The property was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Staff were generally polite and helpful, and check-in/out was smooth. There are no plenty activities to do so would recommend can enjoy this property by using day pass tour.

an ibiza-like hotel, with very high prices. For example, a cola costs 30 aed. When we arrived, we were greeted by three exotically dancing ladies with bare buttocks, which was very inappropriate. There were a lot of employees and supervisors, but none of them succeeded very well in creating contact/relationship with the customers. Many supervisors ran around and asked if everything was okay? What do you answer to that question when you are short of toilet paper or want a cola? Maybe they should ask if there is anything they can help with. However, we had a really good experience with an employee at the reception. She was very present. At the same time, there was an incredible amount of music noise everywhere in and around the hotel. Different genres that mixed with each other.

For a 5 star hotel i was expecting 5 star dining, 5 star transportation, 5 star service. Amenities were limited on the resort and transportation ro mainland was equally limited. The buffet breakfast was horrible, curry, and south east asia. Last boat left mainland at 1.15am., Dubai dont slwep,, and it was on the last day we were advised Bout a speed boat for rent. It would nice for them to advise gueat on restaurant near the al wasal.station, because its alot happening. Providing gieates with this information, maps would be very considerate and appreciated
