Quiet hotel across the road from Gare de l’Est. Room was comfortable, though as with most hotels had no A/C, but a provided desk fan kept the room cool! Seconds from bus and train/metro, plenty of good restaurants close by too.

まず、とても清潔な気持ちのよいホテルでした。ベッドも快適でした。部屋からの眺めも素晴らしかったです。ホテルのスタッフも、チェックイン・チェックアウトの方は感じよかったです。 ただ、驚いたのは、隣の部屋の音が丸聞こえなことです。最上階（6階）の部屋でしたが、もともと2部屋続きの部屋を2つに分けたようです。間の扉は固定されていましたが、反対側の部屋からはずっとカップルの話し声が聞こえていました。また、車通りの多い通りに面しているため、夜通しパトカーのサイレンなどが聞こえました。幸い、私は耳栓を持参していたので、特に問題はありませんでした。 私にとって問題だったのは、ルームクリーニングの時間が非常に遅かったことです。おそらく最上階のクリーニングが最後なのかもしれません。朝からの観光から部屋に戻った夕方5時半ごろでは部屋がまだクリーニングされませんでした。ついに夕方6時以降にドアがノックされた時は、観光で疲れた私は部屋で寝てしまい、結局クリーニングを断りました。一度ならしょうがないのですが、4泊して、時間は前後（7時近く）しましたが全て同じことが起こりました。私がその時間に部屋にいたのだからしょうがないのです。でも、4日目はあえて夕方に出かけたのに部屋はクリーニングされませんでした。その日はノックさえありませんでした。（ちなみに、「部屋を掃除して・しないで」の札は部屋に置いてありませんでした。） おそらく、私がフロントに一言伝えれば問題は解決されたのだと思います。でも、自分が部屋に遅く帰ればいいのだと言い聞かせてしまい、最終日は掃除のノックさえなく、苦い思い出になりました。不運が重なっただけだとは思います。 最後にシャワーの水圧は素晴らしかったのですが、温度調節には手こずりました。 立地も便利。 狭いながらもエレベーターがあるのはとてもよかったです。

Hotel is close to train stations, however, the room did not have AC and was around 87 degrees Fahrenheit. Family had trouble falling asleep. The man at the front desk was nice. We got a triple room but it had one queen size bed and a couch which counted as the third bed. The couch was unstable and would wobble like a seesaw with every movement. We had to ask for sheets set up the couch for sleeping and had to set it up ourselves. Shower gets very hot and the bathroom door was very loud when closing.

Small, compact room with no where to sit other than the bed however it was clean. Tv remote did not work due to corroded batteries. Great location for immediate access to the metro and buses. Lots of places to eat in the surrounding area with reasonable prices.

Une très bonne surprise !.. malgré sa proximité gare de l'est, hôtel très calme, accueil très sympathique, et j'ai eu la chance d'avoir une chambre "appartement" avec un coin nuit, un coin salon avec canapé, cuisine, nespresso, et une salle de bain très bien équipée !.. très confort et propre.. donnant sur une cour intérieure.. super rapport qualité prix

Pros: Right next to metro. Paris Est and Nord train stations are within walking distance. Cons Rude staff, old and smelly rooms, hotel was advertised as non smoking however our room smelled of smoke and there was an ash tray on the desk. This hotel does not have AC. An elevator is a death trap. All of this I could overlook however the hotel did not have hot water for two days. When asked the morning manager she said that the city cut off the gas and it’s not the hotel’s fault. Evening staff member told me that city was only cutting off gas in the morning, the reason they did not have hot water the night before is their boiler room flooded due to thunderstorm. Hotel refused to offer any kind of compensation and Expedia was not much help. Hotel staff was very rood about it stating that we should have taken the shower in the morning the day before. Will be filing a complaint with credit card. I was surprised when Expedia said there is nothing they can do since they transferred the money to hotel already. There are several other reputable properties in the area - stay away from this one!!!!

Hotellet gir god verdi for pengene, og rommene er finere en det umiddelbare inntrykket resepsjonen gir. Gaten det ligger i har mye støy, men fra rommet i 5etg med vinduer igjen hører man ikke mye. Men jeg tror dette kan bli veldig varmt om sommeren. Renholdet er ok, men når jeg sjekket under sengen for å se om jeg hadde glemt noe så var det veldig støvete. Dusjløsningen på badet gjorde også at man sprutet mye vann utover hele badet.

A delightful quirky, little hotel, located in a buzzing and diverse area of Paris. Friendly welcome, our room was spacious, airy, lovely big window, excellent bathroom and impeccably clean. We also had a little kitchen, and a fan was provided because of the heat wave. What’s not to love?

Prima hotel, maar heeft niet aan mijn verwachtingen voldaan. De muren zijn ontzettend dun, dus je hoort elke stap van de buren. Enkel glas aan de voorkant waardoor je veel verkeer hoort van het station. Het bed lag slecht. Geen spiraalbodem, maar een houten plank. Het was wel brandschoon en de medewerkers waren ontzettend aardig.

The rental information did not state that the room did not have air conditioning. The room was small and there was not much space for two suitcases. It was very noisy outside. Although the window can be locked, it was insecure. I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Pros: Right next to metro. Paris Est and Nord train stations are within walking distance. Cons Rude staff, old and smelly rooms, hotel was advertised as non smoking however our room smelled of smoke and there was an ash tray on the desk. This hotel does not have AC. An elevator is a death trap. All of this I could overlook however the hotel did not have hot water for two days. When asked the morning manager she said that the city cut off the gas and it’s not the hotel’s fault. Evening staff member told me that city was only cutting off gas in the morning, the reason they did not have hot water the night before is their boiler room flooded due to thunderstorm. Hotel refused to offer any kind of compensation and Expedia was not much help. Hotel staff was very rood about it stating that we should have taken the shower in the morning the day before. Will be filing a complaint with credit card. I was surprised when Expedia said there is nothing they can do since they transferred the money to hotel already. There are several other reputable properties in the area - stay away from this one!!!!

I was given a very, very spacious and well modernised room. The hotel absolutely overdelivers on value for it's location (both in Paris generally and, from what I can tell, in the specific area). The team kindly accepted my luggage both slightly before my check-in and after my check-out which was really, really helpful!

Frühstück ist voll ok, der Frühstücksraum ist klein und einfach, aber so ist es in kleinen Hotels. Ich kann das Hotel sehr empfehlen und werde es bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt gerne nutzen.
