Clean and comfortable. Loved the film theme. Parking a little difficult. Hotel car park small so full but sat and sun can park on roads around. Buffet breakfast good.

Very clean and comfortable hotel, close to tube station for easy access into central London. We used the parking which was a reasonable rate (£18 for 24hrs). Also had the option to check in early for an extra charge.

Poor/No Parking.

Second time staying here. Pretty good. There’s a useful laundry room for ironing and there’s tea and coffee in room. Staff at front desk are nice and check in check out super easy. It’s all new interiors so it’s nice and clean and air con works well. Medium distance walk to Ealing Broadway but some nice bakeries on way so all good.

The hotel is near a good selection of shops and restaurants and is a dog friendly hotel. The space is modern & a little basic but comfortable. The staff are nice. My shower had very cool water & no pressure for 2 days. There are no fridges in rooms. Disabled Blue Badge parking fee is charged daily at this hotel. (And Blue Badge parking spaces were taken up by non-badge holders). Guests with disabilities cannot get help with luggage transfers. Lastly - building noise … I think it is importantly for hotels to let guests know (before booking) that there is an extremely large and noisy building site right next to the hotel. There’s a lot of noise very early in the morning and throughout the day. A whole host of noisy site deliveries & metal unloading starts very early and it wakes you up.

We visited relatives who live in Ealing so hotel was convenient. We arrived at 9pm after being out all day. We understood there was a car park on site but no such parking was available and we were directed to another car park 5 minutes walk away. If my daughter had been by herself this would have been difficult with two very young children. Also the bathroom could have had a child step to reach the basin in our family room. Otherwise a great stay.

I found the bar very expensive

Booked an accessible room for my partner who’s a wheelchair user, paid for early check in and booked parking. Couldn’t find the car park so had to ring the hotel, where I was told it was behind the hotel and I needed to look for it, driving around the back streets we finally noticed a minute sign that showed ibis hotel, had to press the buzzer and then wait to be allowed access to find there are only 9 spaces available. Finally got in the hotel at 14:00 to be told that the room wasn’t accessible and they were subject to availability and we couldn’t check in for another 20 mins as the rooms weren’t ready. Went out of hotel to event and arrived back around 23:00 pressed buzzer to get in car park and had to wait 10mins to be acknowledged that we were there and then had to confirm that we were staying at the hotel. My partner was forced to use the accessible toilet facilities in the reception as the room we had been provided was unsuitable. Breakfast the next morning was quite limited continental breakfast, cereals a couple of pastries, bread, sliced meat and cheese, however no butter or margarine was available or even provided for toast etc, and cutlery it seems couldn’t be washed as the last knife available was dirty so had to spread Nutella with a teaspoon. All in all not a great stay, close enough to Wembley if attending events but certainly wouldn’t recommend especially at the price of stay

Only had 1 towel in room for 2 people upon arrival, staff attended to matter immediately & courteously. Nice outdoor seating areas. Construction on building next door can be noisy & intrusive (if you want to open dark curtains to let light in). Easy check in & out.

The facilities were all very good with, the issue I had was the lack of meal choice, only snacks offered.

We stayed here for one night. The location was great as it as close to all the stores around Ealing Broadway and the station. We were disappointed as the comfort was not the greatest. The room was extremely dark, the mirror was not clean as it had stains on it which made it difficult to use to get ready. There was a lack of pillows and towels. When taking a shower there is half a door and the water ended up coming out all over the bathroom floor. There is no way to prevent this unless you don’t take a shower. Overall, it was an ok experience.

Rooms were clean and quiet. Air conditioning in the room was very effective and quiet. Area around the hotel was good with eating and drinking places in close proximity. Approximately 5-10 minutes walk to nearest Tube station, Ealing Broadway. Elizabeth Line gets you to central London very quickly. I would stay here again.

Room wasn’t very. I found nail clippings on the floor near the bed.

Our second time staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean, quiet and perfectly serviceable. Would certainly stay again. Good access to shops and the tube station.

I liked that this hotel was mostly quiet and mostly clean this go around, with the exception of some brown hair strands on the sheets of the bed. Not sure if that was from housekeeping. Also, the faucet in our bathroom looked a bit scuffy, as there were noticeable scuff marks on it. It would be nice if there was antibacterial handsoap and napkins/papertowels in the bathroom. I also couldnt figure out how to make the shower water hotter. We stayed here before and it was the right temperature and this time. I could only get it to warm.

