This is quite a nice hotel though the design is showing its age (as are certain aspects of the rooms). I would have given the hotel 5 stars but for the fact that the hotel is situated in an office park with no shopping, restaurants, transportation, etc. nearby. You are definitely a captive audience here. Yes, you can take the hotel's shuttle to the airport to access trains into the city and other locations, but hardly convenient. If you stay here, be prepared to mostly STAY here, unless you have a car. Other than that, I found the food quite good, the staff very helpful, the park and lake setting behind the hotel pleasant, and the room comfortable.

The hotel is nice, clean and super convenient to brussels airport. The shuttle service is also helpful. The only complaint I have is that they advertise air conditioning, but its not really. At least not what some would consider air conditioning. They have it set to what feels about 77-78° Fahrenheit and even though they say you can adjust it by 3 degrees it really doesn't work. You cannot open the window so there is no option of fresh outside air. And with a thick down comforter it made for an unpleasant evening with record high temperatures in Brussels and Europe. Overall, if that doesn't bother you, its a great stay in a great location and I would recommend.
