Very nice hotel and room had a luxury feel. Convenient to stay in a casino and parking was free. Stayed on the 22nd floor by the elevator and the elevator sound was all day and night. No daily housekeeping which is a big deal. Staff was great and hotel was very clean. It was so close to being perfect cause the price was great but no daily housekeeping and elevator sound made huge difference. I would give it a C+ overall.

The hotel is fine, although the lobby smells like and ashtray. Little bit of a cigarette smoke smell in our room. Room is large and well appointed. Lobby bar tender was super nice. Trouble was arriving and the main entrance being blocked and main parking lot closed. No direction signs or staff to help point to where to park or how to even get into the hotel. Frustrating after a long drive. Anyway, the hotel is okay, but if I was coming back, I’d stay some place else.

The room itself was roomy and nice. It was quiet and secure, so I actually slept. Some of the housekeeping was suspect, and the room was not ready at check-in. We had to wait an hour. Location for the falls was amazing, though. We were traveling with a teenager, so to walk to the falls we had to get an escort through the casino to and from that side of the hotel. Security made it seem like we were asking for something above and beyond, even though it was their rule, like we were a bother. Pool was ok but slippery, and you aren’t allowed to take the pool towels back to your room.

This is a great hotel. Great pool. The hotel is Attached to the casino. Niagara Falls is walkable Great place to visit. Food restaurant options around the property and in the casino could be better If you can go mid week it’s cheaper.

It smells like cigarettes. The door to separate the mon smoking section of the casino was open, so smell of cigarettes lingered in the non smoking section. Staff was nice & friendly. The mattress covering had a slight ofor, made of cloth, not sure how often it’s change . It’s a good thing that I brought lysol. Due to the smoke smelled environment, not sure if I would take children there

It is within walking distance of the falls and all the area attractions and restaurants. The onsite restaurants are great- especially for breakfast. The rooms are big, the beds are comfortable and parking is great. The only issue we had was trying to get an elevator. They really could use more elevators.

Check-in was very quick and easy. The room was ready early. Traveling with minors can be tricky, as your only options are walking around to get to the other food outlets or asking for a security escort. Wish the Bear Claw Cafe was on the hotel side....:)

The hotel is very nice we really enjoyed the hot tub! When you walk in hotel though there is an overwhelming smell of cigarettes that is terrible. The room we stayed in during the night all we heard were the elevators go up & down, sounded like an airplane taking off! We asked the staff about things around the area and they weren’t helpful at all. The water in the shower our last night barely had any pressure and the hot water wouldn’t come on.

First time visiting and wasn't sure of what to expect. From the moment we entered to departure web were all pleased with the service, personal attention, professionalism and approachability of all staff. Since we traveled with my elderly mom, ground parking was ideal. Everthing was beautiful. clean and safe. Loved it so much we will make it a family yearly long weekend getaway.

Upon checking in the person tone was very rude. They charged for everything the two bottles of water in the rooms are two dollars each most resorts supply water for their guest for free there’s no microwave in the rooms so they expect us to pay for food in the resort and when I tried to get food for my family and I I couldn’t get what we wanted because of the the restaurant schedule it became very expensive and frustrating because I had to accommodate the resort. I feel it supposed to be the other way around also there was no housekeeping done in my rooms during my time there but as soon as I checked out I was barely out of the room housekeeping was rushing in.

The staff at front desk and specially at Three sisters restaurant were mostly very rude, unhelpful and very unfriendly. Generally customer service was not good. Except for the one sitting close to the elevators. The area was full of the smell of smoking which was horrible.

45+ minutes to check in. This is unacceptable. Room was good, clean and nice but it was hard to overcome such a terrible experience with arriving and having to wait after a long day of travel. If I had to wait due to demand, I could accept that. I had to wait due to improper staffing with only 3 total people checking in for the entire resort at check-in time at 4pm.

The property is very clean and updated. The location to the Niagara Falls is very convenient as well. However, the staff at the front desk were not very helpful. While in line, you have to wait until the three of them finish their conversation to help the next customer. This happened on a Monday during check in and also on Friday during checkout. When you ask a question they h very standard answers and keep repeating it but will not use the computer to look the information up or call for information. It was past 4pm and the rooms were not ready. Due to this, the lobby had alot of people waiting around for their rooms. When I got my room, she said she "found" me one because mine was not ready, even though it was after check-in time. I got a piece of paper typed on Microsoft with the restaurant list. However, not all restaurants have take-out. If you have a kid with you, you have to be escorted everytime to the other side to be able to eat with them because the cafe and other restaurants are on the opposite side of the hotel. One time I had to walk through the alley outside because the security told us there was no escort and we couldn't cross. Even though I have to say, the security is the friendliest staff you will come across at this property! I had an issue with overcharging as well, the staff kept telling Expedia they didnt charge me and I had the receipt that they did. There was alot of going back and forth with this as well due to the hotel staff not being very helpful.