Couldnt fault it all, clean, comfortable, good service, good food, good location

Rooms a bit dark but overall a pleasant, clean hotel.

The room have no plenty of light and plenty of chairs and I think more hanger inside the bathroom will be much easier for anyone, cause the sink hanger level is too close the toilet seat if no common sense after the COVID, so for 2 person how can we share a space without fixtures The lighting is terrible : yellow light plus only half room have lighting, the mirror on the hallway is only for decoration. Movie theme for hotel is a lovely idea but the basics need for customer need to be highly concern, and it is not possible to work inside the room at night as too less than any other hotel

The Ibis Styles is clean and basic. The rooms have a bed, one chair and a table for computers. There are no outlets near the beds which posed a problem. There are no extras like safes, refrigerators or ironing boards. They do provide a hot pot and coffee and tea. The bathroom has modern conveniences, so is adequate. They do have a breakfast buffet, which costs extra,but no hot dishes other than toast.

The room was immaculate and a great size. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a couple of nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. The theming throughout the hotel was a nice touch and made for a really pleasant and relaxing atmosphere throughout. It is well appointed for Ealing Broadway shopping centre and tube station with a straight shot into London centre.

Room was a bit small (I didn't realise during booking so that's on me), and was surprised to not have a mini fridge or phone. Although, Hotels.com does recommend contacting the hotel directly about any requests, I would have thought when they forwarded my requests to the hotel that the hotel would have responded with either an approval or decline. As a severe OCD sufferer, my requests were extrinsically-linked to that and I was saddened to realise they weren't met. I think when you book you're paying for the area; although checking today, I have noticed the price to be under half what I paid a week ago. I can only assume that it was because the hotel took advantage of the concert happening in London that day, although I am a little miffed by that. For what I received, the little breakfast options and room service, I think other hotels are worth more per what they charge. I do like the aesthetic of the place with the movie themes without, but disappointed because of the cost.

I liked that the hotel was clean. That's the main thing I need and look for when I'm staying elsewhere, especially these days. The morning staff was friendly and plesant upon check in and check out. The late night staff on one of the nights, not so much. They weren't rude but they weren't necessarily customer service friendly either. The showrler situation was also weird for me, in the sense that it does not close and is just open with the small blockade. Didn’t work me that well and kept getting water everywhere, but that might have just been me. Beds were comfy, except for the pillows. The pillows left much to be desired. Overall though, my stay was good here.

Although clean and of a certain style, on closer inspection it’s a bit cheap looking. Super clean but basic bed linen and very lean tea and coffee supplies in room definitely more 2.5 star. Little things can mean a lot for the busy overnighter. TV more basic than I’ve had recently too. Shower wall wasn’t quite wide enough so water gets allover floor even with towels put down. Light switches very odd, only work on one main switch apart from spotlight standard lamp which cast a harsh glow, but when off, the room painted grey was plunged to even drearier depths. I also like to use staircases but a staff member had to let me into staircase. I find this very un-eco friendly and narrow in view and awkward. Healthier to walk up and saves lift power! ( we are only talking a few floors here too) On the plus side good staff and quiet. Very basic hotel dressed up as something more.

AC is good and the room is spacious

This is a firm favourite be it for a solo, couple or family stay. Even business. Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the whole team are so friendly and helpful. Especially this morning when they gave some sliced lemons from the bar to add to hot water for my mum who had arrived ill from our holiday abroad. They also sent up a lemon and ginger tea bag! Location is perfect. Not too far from airport so a great option to stay over and travel out the next day. Noon check out is way better than 11am. What a difference an hour makes to get an unwell person up and ready. Look forward to our next stay.

Nice hotel for sure (I stayed there once before years ago) but sadly the service let me down this time. Due to medical reasons that I am unable to detail here, I missed the flight that would have got me to London for this booking. I called and messaged the hotel 4 days in advance to let them know and ask if they could offer me a different date (I informed them it was a non-flexible booking). They kept me waiting until the following week for a decision, and only then got back to me after I followed up. Finally I got an email just telling me flatly there was nothing they could do, meaning I had to book a new hotel for when I got back. It saddens me that Accor chose to profit from my misfortune on this occasion by taking my money while providing nothing in return.

