Otelden her yönüyle memnun kaldık, temizliği, kahvaltısı, otopark imkanı sunması ve güler yüzlü personelleriyle bizi ziyadesiyle memnun etti. Metro istasyonu da çok yakın. Araca ihtiyaç duymadan her yere ulaşım kolay. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

The hotel and the room is very nice. However, the mattress was too firm for me. My husband was fine with it. Parking around the hotel is horrible, as in the whole city of Vienna. The tourists are in high risk of falling into a trap and get their vehicles towed away. Park only in paid garages.

Albergo non nuovissimo vicino alla metro. Un pochino pretenzioso con personale non particolarmente amichevole. La stanza grande e pulita. Il punto forte è la colazione, davvero buona. Unico problema il parcheggio. Quello dell’albergo era completo e ci hanno mandato ad un albergo vicino dicendo che aveva lo stesso prezzo, ma in realtà hanno cambiato tariffa dopo il nostro arrivo e abbiamo pagato tutto il soggiorno al prezzo maggiore. Un salasso!! Cercate una sistemazione alternativa.

Pretty nice but some significant drawbacks. 1. They do not replace the towels. 2. The parking lot is hard to get out. The parking lot in the hotel is small, and the ramp to the basement is too bumpy, that there are some moments where not all four wheels are touching the ground. This makes it impossible for rear wheel drive cars to get out forwards. So if you are planning to visit here with rear wheel drive car, do not park in the parking lot, or you would have to drive the ramp up backwards. This is pretty difficult.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage. Leider waren in einem Kästchen noch Überbleibsel von einem vorherigen Gast (leere Flaschen und offene Kekspackung), ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sauber. Garage direkt unter dem Hotel (wenig Plätze!), fussläufig schnell auf der María Hilfer Straße.

Everything was very clean and just the right space needed. Shower was awesome too! The area is near the Westbahnhof which is very convenient for getting anywhere. There’s lots of shopping at the train station too. The only complaint is that some of the towels were threadbare and with holes. That doesn’t fit with the rest of the good quality of the hotel.

Das Zimmer samt Bett fand ich schön und gemütlich. Wegen der Lage am Ring mit 6 Spuren kann man die Fenster nachts nicht auflassen. Das Zimmermädchen war sehr unerfahren und ließ mir das schmutzige Glas tagelang im Zimmer stehen, bis ich sie antraf und um ein neues bat. Sie verstand mich leider nicht.

We stayed 4 days and it was very convenient to the train station. The beds are very comfortable but more pillows would be nice. We were given only one. Housekeeping comes in every other day so the coffee, tea & cups aren’t refreshed.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage - in der Nähe des Westbahnhofes. Das Zimmer was ich bewohnt habe war schon recht abgewohnt. Beim Eintreten in das Zimmer roch es schon ziemlich muffig, obwohl es augenscheinlich sauber war, dürfte wohl am Teppichboden liegen. Der Kasten hatte tiefe Kratzer. Bei der Handbrause der Dusche war das Plastik am abbröckeln, so das diese sehr scharf war und man sehr vorsichtig sein musste, damit man sich nicht schnitt. Ich hatte ein Zimmer straßenseitig, wo es auch die ganze Nacht lang sehr laut war. Preis-Leistung meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt

We were initially given a room that stank of cigarette smoke. Then we were given a room that had a window view of another window into another room. We eventually settled for another street view room that didn’t smell but had cigarette butts on the decorative balcony and used tissues and clothing remnants under the bed. We travelled in the lift with housekeeping who were taking a canister of female deodorant to our previous room, presumably to mask the smell of smoke. Housekeeping services every other day were due to sustainability, apparently. We stayed for 3 nights, four days and we had our room serviced once. Location is good. Breakfast was okay to good. Disappointing disregard to cleanliness.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel Mir ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals besonders aufgefallen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Was ich aber vermisst habe bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel, war ein Minikühlschrank, da ich Medikamente nehme, die Kühlung brauchen. Bisher war das in jedem 4 Sterne Hotel gegeben. Das Frühstück war gut, allerdings war der Preis dafür zu hoch. Die Lage ded Hotels ist sehr zentral und auch mit super Verkehrsanbindung. Ich komme gerne wieder.

The location of the hotel is good, only a short walk away from the train station. The staff were friendly and the rooms clean. What let the hotel down was tired and dated features. The aircon facilities need replacing along with the carpets. My room carpet had several stains on!

L’hotel è in una posizione comoda per raggiungere tutta Vienna con tram e aereo o anche a piedi se si ha voglia di camminare. La mia camera era spaziosissima e pulita anche se avrebbe bisogno di una rimodernata e maggiore insonorizzazione alle finestre. Unica cosa strana la doccia in camera non separata (io ero da sola quindi nessun problema ma da sapere prima di prenotare). Ho apprezzato molto il bollitore con tè/caffè/tisane e l’acqua gratuita in camera, così come la frutta e l’acqua aromatizzata nella hall. Personale gentilissimo.

Well connected area. Train and bus to airport is close. The only think I didn't enjoy was the shower is completely transparent. Not ideal for friends or coworkers. I guess it'd work only for couples.

The air con and extractor fans made noises which cannot classified as white noise. Shower basin flow is not well drained. Water filled very quick with max water flow. Pillows are soft. If you prefer firm pillow, better request extra pillow.

