Osage Casino Hotel - Bartlesville

I really wish the pool was open, but the jacuzzi was at least. I was very impressed with the location and environment. The dining at scissortail was wonderful. Good food, average prices. The room its self was secure and comfortable. It is definitely a new favorite for the area.

Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. We booked that hotel because on their website it said they had table games in the casino. But they had none. Will not be staying again.

Great hotel. We are not gamblers, but it was on our route, so we took a chance, and it was great. Bar was fun and staff was very friendly. Room was like new and immaculate. Price was right too compared to others hotels nearby.

Beautiful place to stay. The shower was very nice and the bed was comfortable. I do feel that the sheets were not washed before because I smelled like someone’s body odor but it wasn’t bad. Everything else was very clean and the people were very friendly. I really enjoyed my night here. Will definitely book again if I’m in the area

Check in was slow, when asked about the fitness center the girl responded with “yeah, but I hear it sucks” Fitness center was ok, needed water and didn’t have disinfectant wipes for equipment. My room was good size, comfortable. There was a used coffee pod in my coffee machine, and the thermostat read 66° even after adjusting it to my desired temp of 70°. It never adjusted. Walked down once to ask front desk a question and the lady behind the desk was looking at her phone for a good amount of time before looking up to acknowledge me. The casino was much smaller than I expected. The pizza restaurant made a tasty quick pizza

Our room was cleaned only once and we stayed for seven days and only after we complained three times. Besides that great time

Even though there is a typically loud casino on the ground floor, as soon as you step through the sliding glass doors to the hotel it is incredibly quiet. Everything about the room was great. The only one thing that was a problem was our cell phones had no coverage. This was a lovely hotel out and away from the rush of the city that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay when in the Bartlesville area

Bad first: My room had mystery slime on several places on the walls near and around the bed. It was a bit nasty but in fairness it is kind of a darker room. Housekeeping should look at everything though. The advertised breakfast did not exist. The food in the restaurant was mediocre at best. The place stinks of cigarettes. The pool area is really nice. The staff is very friendly The parking is empty but expect ... But so was the hotel.

The rooms were fine as this is a new hotel however, I mostly chose the hotel because it had streaming to the television to watch movie. However, I was in two different room, and both barely has any Internet signal and the four nights that I was there I was only able to streamone movie because it just would not work in either room. The other issue that I had was with the evening Front Desk supervisor, The order on Expedia was messed up because I chose the room via the pictures, so I chose what I thought was a double queen and I was given a king room, and they refused to change it. I did request to be as near to the entrance as possible for my disabled mother, when I found that it had Internet issues and came back to tell her she said “well, that’s the closest we have to be entry and that’s what you requested, sorry” and didn’t even offer any resolution, not even to move me! I wasn’t able to change my room until the next morning when the front desk clerk offered to change my room automatically and actually took the time to go to the room that she was changing me to, to make sure that the Internet service worked, when that room for whatever reason had no Internet also she moved me to a different room but we verified that that one was working before she moved me to it, even though the Internet was working, it still was not allowing streaming service to the television, so that was disappointing, but I was at least able to get my work and schoolwork.

The room was way too cold. If you're not goung to allow guests to adjust the thermostat then it shouldn't take 3 attempts to get staff to adjust it. The room finally started warmung up after my third time asking for assistance.

Beds are not comfortable at all but this was the first hotel that had decent pillows. I have no complaints and if we are ever in Bartlesville again, this will be our choice to stay.

The staff was accommodating upon our arrival, reporting to me that my reservations did not come through from travelocity website and although I had already paid and made reservations 12 days prior to my arrival they would not give me the room I had originally reserved. I was given a room with 2 double beds instead of the king I paid for. I might add the room I was given was less expensive but the hotel did not change the price nor apologize for the inconvenience, I simply paid more for a less expensive room that I was given. The staff let me know it was not their fault it was an inconvenience to them because of my reservations being booked through travelocity. The hotel was clean, the EVS (housekeeping) manager was very friendly and helpful but I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel unless you call them directly to make reservations, people using Expedia had issues as well, maybe not treated as much of an inconvenience as I felt we were.

We had a wonderful stay. My husband has Parkinson’s and the staff was very accommodating. We will definitely stay there again.

We liked the new Rooms, even so the Air Conditioners do not work well? The Reception Staff needs to be trained, they are very unsure what the are doing or what they supposed to do???

I accidentally made the reservation for the day before we needed the room. We had been traveling for a week. I called the hotel to see if they could work with us and move our reservation. They would not help and would nor issue a partial refund. Their customer service is AWFUL!

Everyone at the front desk, especially Cassandra was amazing. This was probably the best experience I have had at a hotel. Will definitely be staying here again.

The staff was so friendly at check in and all throughout our stay. The room was clean and well stocked, and the bed was fantastic. We'll be back again!

Couldn’t make the trip due to illness. Tried to call and the hotel and let them know just to be nice. It was non-refundable and I didn’t want to try to get my money back or anything like that. I could never reach the front desk. Tried several numbers and multiple tried to transfer me but never could get their front desk and no one cared. Haha! I was like are y’all serious? Kind of glad we had to skip the stay seems like kind of an unorganized mess there.

Make sure you put the address into your GPS, if you put in Osage Casino into Apple Maps it will lead you to the middle of nowhere to a closed casino. Once we found it, it was all good.

Hotel is clean, updated. Smoke free on the hotel side of the casino. They don't allow outside food so you're at the mercy of the restaurant that is mediocre at best. Pool is very nice. Overall a good experience but will likely consider other options next time especially for the price.

Amazing room with amenities like safe in room, keurig coffee makers and nice selection of pods for it, our house-keeper was quickly responsive to every need and request, mini fridge. Shelli at guest services was the greatest, working check-ins and outs, hepling in souvenir shop, always smiling, making coversation, asking about my grandson when he wasnt with me. We ate in the hotel casino ate, best ribeye I've had in a long time.

The check in process was easy with good customer service from all the staff. The entire hotel and grounds were very clean as was my room. Very comfortable bed was a plus. I had an excellent meal in the restaurant and the menu had many options. The casino was busy, but I had many slot machines to choose from.
