Die Unterkunft ist ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen.Betten waren leider durchgelegen, 1 Lampe am Waschbecken defekt, obwohl Reinigungskraft täglich das Zimmer reinigt, der Föhn völlig verdreckt ekelhaft! Zimmer sehr hellhörig, die Toilettenspülung von Gästen über und neben uns waren immer zu hören, Baulärm nebenan, Sauna und Fitnessraum konnte man wegen Renovierung nicht nutzen, stattdessen im Nachbarhotel, macht viel Sinn, wenn man extra ein Hotel mit Sauna bucht, Hotel hat weder die Baustelle noch die renovierte Sauna im Vorfeld mitgeteilt.Frühstück war sehr gut.Alles in allem war es leider der absolute Reinfall.Nie wieder!

I didnt receive any information from the hotel that there is a huge construction next to the hotel and that the wellness/fitness area are currently closed. I would recommend not go here - choose NH hotel next to the Lindner

Great hotel! So clean and very fresh. Great service, great gym 24/7. Hotel bar serves nice drinks, area is perfect. only complaint was wifi was quite weak, maybe just my room? had a hard time video calling without alot of lag and kept on disconnecting :(

Todo increíble, la comida, la cerveza, el servicio de recepción, todo perfecto, si acaso el único inconveniente es el personal en el servicio del bar, había una persona solamente para atender, cobrar, servir y limpiar mesas, en horas pico no se daba abasto y eso hacía que el servicio no fuera muy eficiente, pero las cosquillas BBQ y la cerveza fueron algo increíble.

Uns hat besonders die Zimmeraufteilung und Einrichtung gefallen. Die Betten könnten etwas härter sein, aber das ist Geschmacksache. Es war ruhig im Hotel eine entspannte Atmosphäre. Die nächste Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist fußläufig in 2 Min erreicht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, Restaurants, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Parks, Geschäfte, alles in Kürze erreichbar. Wir waren von dem Frühstücksbüffet sehr beeindruckt. Ich habe selbst in der Hotelbranche gearbeitet. Alles war qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Der Obstsalat war frisch zubereitet ebenso das Rührei. (In anderen Hotels leider oft fertig aus dem Eimer oder Vollei - Rührei aus dem Tetra Pak) Besonders hervorheben möchte ich hier auch die Auswahl an verschiedenen Wurstwaren insbesondere Rinderschinken und Putenschinken was für muslimische Gäste sehr einladend ist. Es wird wirklich auf jeden Rücksicht genommen, auch laktosefreie Speisen habe ich gesehen. Der Chiapudding mit verschiedener Toppingauswahl ist eine klasse Idee. Wir haben abends einmal im Restaurant gegessen, das Essen hat war so köstlich, dass wir die Gerichte gleich noch ein 2. x bestellt haben. Der Fitness- und Saunabereich ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Eine Uhr im Ruhebereich / Vorraum der Sauna wäre wünschenswert. Es hängt zwar eine im Fitnessbereich aber muss jedes mal hinausgehen um auf die Uhr zu sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

This place is fine but very businessy and functional, nowhere near as nice as it looked in hotels.com pics and IMO not good value for money. The lobby is very ugly and the reception on staff arrival seemed quite bored, so first impressions were not good. The WiFi is the worst I’ve ever seen in a hotel belonging to a major chain, almost nonexistent in our room (we used NH Hotel WiFi from next door!!!). The gym is new and q nice but sadly the beautiful looking sauna was not working. Breakfast was good though could have been more vegetarian options. Quite good location

While the location and view at Lindner were excellent, cleanliness became a significant concern during our three-night stay. Upon arrival, we noticed unpleasant stains in the corner of the washstand. Despite requesting daily cleaning, the stains remained untouched throughout our stay, persisting for the next visitor. On the day of checkout, we were unexpectedly awakened at 8:04 AM by the cleaning staff rushing to service the room. When we expressed our concern at the reception, we were surprised to be informed that it is considered normal to be disturbed if the 'do not disturb' sign is not placed on the door. Regrettably, based on our experience, I cannot recommend Lindner for your visit to Vienna.

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral gelegen, keine 10 Minuten von der Innenstadt entfernt. Die Zimmer sind groß und das Bett ist sehr bequem Leider waren wir mit der Sauberkeit des Zimmers absolut nicht zufrieden. Wir hatten mehrere Spinnenweben inkl. Spinnen im Zimmer. Zudem beherbergte das Zimmer auch zwei Schnecken. Als wir das bei der Rezeption mitteilten, wurde versprochen, dass das Zimmer nochmal gereinigt wird. Als wir gegen Abend ins Zimmer zurückkamen, ist leider nichts passiert, sodass wir die Entfernung selbst in die Hand nehmen mussten.

Breakfast very good and diverse. staff professional and most of them friendly, room and hotel clean but not a 10/10. Housekeeping did only half the job, forgot one bed and did not use the vacuum cleaner. Unfortunately, WLAN was not stable. All in all pretty good but for the price we paid, i would not have expected these issues mentioned above

Bon côté: l’hotel est bien situé. Le staff est très chaleureux. Votre chambre d’hôtel à fenêtre qui fait face au Belvédère. C’est magnifique. Chambre moderne. Mauvais côté:A notre arrivée dans la chambre, il y avait beaucoup de cheveux sur les oreillers et autour du vanité. Le frigidaire ne fonctionnait pas pendant deux jours sur 5. Ils ne nettoient pas le tapis, ni le plancher, ni la salle de bain. Ils vont ajouter du papier de toilette, mais pas de Klinex. Ils vont replier les draps du lit tous les jours et ils vont plier vos serviettes mêmes si elles sont encore mouillées. Donc, à votre retour à l’hôtel vos serviettes ne seront pas sec.

