Such a clean room. It looked and smelled clean. Plenty of space, freezer, mini fridge, microwave, and the jetted tub was amazing. Front desk offered grab-n-go breakfast. Friendly staff. There were also slushie machines. The prepared toothbrushes in the room were intriguing. I highly recommend for a stop or getaway while in Houston.

The place was new and well lit. It has potential to be a very good hotel if they upgrade the decor and amenities. Like paper cups instead of little plastic cups. They have tooth brushes but no toothpaste. Comfortable accent chairs instead of the dinner table chairs.

This is my second time staying at the property and it won't be my last. My room was exceptionally clean and I must say that there was so smell of mold or mildew in the showers that I would usually smell at other hotels. My allergies didn't spike at all. I also loved how there were free self serve drinks at the front desk and as well as cereal available. It was very convenient that we didnt have to wake up at a certain time to get breakfast. Staff was kind and the hotel was very modern. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This is a great place to stay for a quick night or two. Close to Hobby Airport, in a shady neighborhood but there were so many lights outside we felt safe. The guy at the front was efficient and friendly! The room was clean and beds were comfy but soft. Netflix is available. We needed breakfast ( boys wanted waffle mix) at 4 am, he had it ready for us! Bonus points! The shower is in the middle of the bathroom with a glass door! No privacy! Epic design fail! Who’s idea was that? Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

Houston was out of power for days. There was a mix up with hotels.com even offering us a room even though hotel staff had canceled everything. We arrived late at night from several hours away and power had just been restored. They were very nice quick and helpful to get us a room ready with power. We didnt know what to expect. But the place was emaculate and very nice. They had security present. We slept in peace. I hate i didnt think to take pictures.

This was my second time staying here. We were very disappointed. There were various blood stains on the sheets on both beds. I talked to management about it, and she offered to discount mynroom on the next stay, however, I am so grossed out about it, that I doubt there will be a next time.

We had an amazing experience at Palace Inn Blue Edgebrook. The property and rooms are super clean and well maintained. We had no trouble traveling to the Medical Center and to the Nasa Museum. The parking area is well lit. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and coffee and goodies during the day. Bathrooms are very ample with separate shower and toilet area, much better than the big guys chains. We felt very safe.

Easily the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed. Spotless even. I'm not just talking about the room, the whole property is immaculate. The room itself is fairly large with a big bathroom (also spotless) and a nice walk-in shower. Of course it's not a fancy resort style hotel but it met all my needs for a great price. There's coffee available in the lobby anytime I want and the staff; from the nice folks manning the desk to the absolutely wonderful people who clean the rooms and are generous with the smiles and 'hellos'. It's on the Gulf freeway so getting around isn't particularly easy but it is manageable. The neighborhood is filled with authentic taquerias and an excellent barbeque restaurant. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if needed.

Overall good stay. Spent one night here to travel the next day to Galveston. For the price it was decent. I had some OneKey cash to use to offset the price so it was a pretty inexpensive night. Room was decent and spacious. The restroom/shower set up is weird. If you have multiple people in the room, there’s no shower privacy. The whole restroom area is off limits if someone is showering. But the room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Clean, excellent bed, spacious (incld small table and 2 chairs), but lacking some amenities like bedside lamp and plug, no 'facial tissues' and very limited breakfast. TV small for distance to seating. Would stay again, just be sure I had my own 'kleenex' for an overnight, not for multiple nights.

The couple next door was noisy and kept fighting and we had trouble sleeping. Very thin walls and could hear everything. The only complaint is the noise but other than that it was a wonderful time at the hotel.

Did not like they said we had to have maid service. Then we scheduled to leave for maid service and told a us maids left. When they are there at night normally. Just lied for no reason. Very judgemental management. Only one plug in for two beds

The area was under construction so it was a bit hard to find but the staff was nice and welcoming. We did find a small issue with the room but it didn’t affect the stay that much and just threw it away and had a good laugh about it.

This is a great place to stay for a quick night or two. Close to Hobby Airport, in a shady neighborhood but there were so many lights outside we felt safe. The guy at the front was efficient and friendly! The room was clean and beds were comfy but soft. Netflix is available. We needed breakfast ( boys wanted waffle mix) at 4 am, he had it ready for us! Bonus points! The shower is in the middle of the bathroom with a glass door! No privacy! Epic design fail! Who’s idea was that? Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

We had an amazing experience at Palace Inn Blue Edgebrook. The property and rooms are super clean and well maintained. We had no trouble traveling to the Medical Center and to the Nasa Museum. The parking area is well lit. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and coffee and goodies during the day. Bathrooms are very ample with separate shower and toilet area, much better than the big guys chains. We felt very safe.

Easily the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed. Spotless even. I'm not just talking about the room, the whole property is immaculate. The room itself is fairly large with a big bathroom (also spotless) and a nice walk-in shower. Of course it's not a fancy resort style hotel but it met all my needs for a great price. There's coffee available in the lobby anytime I want and the staff; from the nice folks manning the desk to the absolutely wonderful people who clean the rooms and are generous with the smiles and 'hellos'. It's on the Gulf freeway so getting around isn't particularly easy but it is manageable. The neighborhood is filled with authentic taquerias and an excellent barbeque restaurant. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat if needed.

Such a clean room. It looked and smelled clean. Plenty of space, freezer, mini fridge, microwave, and the jetted tub was amazing. Front desk offered grab-n-go breakfast. Friendly staff. There were also slushie machines. The prepared toothbrushes in the room were intriguing. I highly recommend for a stop or getaway while in Houston.

This is my second time staying at the property and it won't be my last. My room was exceptionally clean and I must say that there was so smell of mold or mildew in the showers that I would usually smell at other hotels. My allergies didn't spike at all. I also loved how there were free self serve drinks at the front desk and as well as cereal available. It was very convenient that we didnt have to wake up at a certain time to get breakfast. Staff was kind and the hotel was very modern. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Clean, excellent bed, spacious (incld small table and 2 chairs), but lacking some amenities like bedside lamp and plug, no 'facial tissues' and very limited breakfast. TV small for distance to seating. Would stay again, just be sure I had my own 'kleenex' for an overnight, not for multiple nights.

This is a pay by the hour motel. This is not a vacation hotel where you bring your family for a nice get away. The “complimentary breakfast” is two choices of cereal pored from dispensers. The juice was rancid and spoil. I am positive the would get an F rating if the health department were called on them. While staying there my daughter and we got locked in our room because the safety latch would not unlatched. The maintenance guys tried to come through the window into the room to unscrew the latch. But when they did not fit through the window he gave me the screw driver to unscrew it myself. They put us in another room but we checked out early and book another hotel after I heard a guy come in and book a room for only 2 hours. The “blankets” are thin so bring your own comforter if you want to sleep warm. But again I don’t think the rooms are meant for sleeping much. Book at your own risk

Mixed review. Staff were great room seemed clean, 24 hour simple snacks (plushies, hot chocolate and muffins. IMPORTANT, make sure you room has an outside bathroom door.oat don't, why I don't know. We got a handicap room since I was with my two adult children, a guy and a gal. We wanted our privacy. Shampoo and conditioner were really cheap quality.

Great location if you are going to Space Houston. Staff very friendly. Bed and pillow were firm, shower and toilet worked great. Only things was we did have a few bugs in the room and the small refrigerator took a while to make the bottle water. Other than that, I would definitely come back if I was in the area.
