I stayed at this hotel for two nights in two different rooms, and unfortunately I experienced several issues that affected my stay. First, when I checked into the second room, the toilet had not been cleaned properly — the previous guest’s waste was still left in the bowl. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. The room also had poor maintenance. The wallpaper was peeling, and temporary boards had been attached to cover the damage. These boards looked very makeshift and were already coming loose and falling off, which was inconvenient and visually unappealing. In addition, I could clearly hear toilets flushing and showers running in neighboring rooms. The noise level was surprisingly high and made the stay uncomfortable, especially at night and early in the morning. The first room shower was incredibly weak. I made a bath and it took 20 minutes to get it ready and it was already cold when it was ready. Finally, in both rooms, an exhaust‑like smell entered through the air conditioning system in the early morning hours. It smelled similar to a car idling and made the room feel unpleasant and unhealthy. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my stay, and I hope the hotel will address them to improve the guest experience.

I enjoy my stay very convinient Mathiew at the reception was very helpful also the staff at the dining room they were very nice they made us special food that we needed the food was excellent! very tasty the sport aerea is perfect I enjoy it very much the shuttle to the aeroport very friendly and helpfull with the suitcases
