Excellent service, very clean, host and security were very helpful and friendly.

The couch is a little hard, but otherwise everything was perfect. And perfect service by front security and incredible area. Super comfortable!

Llegamos en la noche después de un largo día de trabajo, cansados y con ganas de bañarnos y acostarnos a dormir y no teníamos servicio de agua! Por más mensajes que mandamos y llamadas al núm que se anuncia como 24/7 nadie nos contestó, el chico de la recepción solo había ido a suplir a quien le tocaba estar ese día y no sabía cómo funcionaba lo del agua, amablemente trato de ayudarnos (siempre se portó muy educado y amable, entendemos no era su culpa), el pobre marcaba y marcaba a los encargados sin obtener respuesta, después de muchos intentos un señor Mario le contestó y por lo visto el tampoco sabía mucho, estuvimos hasta la 1:30am (el calvario empezó 10:30pm) tratando de que lo solucionaran y pues no fue así, hasta la mañana fue que ya tuvimos el servicio. Luego nos dicen que por las molestias nos darían oportunidad de dejar nuestras maletas hasta las 12:30pm en 1 de las 3 habitaciones rentadas y nos confiamos y no terminamos de empacar y cual fue nuestra sorpresa que cuando salió la última persona ya con el tiempo contado, le dijeron que siempre no se podría! Todos ya instalados en nuestras mesas de trabajo y 2 compañeros tuvieron que salirse y regresar a terminar de empacar las cosas y sacar las maletas o ellos las sacarían. Lugar bonito con malísima experiencia. Por supuesto NO volveremos.

La ubicación es muy buena, normalmente las habitaciones son muy limpias y cómodas, sin embargo en esta ocasión tuve 2 incidentes: 1. El baño olía muy feo cuando llegué, atendieron mi reporte de inmediato, pero se quedó un ligero olor el resto de la estancia (3 noches). 2. Me quedé sin agua caliente y el intendente me comentó que ya había pasado con anterioridad y estaban trabajando para resolverlo.

Mala experiencia. Después de un largo día de trabajo lo único que único que se quiere es llegar a bañarse y descansar, sin embargo llegamos a las 10:30pm y no teníamos agua, nadie nos pudo resolver, nadie ha contestaba los teléfonos ni mensajes, dieron la 1:30am y nos dimos por vencidos; el chico de la recepción muy apenado y siempre amable tampoco tuvo apoyo de los encargados. Al siguiente día la persona en turno en recepción nos dijo que podíamos dejar las maletas hasta las 12:30pm en uno de los tres cuartos que rentamos y al momento de salir con prisa del hotel nos dijo que siempre no, por lo que dos personas tuvieron que salirse del evento donde estábamos para poder ir a terminar de empacar ya que si no ellos sacarían nuestras cosas y no se me hace correcto que ellos las empacaran, se me hizo una descortesía total. Por lo menos que nos devuelvan lo que pagamos por entrar una hora antes por tan mala experiencia.

This place was very secure and was nearby a lot of shops. The customer service we received everyday at the front desk was spectacular. They went above and beyond for us. The units themselves are great amount of space and have a kitchen. The only downsides we came across were that not all units have AC and if you open the windows there is a lot of mosquitos that come in. However, they were very nice enough to offer us a fan. Another thing was mirrors, the unit we stayed in had 1 single mirror in the restroom so when getting ready it was a little bit of a hassle having to share if not wait for the mirror. Maybe add a mirror to the living area or entrance area or maybe add one in each room. I think that would definitely make it easier for guests. Other than that the place was great, we would very much consider staying here again. (:

The terrace was a perfect match for our meetings that we had there.

Condo is very clean and comfortably. Downside you can hear noise and conversation from your nextdoor and outside! Location is excellent and very safe!

Small apartment building with 10 units or so. Located in super walkable area of Polanco. Units seem new, a few years old or less. Area seems extremely safe with tourist police abundant.

We had a four night stay in a penthouse apartment. Nice to have a private outdoor space. Would highly recommend this accommodation, so convenient for a wide range for restaurants. Only negative, two nespresso capsules provided, there should be enough for each night of stay. 😀

Excelente experiencia, ubicación perfecta y propiedad cuenta con todo lo necesario. Aire acondicionado hay en ambiente sala y comedor pero con calor sería bueno también en habitaciones.

The place is awesome. I stayed a few nights at the intercontinental and then here... and they are basically the same quality. You are in Polanco so know that the night life around you will want to keep going a little later in the evening.

Muy inflexibles Hice una reservación para quedarme esa misma noche que reservé y no pude Traté de hablar y cambiarla y no hay con quien hablar y en la app tampoco está habilitada la opción. Obviamente no llegué al hotel y perdí esa noche. Tuve que reservar en otro lugar

We liked the location of the property although it is hard to find at first. Very walkable area and great cafe’s nearby! The management team was not accommodating to some of the issues that were found within the apartment and refused to give us a refund. I would rather stay at an actual hotel next time.

Highly recommended. This place has everything you need; excellent location, 5 stars rooms, and the front desk personal was unbelievably helpful at every single time we asked him for help. I’m definitely coming back to this hotel.

Perfect location - very walkable to every great spot/scene in Polanco. You can't get more central than this. Soundproof windows with blackouts make for great rest and a peaceful home environment. Clean and safe neighborhood (felt nicer and safer than most "nice" areas of Los Angeles, where I'm from). Lastly, ULIV customer service was VERY responsive and helpful for anything that came up.
