Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino

Much of the hotel smells of cigarette smoke. Our non-smoking room did not, but the casino/lobby level did. If you are sensitive to that you may want to avoid it.

The stay was average. It had a lot of choice of food. It was very pricey for even the lower price options. The lobby smelled like smoke because smoking was allowed in parts of the hotel. That was not a pleasant smell. The hotel room was clean, the bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I would expect from a resort. There was no breakfast included with the stay. There was no map of the place to know where the restaurants and pool areas were or instructions on how to use the elevator. You needed to use your room key to scan in the elevator to get to the room floor. This was a first for us. We figured it out but it would have nice when we checked in if they asked it we needed help with any of that stuff.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and made everything I had smell like it as well

I booked two rooms for one night but I got charged for three rooms. I need my money back

It was my First time and it was quite Lovely
