Great location, right near Karlsplatz and the Nachtmarket. The hotel staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. In our time there we were treated to two one-hour concerts by world renowned artists (free). There was free coffee tea and cake for several hours in the afternoon and because we were there on Christmas Day we received a music CD of Beethoven’s music played by the concert artists. It was a wonderful place to spend Christmas. It was very clean and welcoming.

A comfortable oasis with a lovely mezzanine area serving coffee and tea and breakfast for guests. Also, a nice bar on the ground floor frequented by locals. Tastefully decorated and conveniently located near all the sights of Vienna, but in a quiet area. Would definitely stay here again and I’d recommend it to friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Beethoven. The location is very convenient (close to Karlsplatz U-bahn station, walkable to many things inside the Ring). The hotel staff were all very friendly, the all-day tea and coffee in a pleasant lounge were nice, we enjoyed the free Sunday concert (piano and cello), the museum passes that the hotel lends to guests were very useful, and the bar was a pleasant place for a drink at the end of the day. The owner takes care to give this hotel a special atmosphere.

A fabulous hotel in an excellent location. Near to the large market, museums, cafés and bars, also the underground was very close too, plus lots of high street shops within walking distance. Rooms were really quirky with a theme for each floor. Fantastic breakfast and very friendly staff. The free tea/coffee and nibbles size cakes was a nice touch after 2 on the mezzanine floor. Would definitely recommend.

This property is charming and elegant. Our room was spotless, with so many small touches that made it comfortable. Robes in the bathroom, hair dryer and toiletries, plus water, coffee and wine in the room. The building is elegant and so close to many things that were within walkable distance. The opera house, old vienna, the Naschmarkt and much more. We would definitely return.

CheckIn freundlich mit wichtigen Informationen inkl. Stadtplan. Aufzug, TV, Zimmersafe, Kühlschrank. Zimmer recht klein, Decke hoch, Bett nach Topper-Entfernung in Ordnung. Sauberkeit befriedigend. Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche, Kosmetika vorhanden. Die Nachttische sind gewöhnungsbedürftig, für Menschen, die in der Nacht einiges griffbereit haben müssen, nicht geeignet. Ebenso die Beleuchtung, schick, aber unpraktisch. Steckdosen an einer Bettseite Mangelware, USB-Stecker funktionieren nicht mit aktuellen Samsung Galaxy. In der näheren Umgebung wird viel gebaut, Lärm und Dreck inklusive. Bar im Haus. Was gar nicht geht, ist der Partylärm inkl. Glasbrüche nachts um 2.30 Uhr. Zimmer in der 1. Etage, Musiklärm mit wummernden Bässen gratis. Wenn Partys gebucht werden, müssen Hotelgäste in die oberen Etagen beherbergt werden oder darauf geachtet werden, dass Partys friedlich ablaufen. Beschwerde im Hotel erfolgt, außer Achselzucken nichts passiert. Sehr schade, für 4-Sterne u. dem eigenen Anspruch, mangelhaft. Da erwarte ich wenigstens eine Entschuldigung! Frühstück ist super, wenn auch teuer. Dafür gibt es alles, was das Herz und der Gaumen begehrt. Tische stehen ziemlich eng. Fußläufig sind Wiens Highlights erreichbar, das war für uns perfekt. Naschmarkt quasi vor der Tür. Albertina, Hofburg usw. in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, perfekt. Tiefgarage ca. 100 Meter entfernt, extrem teuer, dafür Videoüberwachung, keine Anerkennung hoher Schwerbehinderung. Stand: Ende März 2023

Such a great location - far better than I expected. Short walk to Imperial Palace, gardens, opera and main area and the nearby pedestrian area was good. Hotel was a find - clean, organised and very pleasant. I would stay here again- not posh but artistic and working well. We did not have breakfast but a lovely second floor breakfast area looked great.

Pulizia scarsa, nelle tasche dell'accappatoio erano presenti capelli ed anche nel bagno, gli armadi erano pieni di polvere. La cosa peggiore era l'odore che proveniva dalle cucine 2 piani sotto, odore acre di spazzatura. Schönes, großes Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung, sehr freundliches Personal, exzellentes Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, trotzdem ist der Naschmarkt in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar, U-Bahn und Fußgängerzone ganz in der Nähe. Wir waren 5 Tage sehr zufrieden!

Receptionist was rude. They charge you a 50euro deposit for mini bar and won't return it upon check out due to the lack of men power to check the mini bar. Water jet was weak, towels were thin and worn..bad exprience overall. The only decent thing was the location.

Stayed at the hotel Beethoven for a week and our stay was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Selima was at the desk when we arrived and pointed out so many activities for us to try. The hotel was also very eco - friendly and clean. Our room was well stocked and functional. The hotel had even had a little concert the day we arrived and had a very talented violinist. When we left Selima had even found our iPad that we had left and returned it to us. We look forward to coming back!

I was with my 89 year old mother and 3 children. We were able to walk to dinner, shopping, museums and music venues. The hotel has an elevator so it was easy for my mother. You could help yourself to tea and coffee anytime. My mother was very happy that the have good toilet paper! Some of the rooms have a bidet too. The breakfast is great, sweet and savory options. Eggs and porridge cooked fresh whe you order. Meats, smoked fish and cheese. Cereals toast, bread and pastries. Tea, coffee and juice. Gluten free options and lactose free options too. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. They all appeared to be happy to see you and to be working there. The bar tender, Ferdinand, stood out. He always greet us with a great smile, was chatty and makes amazing coctails! I would absolutely recommend the Beethoven .

We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms. The bed is very comfortable and wide. The room is big. We missed the Saturday night piano and cello recital so keep an eye out for that. The breakfast buffet is exquisite with lots of variety and great staff. The location is also very convenient to hop on hop off bus or public transit. Overall highly recommended.