The hotel was clean and overall quite good, but the front desk staff wasn’t very welcoming. I was also surprised by a $25 per night resort fee that wasn’t disclosed during the booking process. The pool was nice, but the kids were disappointed that the whirlpool wasn’t accessible to them, which limited our ability to fully enjoy the pool area. Aside from these issues, the hotel itself was pleasant, and the attached casino was a nice bonus.

This is a fantastic resort close to Niagara Falls state park. I read many reviews before coming and had my doubts, especially when some noted it was "tired" and others mentioned "a heavy smell of smoke while dining." I am glad I did not listen and chose this resort. We stayed on the 24th floor, with a prime view of fireworks and Canadian side. We only ate inside the resort - there were plenty of food options for us, with a fast and convenient service. Parking was super easy (again, one of the comments said that there was no available parking) - common, there is an entire garage with plenty of parking spots. I will also note that the resort was fully sold out during our dates - yet, it did not impact the speed of the service or the pleasantness of the staff. In fact, the breakfast restaurant was the one where we ate all 3 days - and it was great. Super nice servers, very attentive and polite. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody who wants to stay on the American side of the Niagara Falls. I wouldn't even look at other hotels around the area - this one truly stands out.

The property and rooms were on the larger side and has plenty of free parking. Its walking distance to the Niagara Falls and very convenient to nearby resturants. As far as the surrounding area, its not the hotels fault, but it's sort of deserted and run down. I feel its still one of the best options fo visit the Falls though. We didn't run into any issues walking around. The only issue worth mentioning is that the two front desk ladies weren't rude or unprofessional, but definately not friendly or volunteering any helpful information like where the elevators or rooms are located. I had to ask and the one that checked us in pointed accross the lobby. While in the elevator, my wife and I were talking about the lack of hospitality, and a couple of ladies told us they had the same experience. Our stay was for only 2 nights. On the first full day, we went out early and came back to clean up for dinner. It really didn't matter to me if the linen wasn't changed out, but no room service at all? Our bed wasn't even made. Maybe is was a mistake on the scheduling. Not that it was a deal breaker, but it was sort of odd and just wanted to mention it. Overall, it was a great place to stay. Its just too bad the United States side of the Niagara Falls isn't doing as well as the overcrowded Canadaian side.

Overall it was a good stay. The signage could be better as well as the self parking situation for people staying at the hotel. All the staff we encountered were very friendly. Can’t see the falls directly and we were on the 22nd floor. Can see the mist rising from where the falls are located. The area around the hotel was surprisingly run down we thought. Was sad really.

Another awesome experience. Super clean and spacious room (and bathroom), comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Casino had a lot of options with many on trend newer machines mixed with some classics. But the main attraction for us at this location is the food. After a couple of visits we have tried all the dining options and they all hit the mark 10/10!, gold star, however you rate food and service.

Food and drinks are pricey. A beer is $9. Yikes!! The Bear Claw cafe was so yummy!! The oat bowls were huge, the donuts were to die for!! EVERY single staff member we had contact with was amazing. Very good customer service, very accommodating, super helpful and beyond polite. The shuttle to the falls was awesome and so helpful.

Overall happy with stay! Staff were friendly and location was convenient. Resort room was beautiful but I found a dirty sock that had been left in one of the drawers. The smoking casino was so dirty. I rarely saw anyone cleaning machines, picking up old glasses left behind, or emptying over flowing ash trays. Breakfast buffet at Three Sisters was terrible! Way over priced for what was offered.

Overall a solid place to stay if you want to be near Niagara Falls. The place is huge and you can get decent views from the higher floors. The dining options in the hotel are very limited as most are closed most of the day. The three sisters cafe is quite terrible so I don’t recommend eating there. It is located near a gas station with a Dunkin’ Donuts inside so that’s kind of nice. If you’re into gambling, the casino actually seems pretty solid. The room I stayed at was quite large and pretty clean. I didn’t like how the toilet was separate from the sink and shower though. But the bathroom itself was quite spacious and the water pressure was nice.
