The condo was very clean with spacious rooms. The interaction with the host was exceptional and very helpful. Our grandkids loved the indoor/outdoor pools. The washer/dryer was a huge benefit, as well as being within walking distance of downtown. As we drove around Wisconsin Dells, we determined that our condo was the best of the best places to stay. If you are planning a trip to the Dells, we would highly recommend Josie's on the Bay. You won't be disappointed!

Well maintained condo complex in a great location. Beautiful walk along the Riverwalk, only 10 min walk to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Great pool and hot tub on site. It was perfect for our family.

The view was amazing, very clean property. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna, and pretty much had it to ourselves the entire stay. Great location as we could easily walk downtown. Would love to come back!

Location is perfect for all the Dells has to offer. All the attractions, and beautiful hikes are minutes away. My kids had the indoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna to themselves for the perfect March morning energy burn. The 2nd bedroom was a perfect fit for the young kid group of 5. Master bed was super comfortable. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Exploring the trails near by was a main draw so having the in-unit laundry was super convenient. HOA quiet hour rules are definitely something to be aware of going into the rental. Not being able to run the laundry / dryer / dishwasher / vacuum, etc between 10p-9a and needing to be home while dishes/laundry is running might be a little annoying for some renters. Rental met our needs perfectly. Price point / Value was spot on. Would definitely rent again.

Nice apartment within walking distance of Broadway. Pool was very nicely maintained. Apartment was super clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Dedicated parking spot is right in front of the door. Just need to walk up a few steps. Three TV's. One in the living and one in each bedroom. This worked out for us because the kids could watch TV in their bedroom while the rest of the apartment was quiet. We did have some minor complaints and things to be aware of, which I will list here, but overall we were happy considering the price was one of the more affordable apartments close to downtown. Fireplace wasn't working. Beds only had summer blankets and we wished the beds had warmer comforters. I suggest bringing throw blankets for the living room as the very nice leather sofas were chilly. Shower stalls are very small. Feels like showering in an airplane bathroom. Larger or less nimble guests may struggle with this. Be aware that you have to walk outside for about 100 feet to get to the pool, which is a little bit of a challenge in winter. Coat closet was locked. So, we had to pile our coats on the floor.

I had a legitimate complaint regarding the poor condition of carpeting in the master bedroom. When I addressed it with the host he suggested I leave and later said he would prefer that we leave because he was concerned We would trash the place. Basically his response to a legitimate concern was to insult me and my family by suggesting we were hooligans. Totally unprofessional needless to say

The condo was spacious and clean. This property exceeded our expectations. It might be helpful to have a few extra blankets stored in the closet. We brought our own and needed it since we are used to a little weight when we sleep. Since it was just the two of us, we had room in our car to bring along extra things but families may not have that luxury. Thanks for a nice stay!

Excellent location, clean, perfect for a girls trip of 4 for the weekend. We were able to safely walk to downtown broadway on a well lit path, the view of the river is a nice perk! Huge balcony! Only downfall was only having one parking space and had to walk across street to park, unload, load. Bathrooms could be updated, but were clean!

The condo was great - lots of space, a view of the water, a nice kitchen. It's close to downtown Dells. Nice accommodations that we would highly recommend. Only downside: the mattresses in the 2nd bedroom are pretty uncomfortable. Everything else was picture perfect, with a responsive host. We had a great time.

Everything was wonderful except for the 2nd bedroom bed matress was equivalent to a hideabed matress. Could use a foamy at the very least so you dont feel the springs.

There was an issue with the heater, which can’t be predicted but made it uncomfortable, especially given that the coverlet provided was so thin. The hot water didn’t last long enough to fill the jetted tub with water that was the right temp, so we had to wait for the next day to give it time to recover and I was afraid the shower wouldn’t last long enough. The jets also didn’t make the water even bubble. The water dispenser on the fridge stopped dispensing water the second day. Chris was very nice when I informed him of the issues, but I don’t know if I would stay again.

The location is amazing! A nice walk along the riverwalk to the downtown area, restaurants, boat tours, etc. It was also a short and easy drive to water parks and lots of other activities and state parks. The condo was really big and met all of our needs. The only negative is the beds in the 2nd bedroom have awful mattresses.

We had a nice time. Close to everything yet quiet. We had a minor issue with the thermostat but the owner responded within 5 minutes of me reaching out and it was addressed. We got a call from the owner that someone from the condo reported us for leaving our kids in the pool unattended even though their Grandma stayed with them. I understand the owner was doing his job but just beware of a couple of "Karen's" in the condo association. Other than that, we loved our stay. It was our second time in this unit. We appreciate the proximity to the pool and hot tub.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament. Condo was perfectly located, nice walk to downtown area. Perfect size for a family of 4, master bed was so comfortable. I slept better than I have in a long time, hopefully owner will share make and model, I want to buy one for at home. Condo was very clean, we had a small hiccup on arrival but Chris was super responsive and had our issue solved in seconds. Definitely would stay here again if ever in the Dells.

Property is very clean and tidy. I asked Chris after booking if we could check in early since we were traveling out of state for a short visit. He was very responsive and made it happen! This was very appreciated since we had two young kids. Location is great and sunset views hit the jackpot. Would stay again!

We were super happy with this property! It was large, roomy, easy to get into, parking was super convenient (it was right in front of the unit), and overall it was great. We couldn't find one of the remote controls, and we called the property manager, and he was on it right away, even when we assured him that it was OK that we didn't have it; we just wanted to let him know that it was missing. My only comment, and this is super minor, is that I wish there had been a few more towels available. We had exactly one towel and washcloth per person; I'm sure if we had called and asked for a few more to be put out it would've been fine. We would absolutely stay here again, we were very, very happy with it and had a wonderful time.

Well maintained condo complex in a great location. Beautiful walk along the Riverwalk, only 10 min walk to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Great pool and hot tub on site. It was perfect for our family.

A few of my closest friends I grew up with going to church stay here every year to go boating and enjoy the beautiful Upper Wisconsin River It is a great location you can walk to town for dinner after a great day on the river.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was quiet and the view from the balcomy was amazing. We got to see a bunch of deer playing on the far side of the cove. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. We are hoping to stay here again.
