Very nice boutique hotel. Great location. No AC but they gave us a fan which helped. Provided water downstairs which was nice! Definitely stay again!

Bellissimo con tutte quelle piante e fiori. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Molto molto silenzioso. Ha la fermata della Metro praticamente davanti, in una zona piena di ristoranti. Una pecca non ha l'aria condizionata (almeno la ns camera e non serviva) e non ha ascensore.

Hotel Champerret Heliopolis is absolutely delightful! It is a charming place from the minute you arrive and are greeted by the friendly concierge to the time you say au revoir. There is someone at the front desk 24/7 and are very helpful. Ask them to make a reservation for a taxi to get you to the airport because trying to a taxi in Paris is almost impossible. The location is very convenient, literally steps away from the Metro and bus stops. You have your choice of cafes and restaurants for a variety of meals all within easy walking. I highly recommend Hotel Champerret Heliopolis.

Hotel was well located for various public transport options. Rooms were clean and beds very comfortable. Black out curtains helped with the quality of sleep. Hotel had good TV options, a hairdryer, free tea and coffee in the reception area, free water available and great WiFi. Board games available to borrow for free. Staff were pleasant, professional and helpful. Beautiful boulangerie nearby which is great value for money. We will stay here if we’re back in Paris.

Rooms were small but sufficient and clean. Breakfast area was congested and offerings were not communicated well, although there was ample available once discovered. No A/C but window opened and provided sufficient cooling with fan, temperature was low to mid 20’s so ok but had it been hotter would have been an issue. Front counter staff was a forced friendliness and sometimes felt we were a bother. Lots of water available for us and the hotel was quiet. Cleaning staff were friendly. Located near metro was convenient and Paris Baquette was perfect for eating (yummy).

Fabulous hotel it was immaculately clean, the reception staff were so helpful, always on hand. Good transport links. The finishing touches in the hotel room were so nice, little fan , slippers, toiletries. There was free tea and coffees downstairs that we could help ourselves to. Highly recommend, we would stay there again . 5 stars *****

The property is great for a single person or a couple; it is generally not suitable for children. It has no elevator or air conditioner (just a fan). It is very clean (for an old property, there was no musty smell anywhere!). It is a block or so from mass transit and plenty of restaurants at a walking distance. The attendants were great (even with a bit of a language barrier). Our bed was a full size. The bathroom had a bathtub which was a bit of a challenge for us to get in and out (our friends had a shower). Thank God the temperatures were nice with low 70s for a high and upper 50s for a low (two weeks before there was a heat wave). Breakfast was excellent (very French). I would stay there again.

Jag är mycket nöjd med vistelsen. Hotellet ligger några minuter från metron i lugnt område, smidigt att åka till centrala Paris och området kändes tryggt även sen kvällstid. Rummet var ganska litet, delvis äldre och enkel standard och man fick lämna in nyckeln i receptionen, men det var rent och fräscht trots heltäckningsmatta, bra städning och trevlig personal. Jag frågade efter safebox, vilket inneburit att mina saker lagts i hotellets safe, men då det inte kändes så bra för mig, fick jag upp en bärbar safebox till rummet. Hotellet saknar hiss, men personalen bar upp mina väskor innan jag fick tillgång till rummet. Det fanns ingen vattenkokare och jag provade inte frukosten.

I needed a place to stay for just one night and stumbled upon this hotel while looking for some last-minute accomodation. It's one of the cheapest hotels in central Paris. I was extremely pleased with the quality of this hotel. The front desk is open 24/7, and I was able to check in at midnight. My room, while tiny (120 square feet including the bathroom), was newly renovated and featured brand-new flooring and furniture; the bathroom was also excellent. The hotel has a nice courtyard to hang out, work, read a book, or eat some snacks. The rooms do not have AC, but the staff (who speak basic English) will provide you with a small fan. Opening the doors for a few minutes is sufficient to cool the entire room. The bed was very comfortable. I didn't spend much time at this place, but I got a good night's rest, and I definitely recommend this place to anybody visiting Paris on a budget - the combination of price, location, and quality is unmatched.

