Very clean, no frills hotel near great ethnic restaurants very close to US Open snd Citi Field. Room was small but good for short trip. Small desk if you're there to work. Next to parking garage at Skyview mall. Friendly front desk and nice rooftop deck for breakfast. Excellent value. Would stay again if traveling alone.

Place is very small. Shipping mall across the street and 15 min walk from City field are probably the two good things about it. Their complementary breakfast is very poor, at best. Option of Cereal and bread. For the price the rooms go for, not worth it.

You will hear airplanes taking off all night and the breakfast was a muffin and keruig coffee. With that said It was easy to get to Citi Field walking and only 27 a night to park. The malls around are fantastic and tons of food.

Very convenient stay to US Open grounds. Walking distance. Small room but honestly we didn't need much, just good shower and comfy bed after all day spent at US Open. We were able to store our bags before and after check in so that was super convenient. Also, very quick ride to La Guardia, bus stop right on the corner. Just don't count on good breakfast. Very limited choices up in the small area in the roof top. But there is DD right on the next block. We would stay again if coming to US Open.

images were somewhat misleading. generally it was fine enough. breakfast was diminimus, with no spoons or knives. one cereal. One light bulb was missing from bedside sconce, and property had none on hand. one wall directly above bed was completely coated with dust in a strange unattractive, and unsanitary manner. "you won\'t be held responsible" we were told." That was weird.

Bed provided in the room (5th floor) was with full of bed bugs, after informing, they provided another room in 4th floor, in this room air conditioner was not working, when informed they said fan can be provided, when insisted providing fan is not a solution after paying money, again provided a small room, I declined and later they said 4th floor room working, very fishy and doubtful operation. I have travelled to several place and stayed in different hotels. I have had pleasant experiences, but at Star light little, my experience was terrible.

I gave this property a chance three times! They changed my room three times, and all three rooms were dirty. I ended up getting a sinus infection while pregnant. The hotel refused to accommodate me, even with all the evidence I had proved to them. This is a slumlord hotel. Do not stay!

Room was very nice with a full kitchen and good size bathroom. Staff was nice and the hotels a great location near Citi field, multiple malls and tons of food. Area is a little crowded/dirty but not the actual hotel.

This hotel is fine. Nothing special. If you are a light sleeper - you’ve been warned. Halls are all hard surfaces so every noise carries. Room was small but that’s NYC. Seemed clean.

I booked the suite but the neighbor was so loud at 2am. The staff was nice, he knocked on the door but no one was answering. Then we had to transfer to another way smaller queen bed room to sleep. Btw, the queen bed room had poor sound proof window, I fell in sleep until 6 in the morning.

Nice small hotel near citifield. Good location. Nearby parking. Room was small but good enough for quick one nt stay. AC barely worked but the woman at desk tried her best. Hotel was booked so we made do. Water pressure in shower was nonexistent.

The hotel is small, only 6 rooms per floor and the room we got had lots of windows, which is normally great, but the street noise was loud. They offer a continental breakfast that was really bad. Best plan to go out for breakfast.

David and Gotham, the property concierge extremely helpful with any and all questions. Were immediately available when had a question about air conditioning management and directions. Housekeeping staff did great job.

The customer service was poor upon arrival. The clerk did not greet us when we entered the hotel. When we arrived to our room the room was muggy and had mosquitoes. We continue to move on from it. While getting settled we heard our door unlock, thankfully the chain was on the door. The clerk that checked us in,( his hair was in a bun) had given another guest access to our room. That’s VERY alarming, concerning, and most importantly a safety issue! A very much stressful situation to be in! All the clerk had to offer was that he was running off fumes and apology. Also, I had to request that he changed our PIN code so that the guest he gave it to would not have access to our room! Thankfully we were there when this all occurred, someone could have gotten access to our items and took them then what?! We should’ve been compensated for our stress! Lastly, these rooms do not have access to a safe and iron board and iron are only offered upon request. I would not stay at this hotel again!

Overall I had a good stay, but my check out experience was horrible. My fiancée and I stayed for one night and gave this hotel all the praises, saying we would return one day. That was until we had to check out. I have never experienced a check out like this before. They tell you to wait at least 5 minutes so the cleaning staff can check the rooms. Okay that’s new to me. I have ginger colored hair. So from time to time my hair does cause a stain. I was charged $20 per pillow that my hair messed up because “they wouldn’t be able to get that stain out.” I found that to be ridiculous and I will not be returning to this place.

The stay was short but pleasant. The hotel staff was spectacular, especially David at the desk, who was very friendly and helpful. The location is full of culture and friendly people. There's a mall next door with many shops to cover all kinds of needs. They have snacks on the rooftop and ice on the second floor. I would definitely return to this hotel.

the ac was not working. i read the paper instructions they have for the ac and i couldn’t get it to work. i called the guy and said to read the paper better. maybe i did miss something. but no i didn’t, called him back said it wasn’t doing anything and he angrily said he’s coming. he came to the room and messed with it for 5 minutes and then went on to say it’s my fault that i pressed a button i shouldn’t have. while he was going off on how i shouldn’t have touched it if i didn’t know how to work it i googled some fault codes it said on the thermostat ac screen and it popped up with a P0 code. the brand is gree. when i figured out it wasn’t my fault i figured he was looking for someone to blame. after 10 minutes of back and forth he said he was going to call someone that knows more about it and tomorrow should be ready. sure enough no one came and didn’t have an ac controlled room for 3 nights. over night employee is no help and doesn’t care, has big attitude and very rude.

Nice hotel; well maintained; no issues with check in/out. A little noisy because it's in the middle of shopping area...However very convenient shopping and fast food. Close to LGA airport. Rooms are small but that's normal for NYC so for me not an issue. Very satisfied with the stay and would recommend.

If you don’t mind frequent airplane noises then this is a great hotel near a lot of things in Flushing, Queens! Walking distance to the 7-train and Tangram Mall and movie theater. Shopping Mall right next door and all the great food options all around Flushing!

The location was great for getting to the US Open Fan Week. We were able to walk to and from - about 1 mile each way. I wouldn't have felt safe doing so myself, especially after dark, but my husband was with me so it was okay. There is a mall right next door with a Starbucks, and a Dunkin Donuts about a block away. Those were the closest options for breakfast and coffee. I wouldn't have stayed here if I wasn't going to the US Open. The rooms were quite nice and modern.

On a busy corner in the Chinatown area of Flushing. Walking distance to many restaurants. Roome was clean an functional. Kind of noisy from street traffic even though on a high floor. They said there was breakfast , but really just some old kids cereal and juice. No easy coffee. Microwave needed a deep clean, I would not use it. It was good for one night.

The bathroom was definitely recently renovated. And very nice. The rest of the room was not good at all. Floor was buckling. The so called Continental breakfast was a total lie. Some cereal and bagged croissants. Not even any milk to go with the cereal. Absolute Crap!

The air conditioning unit in the ceiling was really loud, the floor had some dips in it, but overall, totally fine for the price. Everything was clean, people were generally quiet and kept to themselves, and everything worked from air conditioning to shower to hair dryer. The cost couldn't be beat, it's close enough to the subway, and close to LaGuardia, so honestly can't complain. Super close to the mall and a Target nearby, so essentials were easy to get too. Breakfast was...kind of non-existent and certainly not anything close to 'Continental', but with so many interesting places around to eat, couldn't care less.
