I am still waiting for my deposit to be refunded for the two reservations I made with them. They said it would be refunded the same day, but they haven't refunded it or responded to me. By the way, I NEED MY DEPOSIT The room was very basic and did not have toilet paper. Access is difficult. The location was good for our needs, but the hotel leaves much to be desired. I think there are better options.

Disgusting! I could not have gotten in without help of another guest No bathroom tissue, lumpy bed, horrible shower NO hot water!! Smoke detector beeped all night I will never book with you again Thank God I found another place to stay

Un detalle a mejorar es que hagan limpieza diaria, y que quiten el letrero en la entrada que dice clausurado, me gusta la decoración en las áreas comunes y estando en la habitación me gusta que tenga cocina equipada. Personal muy amable y la ubicación me resultó la mejor, fuimos a un evento en el colegio a una cuadra lo recomiendo ampliamente

Jamas se encontro el lugar. Luego se a iso y ya nos contacto el alojamiento pero el lugar esta deplorable por afuera, no da nada de confianza. Ya le he solictado el reembolso. Porque hastabparece. Fraude. No se como este tipo de propiedades estan en una aplicacion tan seria como esta.
