Very friendly and helpful staff. However, the hotel is not equipped to be a 5-star or 4-star hotel. Smelly hallways, rusty bathrooms/floors, and most importantly air conditioning was not working in the first room I got they moved me to a room with air conditioning that is barely satisfactory.

The staff here couldn't have been nicer. The location is Excellent..very walkable to where we wanted to get to. Check in and out was easy. However, this hotel needs updating. The room was spacious for European standards, but the bathroom shower had mold in the grout, whish was disappointing. There was only one usable plug for charging our technology and I couldn't use my curling iron in the bathroom and there was no mirror near the plug so it was a blind hair styling moment. We probably would not stay there again. We have come to love Radisson Blu's properties and that is why we chose that hotel to stay at, but this one certainly did not meet the Radisson Blu's standards as far as we are concerned.

We walked into the hotel (one of the hottest days)! to be deserted reception (no guests at all), to be told there was no air con in the entire building and would we accept a reduction in rate! or else take one of the hotels they’d arrange for us (for £470/- per day)! So we had to walk through to this other hotel (bag & baggage!) spending the extra cost for our 5 night stay (it was 4 star plus but blissfully air conditioned), so yes, got to thank this 5 star hotel (Radisson blu!) for a more expensive but comfy stay in the other!

This property marketed their rooms and sold them at premium pricing for New Years for a view of the Arc de Triumph but the balcony view was covered in scaffolding on construction being done on the hotel. I asked for a discount and 2 weeks later and there has still not been a resolution. They ruined our NYE in Paris. We were left scrambling to find alternative, very expensive, last minute plans to view the fireworks. Not a good experience.

O ponto forte é a localização. O café da manhã era ruim , sem buffet e o que foi oferecido na mesa era desfalcado, sem variedade de pães e frios, não tinha adoçante , muito fraco. Faltava funcionários na recepção, várias vezes sem ninguém para atender e quando tinha alguém a fila para ser atendido era grande. Forget about calling them for any thing, they won’t answer the phone. Worse, they lock the door and you can’t go out if you have an early morning flight! We almost missed our flight because the main door was locked and no one was around. It’s actually a safety issue, what if there’s fire? We’ll all be toast!

Small boutique hotel with such a wonderful personalized staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. It was literally five minutes from Champs Elysees and probably 8 minutes from Arc de Triomphe. Our second time in Paris and a great find.

I liked the property. My room wasn’t bright and I couldn’t see as much but for one night was ok. I had no conditioner for the amenities, I asked and they simply didn’t have. The restaurant was closed so I couldn’t use it for dinner. Very nice location and the staff is very professional

It was a Big pleasure to stay at the hotel, the staff was very serviceminded and helpful. The breakfast is a very good start in the morning, Well prepared and fresh. The hotel is very good located near Champs Elysse and Arc De Triomphe and some very nice places to have dinner or lunch. So if you want a good location, good service - stay at Radisson Blu Champs Elysse.