Great staff, nice rooms and facilities.

The treatment upon arrival was not good. I arrived late and the credit card had a problem. I offered them to pay in cash. They refused, and they did not succeed even for one day. It was late around midnight and the way they spoke was very harsh. I do not recommend this place.

Payment on arrival but the invoice given at check out. When I pay I want the invoice immediately.

Good location, central to London with easy transport connections. The movie/Hollywood star concept feels slighlty tacky and from previous decades, but overall facilities and room cleanliness conditions are satisfactory and the staff at the reception are helpful and friendly.

Close to the Ealing Broadway Station with 10 minute walk and there js a busy stop outside the hotel. Room is spacious but the housekeeping is okay. They failed to clean my room for 2 days in a row even if I put the sign out for housekeeping services. Front desk staff is friendly and will try to rectify any issues that you may have.

The property was good and well appointed for the price. Well located and front desk was courteous and helpful. However the management of the property and Accor have been completely unresponsive and non amenable to a personal curio have tried to reach out for constantly. I had to change the 2 nights to 1 night and despite having a partially refundable rate and outreach. Nothing was done. Not even a response!! I ended up forfeiting 1 night. God awful management. (But then most chain hotel owners don’t have an ounce of customer service left in them!)

I would have given it a 5 star except for few things. First, the place is clean. Breakfast buffet is pretty good. Vinay is really pleasant and helpful. We like him. Another tall guy . He was helpful too. Redah is not pleasant . No smile on his face. Needs to learn how to properly communicate with people. He was like reprimanding us for eating on the dining area because we did not buy the food there. In front of other people. We have stayed in other hotels in other countries. We never had this issue. He could have said it in a nice way. The room is spacious and clean but there is no safe to put valuable items. No telephone. What if there was an emergency. First time I’ve seen a shower stall with half exposed. So water gets outside and the floor gets wet. For safety reason, no bar to hold on when you get out. The stall is raised. Limited TV shows. The place is walkable to train station and bus and stores and restaurant. The area looks safe.

We have stayed at this location many times. Great staff and even better service. Always willing to help as much as possible.

ibis Styles London Ealing is excellently located. It is within walking distances to two Tube stations (Elizabeth line) and is only a few minutes walk from Ealing Broadway. I'd stay in ibis Styles Ealing again if I have a need to visit West London next time.

Good location, 12 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway tube and nearby shops, cafés and restaurants. Park nearby.

The hotel is ok. I would not stay more than one night. I didn’t like the location even though is very commercial. Unfortunately too many homeless and pickpockets. Metro is not that closed either and the hotel is very faraway from touristic places in London! I would recommend a different hotel for more than one night. The room was clean, it has what you need one night only. .

Nice hotel in the suburbs of London. Good value for money. Good connection to Heathrow Airport and the city center via the Elizabeth line providing you are traveling light. Good food options nearby

Good room, but far away from the centre of London.

Too far from the train station. It will take you 20 mins to walk from the station and you’ll pass some homeless people around the area. Its not safe to stay out late.

Clean property, comfy beds, close to the Underground (12 min walk), lots of great restaurants nearby. The breakfast was actually pretty great (we were pleasantly surprised). Would definitely stay again!

the property is clean, big room, nice bathroom, fresh clean towels, quite, good variety /choices for breakfast, staff very attentive to your needs, shops & resto nearby , close to metro station -15 mins direct.to LHR airport very convenient.

Eating in the main lobby felt busy and uncomfortable, we had to wait for a table at breakfast, then had to ask for each food item as the breakfast bar wasn't restocked regularly, which was awful for the poor waitress who was on her own and incredibly busy. the kettle in the room was dangerous as well, it was not filled to capacity yet didn't switch off automatically and proceeded to overflow boiling water all over the desk and floor, this was very dangerous as almost burned.

A lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast buffet was complete!

Was a bit disappointed by the breakfast. Other than that I really enjoyed the stay.

Nice, comfortable and quiet stay - I paid for breakfast in advance at £9.50 it’s a continental breakfast that lacked choice and ended up having a hot breakfast elsewhere - to be fair the staff did laugh when I was like I paid £9.50 for that
