Very conveniently located for both Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, as well as a multitude of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. The rooms though are somewhat bijou, and very warm in a heatwave due to lack of air conditioning.

Staff was helpful and was grateful for a Parisian breakfast each morning of breads and coffee. Room was small and quite hot but was what we expected

Wouldn’t recommend. We ended up checking out after a few hours and booked another hotel. The room was very unclean, the bed was filled with another persons hair and small blood statins on the bedding, the towels didn’t feel or look clean, the bathroom door was unable to close and the room felt damp and humid which made it difficult to breathe during the night.

Busy neighborhood close to the two main train stations, Gard de Nord and Gard de l’ Est. Lots of dining options and a short walk to Sacre Coeur. Very clean rooms - new beds and comfortable pillows. Very pleasant helpful staff. It’s not fancy and appears a little old when you arrive but relatively inexpensive for the area. Certainly good for a quick overnight in Paris.
