breakfast was very good with a rich offer. There is no fridge inside the room, it could be a problem in hot summer days. The private bathroom Is extremely small .

The property was pretty well located. It was about a 16 -20 minute walk to the Big Bus Vienna stop #6 on the red line. That made it convenient to see all the places without much worry. The breakfast was your standard buffet with eggs, Vienna sausage , meats, cheese, cucumber , tomatoes, fruit, breads, yogurt and seeds. Coffee, tea, and juice. It was all good food to get you started on your day. The room was ok. Not as pictured on the website. The bathroom grout was certainly showing age. The bed was firm and comfortable enough. We were in room 207 and there seemed to be a party every night below us. It was loud and went on late into the night which made it hard to sleep. Not sure if it was other guests or people in an apartment that we couldn’t see. There is no staff at reception after 6:00 pm. So make sure you don’t forget the outside door code or your room key!