We liked this smaller Parisien hotel, ideally located 2 mins from the Metro, grocery store and many restaurants. The hotel was quiet and room was clean, comfortable and fashionably decorated. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely return to this warm hotel.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was spotless and the staff very helpful. Location is great - very close to a metro station but also within walking distance of the big sights. We would definitely recommend.

The people running this establishment were 12/10! They were so wonderful!! True to Paris, the room was very very small. It was a little challenging with a baby but doable for the price. Location was fantastic, very safe and accessible for bus and metro. Great restaurant options nearby. There was some black mould on the window and in the bathroom. Which is the only reason I’m giving this a 4 out of 5 stars. Otherwise a fantastic stay! Thank you!

Amazing staff they really made us feel welcomed. I would stay again just for the hospitality. The rooms are very small just barely enough for 2 people with luggage. The rooms facing the small street can be a bit loud with the traffic going by. By overall we really like the place and will most likely visit again.

The room we stayed in was really small. Like very small. The toilet and bathtub were so close you could not comfortably sit on it. Other than that the staff was very nice and it was in a good part of town. Metro was walking distance.

Close to a metro station in a quiet area. Room was small and big enough for me. There’s no window except for opening part of the door for ventilation. Was okay for me since it wasn’t that warm. Bed was very comfortable and I would come back again and maybe book a better room. Price was unbeatable value though. Thank you.

We only stayed one night but it more than met our needs. The room was small but comfortable and clean. The hotel exterior is very pretty with red flowers on every balcony/window box. The blackout curtains work well as the lights on the building across the street are very bright. There’s no microwave in the room and though we didn’t need it, someone else may want to consider that aspect. You give your room key to the desk person every time you leave the hotel as they are actual keys and the room number knob attached is vintage. I’d definitely stay here again.

As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and enjoyed the conveniences of the nearby metro and supermarket around the corner. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming right from when I arrived. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We liked this smaller Parisien hotel, ideally located 2 mins from the Metro, grocery store and many restaurants. The hotel was quiet and room was clean, comfortable and fashionably decorated. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We would definitely return to this warm hotel.

The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean and very close to the train station. Only downer is that the room didn't have AC or fan. We were not comfortable opening the windows. But overall, we had a fantastic stay!

We loved this hotel, so cute, room was nice (triple), the included breakfast was lovely as were staff. Location was good, easy walk to champ Elysees and metro just across the road. Supermarket and restaurants/ cafes close by. Only negative was no AC, but a fan was provided. Such good value for our 3 night stay, especially with breakfast included.

L'hôtel est bien desservi par les transports en commun, les lits sont confortables et de bons cafés et restaurants sont accessibles à pied. Nous avons été entièrement satisfaits et y retournerions avec plaisir.

Essa propriedade com certeza é diferente, no bom sentido. O pessoal é super simpático e te aconselho a tomar café da manhã no hotel (que é um experiência bem legal) eles te trazem tudo na mesa e você conversa com outros hóspedes. Mas é tudo tão bem feito ao estilo francês, que o serviço é impecável! Tem vaga para carro mas é limitado e na rua (vagas do hotel) então sugiro mandar uma mensagem para o hotel antes da sua chegada (fiz isso e deu tudo certo) Limpeza é impecável. A ÚNICA coisa que eu não gostei é que o shampoo é aquele sabão e shampoo juntos. Mas no geral a experiência foi realmente excelente. O hotel fica próximo a bares e restaurantes e a 5 min de ape da estação de transporte público.

Disadvantages. - I knew from the beginning there is no elevator. So if you plan to move big luggage, be prepared to put it up to which ever floor they arrange you. - Breakfast has a additional cost. The bread was ok,, juice. but the egg is scrambled and is served within a little cup. I am not sure if this scrambled egg is based powder, but it looked like to me, probably not. So, I would suggest if you are paying, to look for a different breakfast option in a different place. Pros - location great. - Cleanness great. - space is small but good for 3 people within a room - I loved the fact they offered bottles and water so you can refilled these bottles whenever you can and move them to your room, specially when it is spring and summer.
