3 day stay. Day 1: Very loud concert heard from room. Go to pool to find they have an event and we cannot use pool. Concerned about when concert over and inconsistent answers. Day 2: We put on sunscreen and swimsuit and go to pool which is actually a day club. Turned away saying private event all day. Day 3: Go to day club and sit at a table. Waitress was extremely rude. Very pretentious. I had ordered a bucket of 6 beers for $50 and she was snotty about it. Only my wife and I were at the table.

The staff at the pool were extremely rude and unhelpful We were treated very poorly and even though we were paying hotel guests we were denied chairs by the pool as they allowed others from outside of the hotel to reserve chairs without paying and therefore they had no space for actual hotel guests When we inquired about it the staff basically told us it was just too bad and maybe we should have paid to reserve our own !!! After paying so much for rooms it was astonishing to me I will never go back

We love the pool, very clean and nice. Unfortunately short hour of operation only 10am-6pm. Such a waste that we couldn't enjoy an earlier morning swim or relax at the end of the day. Also lack of fine dining options. Except the steak house the rest are more family style

Beautifully landscaped and decorated. Fantastic food options and easy free parking. Rooms are clean and safe and has a wonderful bathroom. Just needs a spa and fitness center.

King bedroom was clean and spacious. The ambience in the pool area was great, it was not at all crowded. One thing I could wish for would be spa services. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is very nice, newly built. However we were disappointed that the pool hours are from 10am -6pm. There was no refrigerator for storing food and no microwave in the room. The hotel does not have a spa and our room never got cleaned. This hotel is not worth the price/day and needs more amenities! Not worth the price!

The casino, eatery and hotel is fresh, bright, clean and so well kept. "Eat your heart out" the eatery section has so many options. Everyone was kind, helpful and welcoming. From the time we checked in to check out- zero complaints. Complimentary valet parking. The attendants were amazingly wonderful. My daughter loved the pool, lots of seating, wonderful poolside service and kind lifeguards.

I had not a pleasant check in experience due to availability of only 1 staff at 11pm when we arrived. We waited 20 mins to be served and the requested bed type was not delivered. Washrooms were dirty for a newer hotel.

Great resort. We will be back regularly since we prefer properties off the strip. This is our new #1. But please, when upgrading a room to the 15th floor, which offers a great view, would you please keep the windows clean.

Hotel is very new and has that new ambiance that you rarely get in Vegas. Overall no major complaints with the stay and would stay there again when wanting to be off the strip! Bedding and pillows could be higher quality. It really diminishes your rest. Also on our second night there, there was an overhead page that went off at like 1am saying “this is an emergency please exit immediately. do not use the elevators use the stairs” after waking up from our sleep terrified and picking our toddler up from his sleep… we find out it’s some kind of mistake which was a relief but ruined the rest of our sleep. The food hall looks impressive but the tastes do not match. I did not try the restaurants so can’t rate that. I also requested a strip view but got a mountain and huge part of the hotel blocking view. The staff were very kind and highly professional. The rooms are so new and spacious. Housekeeping is wonderful as well.

Beautiful property, very nice rooms. I was only there for one night. The staff (valet, front desk, cleaning crew) were excellent. The internet in both my room my daughters’ room was not working. I don’t know why we had problems connecting but I couldn’t access photos from my mother’s 90th birthday party to send to other family members. I was able to send them when I accessed the internet from the hotel WiFi in the lobby. I will return to this property.

The hotel was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the quietness and the distance away from the strip. The only complaint I have is that the front end when I was checking in for my suite they told me they would email me when it was cleaned. I asked one hour later and they said that they would email me when it’s cleaned. I waited 3 1/2 hours later and decided to check again and they said that it was clean and that they texted me. I specifically told them I didn’t have text message availability other than this. The hotel was great.

Check experience is TERRIBLE. Statues there 2 separate times within a week. Both times I had to wait past 4pm to check IN. I arrived at 1pm Even when they staff looks at the system and tells me the room appears to be ready - but they need to confirm with house keeping’s main person - still took more than 1hr to give them room .. They have NO respect for your time - for a vegas casino this is unacceptable.

I have never been treated with such dignity at any hotel. I have a disability and everyone was very respectful and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The only names I remember are Kevin, bellhop and Phoebe at the oyster bar. I will stay here every time I return.

The hotel resort was really amazing. It was off the strip, but still really nice. They had really good food and the pool was the best swimming pool I’ve ever gone to! I was there for two hours having a nice time. They have people coming by all the time asking if you needed anything so that was really great as well. Room service was great too.

Valet was great the whole time helpful and upbeat…just wish I would have chose Durango a lot sooner during my trip I switched hotels thinking it was too far from strip. Ended up getting a good rate to accommodate the travel time and being away from most of the action.

Durango is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Plenty of dining options right on site but make reservations to assure yourself a table. Conveniently located between the strip and state parks so you can see a bit of everything while you visit. Staff were very pleasant and contributed to our amazing stay.

This is a fantastic, new, clean and safe casino and resort. My only criticism is the distance from the Strip. Ride share during the week was $40-$50 each way. I was speaking at a conference on property, but I would rather be closer.

Clean hotel with very little smoking on casino floor. The George Sportsmen’s Lounge next to the sports book produces a fine breakfast. Free garaged parking. I recommend Durango Casino & Resort.

The hotel is beautiful and there were lots of great restaurants on site. I especially appreciated the transportation to and from the airport, it was well worth the extra expense. The drivers were extremely courteous and helpful.

Wow! This new hotel is top notch. The basic room is giant and comes with a Nespresso machine! The beds are super comfy and the ac is quiet/works great. The rooms were also very quiet-didn’t hear our neighbors. The casino has a variety of slots and table games. Our main draw for staying here was the Eat Your Heart Out food hall. So many great options and the prices are wonderful-NOT Vegas strip prices. The staff were friendly and helpful. Even at 117 degrees, the pool was still refreshing. We can’t wait to come back.

The third party vendor restaurants, George's and Summerhouse had horrible food. Tasteless without any seasoning. Georges breakfast was inedible and the server was indifferent. Instead of the horrible smashed potatoes just do hash browns? Niccos and Bellaire room food was excellent.

This is an amazing property. It was very clean, modern and well-maintained. I love how you can enter and not even go into the casino. I'm not a gambler but I walked around and it wasn't as wild and crazy as other casinos. I saw staff maintaining the property - which is great. The food court has wonderful variety of international foods. The pool is fun - a little bit of a party vibe but that is what you expect in Vegas. The guest room was very quiet and comfortable. I would stay again any day.