The only redeeming quality for this property was their proximity to Belvedere and they had a very nice breakfast. The rooms were tiny and uncomfortable. The worst part was the lack of cooperation and nasty staff specially the bar staff. After 8 pm there are no restaurants in the hotel or anywhere in the neighborhood. We had to buy Burgerking for dinner because nothing else was opened. When we sat the bar to have drinks and our dinner, the bartender kicked us out telling us "go eat in your room". Horrible and nasty.

I stayed 8 days at the hotel. For the first 3 ai was complaining the wifi was not working and I was promising to get it solved and never did. On the 4th day they finally changed me to a room where at least it had signal, however still not a wifi potent enough a work MS Teams work call. Moreover, the second room once I changed had no soap at shower and it was never filled. I do not recomend for long stays or ir you need to work from the room.

Allt var mycket bra med undantag av värmen. Det var för varmt på nätterna och svårt att sova. Fanns ingen riktigt aircond som kyler luften utan luft togs endast direkt utifrån. Rummet var rent och snyggt och bekvämt annars. Personalen var mycket tillmötesgående.

Hotell med bra läge vid spårvagn och 10 min till centrala Wien. Ok rum med sköna sängar. Temperaturen gick ej att reglera så rummet var alldeles för varmt. När vi öppnade fönstret fick vi istället gatuljud. Frukosten var bra men dyr. Wifi var under all kritik. Vi hade två rum och det gick inte att använda den för någon form av jobbaktivitet på något av dem utan jag var tvungen att köra hotspot via mobilen. Man ändrade nyckelsystemet mitt under vistelsen utan förvarning vilket gjorde att vårt barnbarn fastnade i hissen och blev rädd.

This was a very nice and well located hotel… until the day of my departure. Even if the checkout is at 11:00, I heard a faint knock on my door around 10:15, I wasn’t even sure it was for my room. I called out but there was no answer. Then someone proceeded to immediately unlock my door. I was just out of the shower and barely had my panties on, so I screamed to them to stay out of my room. Then through the door, I asked them to identify themselves and the person said « this is check-out ». I told them I would get down shortly. But seriously sending the check-out crew nearly one hour before check out, without a phone call, and having them open the doors to the rooms on naked clients, that’s not the best policy. Nothing much from the front desk when I reported the incident. Just told me « sorry, that must have been housekeeping » as if they aren’t responsible for housekeeping behavior. That’s the problem with paying your room in advance I guess, once they get your money who cares if you are satisfied or not? Sincerely I felt rushed and humiliated. Also that made me notice that the room had no phone line. So it’s impossible to reach the front desk to ask questions or also in case of emergency. I thought that was unsafe.

W recepcji bałagan, przy meldowaniu recepcjonista nie mógł znaleźć naszej rezerwacji. Nawet początkowo twierdził, że rezerwacja była anulowana. Wyjaśnianie i proces zameldowania trwał blisko godzinę. Przy śniadaniu okazało się, że nie jest zaznaczony pobyt z opcją "Śniadanie" i tu też należało sprawę wyjaśnić. Mała część śniadaniowa, trudno o wolny stolik zwłaszcza gdy przychodzą na śniadanie grupy wycieczkowe. Pokoje z opcją "otwartej" łazienki nie są do zaakceptowania. Generalnie hotel powinien pójść do gruntownego remontu albo do wyburzenia, a personel powinien przejść gruntowne szkolenie. A na dokładkę gburowaty barman w hotelowym barze.

If I was on a business trip and I needed to use the Wi-Fi, I wouldn’t have been very happy. They have extremely a weak Wi-Fi. Also, I found morning crew for breakfast was very impatient with clients. For €32 they wanted you to eat and get out. By 10:15 AM ( you needed to be finish by 10:30am) they would start taking your plate away without your permission. That was not cool at all. Front desk, Bar staff and dinner crew were very nice and helpful.

Excellent front desk came to immediate aid when my daughter fell quite ill from food related infection at another establishment in Vienna. They contacted and arranged a private Dr to assess and treat my daughter on site. We were thoroughly impressed. Location great for walking distance to a number of locations. I would rebook here.

We usually stay in this hotel. We have stayed in this hotel more than 50 times the last 6 yrs, for different reasons . The change of staff is a big reason we are looking for another hotel. We were waiting in line to check in, two staff were busy with some people and there was a third person doing the check in. It was a woman. We were the next in line . She told us to wait . A man appeared and cut us off. She immediately started to check him in and ignore our presence. When we were checking in, she made a rude comment to a question I asked to the other person that was doing our check in. I usually don’t give bad reviews, I love the location of the hotel, but I just don’t like being attended to by unprofessional staff. Rather change.

Super Lage, trotzdem ruhig (Zimmer mit Blick auf Schloß Belvedere). Fußläufig in die Innenstadt oder direkte Straßenbahnhaltestelle unweit vom Hotel entfernt. Sehr gutes Frühstück, extrem gute Betten. Auch das Hotleigene Restaurant "Heuriger am Belvedere" ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Es wird wirklich auf jeden Rücksicht genommen, auch laktosefreie Speisen habe ich gesehen. Der Chiapudding mit verschiedener Toppingauswahl ist eine klasse Idee. Wir haben abends einmal im Restaurant gegessen, das Essen hat war so köstlich, dass wir die Gerichte gleich noch ein 2. x bestellt haben. Der Fitness- und Saunabereich ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Eine Uhr im Ruhebereich / Vorraum der Sauna wäre wünschenswert. Es hängt zwar eine im Fitnessbereich aber muss jedes mal hinausgehen um auf die Uhr zu sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.