A localização do hotel é central, perto de estações de metrô, trens e ônibus. Check in foi fácil, fomos bem atendidos e nos auxiliaram em todos os pedidos. Somente o chuveiro do quarto que não é muito íntimo, pois o box de vidro transparente fica bem no meio dele. Sentimos falta também de um frigobar.

A localização do hotel é central, perto de estações de metrô, trens e ônibus. Check in foi fácil, fomos bem atendidos e nos auxiliaram em todos os pedidos. Ok sized room. There was a damp smell in the room, potentially either due to water leak on the carpet (there's a watermark) or because there's no wall separating shower from the bed area. It's part of the design, but we found that the room was smelly. It's a very basic room. Location is near west hoftbanhof station which means going to/from airport is easy using VAL bus. It's a 40 mins walk from the old town. The hotel manager was kind enough to give us complementary breakfast vouchers because of our feedback on the room. Breakfast was nice, good selection of food.

Everyone on the staff was so helpful and kind. I asked for a curtain around the shower because I was staying with my daughter and that was no problem. It is in a great location right by the big shopping street with lots of places to eat as well as across the street from the big Westbahnhof. Would stay there again. I would request one thing though and that is an extra pillow. I find it hard to sleep with only one.

I like the hotel location near the Austrian west station around 7 minutes walk and accessible to all public transportation tram- bus-metro stations - the area filled with lots of restaurants and economic supermarkets like Billa that easy to have a sandwich in the morning. We only stay in this property for one night. The property is nice and the room was fine but our room was facing next door building and not much of a view. And the location was quite far from the center. The room had basic amenities but only two small pillows. We do like the glass shower in the middle of the room. Even though the check out time was stated to be noon. We were waken up around 9am by a knock on the door then someone was trying to enter the room. After realizing someone was still in the room, the person just closed it without saying sorry. Then as I was getting out of the shower someone opened the door again without knocking, I was with just a towel around my waist. She didn’t even say hello. She just asked: “you’re checking out right?” I said yes. Then she asked: what time?” I said “maybe 11”. She said ok then “walked off”. That wasn’t a friendly staff.

Receptie medewerkers erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Schoonmaken had beter gekund. Nu hebben we een paar keer nieuwe handdoeken op moeten halen. De barman was erg onvriendelijk. Kwam geen woord uit en was regelmatig privé aan het bellen. Nodigt niet uit na een lange dag even een drankje te doen.

Everything was very clean and just the right space needed. Shower was awesome too! The area is near the Westbahnhof which is very convenient for getting anywhere. There’s lots of shopping at the train station too. The only complaint is that some of the towels were threadbare and with holes. That doesn’t fit with the rest of the good quality of the hotel.

Gute Anbindung an alle Arten von Transportmitteln. U-Bahn, Bahnhof, Straßenbahn und Vienna Airport Line in kurzer Geh-Reichweite. Einkaufen in Mariahilfer Straße und rund um den Bahnhof alles Wesentliche vorhanden. Hotel sauber und unser Zimmer im 7. Stock sehr leise. Straße hat zur Rushhour allerdings eine Menge lauten Verkehr. Zimmer nach vorne raus könnten laut sein. Frühstück hatten wir dort nicht. Preislich fährt man selbst in den teuren Kaffeehäusern im Zentrum besser ... Und mit mehr Flair.

Otelden her yönüyle memnun kaldık, temizliği, kahvaltısı, otopark imkanı sunması ve güler yüzlü personelleriyle bizi ziyadesiyle memnun etti. Metro istasyonu da çok yakın. Araca ihtiyaç duymadan her yere ulaşım kolay. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Sehr gute Lage! In nur wenigen Schritten bis zur Stadthalle und Westbahnhof. Auch die Mariahilferstraße ist gleich um‘s Eck und von dort kann man wunderbar bis in die Innenstadt spazieren. Das Hotelzimmer war sauber und geräumig. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab‘s eine große Auswahl. Das Personal war auch freundlich.

The hotel is situated very close to the tram and underground station. Lots of food options nearby. The breakfast was amazing, soo much to choose from. The rooms are just as you see advertised. A lovely place to stay.

Kurzer Fußweg zum Westbahnhof, von dem man überall hinkommt. Waren jetzt zum dritten Mal da und haben festgestellt dass das Frühstück früher besser war, nur drei Sorten Wurst eine Salami und die zwei Sorten Schnittkäse sind nicht gerade eine große Auswahl! Das konntet ihr einmal besser!

Ok sized room. There was a damp smell in the room, potentially either due to water leak on the carpet (there's a watermark) or because there's no wall separating shower from the bed area. It's part of the design, but we found that the room was smelly. It's a very basic room. Location is near west hoftbanhof station which means going to/from airport is easy using VAL bus. It's a 40 mins walk from the old town. The hotel manager was kind enough to give us complementary breakfast vouchers because of our feedback on the room. Breakfast was nice, good selection of food.

In my opinion, this hotel is really good and I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, my request were met and I also got some helpful advice. The rooms are clean, modern and beautiful. Very high quality and good service, especially considering the price range.

Clean room, comfy bed, cosy lighting and quite. Great location by the trainstation and with a neigberhood of great bars and vibe. Be aware of the very freaky position of shower, a glas cube in the middle of the room, depending on your travel company.
