There are two other FIVE properties, but this by far is the best of the three. Right by the marina with its own three level pool and then a party floor by the beach, which had the best DJs whether you’re on the dance floor or dancing on your hotel balcony. The service was wonderful from the time that you entered the lobby, going to the breakfast buffet or even enter in the elevator the politeness and the professionalism of the staff is the best I’ve seen in years! It’s hard to surpass the level of service and cleanliness of this hotel. That’s not even two years old yet. I will stay here again when visiting Dubai.

Ein schönes Hotel mit Einschränkungen für Hotelgäste.Es gibt einen Pool mit einer begrenzten Anzahl von Liegen für die Hotelgäste .Somit kann es sein das man öfter keine Liege bekommt.Die 2 weiteren Pools dürfen zwar von den Hotelgästen genutzt werden , die Liegen müssen je nach Dichte zum Pool bezahlt werden.Je dichter desto teurer.Weiterhin wird zur Zeit stark gebaut und renoviert.Hier kommt es zu Einschränkungen und starker Lärmbelastung

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. A l’enregistrement, il nous est annoncé que nous avons été surclassés avec une meilleure vue. La chambre est très moderne, vue piscine et mer mais avec un batiment en construction à toute heure de la journée et de la nuit. Musique du bar de l’hotel très tard dans la nuit le week-end. La grosse déception réside dans le fait que nous n’ayons accès gratuitement qu’à une seule piscine ou le 1er arrivé est le 1er servi. Les autres piscîes sont payantes comme pour les non-résidents. C’est indécent vu le prix de la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner est bon et varié. Jolie piscine. L’accès à la mer depuis les transats de la plage est obstrué par des sacs de sable. Le séjour dans cet hotel fait parti d’un voyage plus long et ce n’est pas plus mal. Je n’ai rien à dire sur le personnel qui a été très aimable et avenant tout le séjour.

Struttura davvero bella all’altezza delle aspettative. Servizi professionali e commisurati alla categoria dell’hotel. Piscina, lettini, teli tutto compreso. Accesso alla spiaggia ed ai servizi in spiaggia compresi. Ristoranti all’interno della struttura sopra le aspettative. Consiglio vivamente la mezza pensione. Tutti molto belli, ben arredati e con degli chef davvero bravi, ognuno per il tipo di cucina proposta, dall’internazionale del Cielo, alla cucina francese del Tet a tet , alla giapponese ed un Pub “speciale” . Davvero top la colazione… favolosa! Camerieri e personale davvero gentilissimi ed attenti. Stanza molto grande con cabina armadio, pulitissima ed accogliente. Ci ritorneremo!

Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel alles ist weiß sauber freundliches Personal. Wer hier Ruhe sucht ist hier komplett falsch. Am Pool läuft jeden Tag Musik junge Leute keine Rentner, sehr sehr wenig Kinder. Geiles Hotel zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar ob es KFC ist. Pizza hat Restaurants alles zu Fuß erreichbar

Es gibt nichts zu mäkeln. Man muss es allerdings mögen, dass am Pool den ganzen Tag etwas lautere Musik läuft, da es ein Playa Pacha ist. Den Club Pacha kennt man von Ibiza.

Beautiful hotel. Helpful staff. Amazing view of the giant Dubai Eye ferris wheel. Avoid this hotel if you want a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere -- or else get a room facing the city. Why do they blast rave or dance club music -- boom boom boom -- consistently every day from 1 pm to 7 pm -- from the pool area. Even the beach had loud speakers booming all day. But if you like a rave-party-like atmosphere, maybe this is the hotel for you!

Overall, our stay at the hotel was enjoyable, largely due to the amazing views of the pools and beach. However, the beach view was slightly obstructed by sandbags, diminishing its appeal. Additionally, our stay was marred by constant disruptions from construction work and noisy workers next door, which detracted from the overall tranquility of the experience. Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel Le personnel de chambre à été très bien, par contre les chambres et la gestion des problèmes ont été catastrophiques. Douche bouchée, odeur d'égouts dans la chambre, eau froide ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre, la musique du bar trop forte jusqu'à 2h du matin. Le service a été horrible, mis à part Mohamed à la réception qui a tout fait pour arranger ces problèmes.

Had an amazing time at this hotel, staff were brilliant, sparkling clean everywhere. The 2 bedroom apartments with pool on the balcony was a perfect space for our family. Kids area & pool was ideal. Perfect location on JBR if you want to have a walk out without the need for taxis unlike some other hotels. Couldn’t fault anything with our stay and will definitely be back soon!

At first our room had a serious drainage issue. For two days, we had some loud noises coming from the toilet. The second day, the gutter started to spit crap out of the drain hole. Upon complaining, they moved me to a higher floor, which was better and our last day and night was great. Hotel it self was great. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities. Lighting system was top notch. The way I was able to control the lighting, I was amazed. Curtains were also button controlled and it was a great view, with the exception of the construction that is going on. Outside the balcony there was a huge generator with a very loud noise, that was going on 24x7. I enjoyed my stay here as I was able to walk to all shops and restaurants which were a plenty. It was also walkable to the marina walk, which I also enjoyed very much. Will definitely come back.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The customer service is outstanding, the hotel is extremely clean, and the staff are amazing—friendly, professional, and very helpful. It is my favorite hotel, and I will definitely be coming back.

We had a room on the 30th floor which offered a gorgeous Dubai view, the hotel has ultra modern spa with jacuzzi and lots of nice restaurants . Sandesh at the reception was very helpful , we really enjoyed our stay

Wir haben das ,,One residence with pool" gebucht und haben stattdessen das Zimmer mit plunge Pool bekommen, also eine Kategorie drunter. Es hat mehr als eine Stunde gedauert das richtige Zimmer zu erhalten. Es war ein Hin und Her und es hat uns schon langsam aufgeregt, weil wir schon in sehr vielen Hotels waren und noch nie sowas erlebt haben (hätten wir eventuell erwarten können, da viele Menschen berichtet haben, dass sie nicht das richtige Zimmer erhalten haben). Das Hotel wurde im April 2024 eröffnet und ich kann Ihnen sagen, dass das Hotel immer noch nicht fertig ist, da vor dem Hotel ein Komplex gebaut wird und bis 03/04 Uhr Lärm zu hören ist und ab 06/07 Uhr morgens wieder angefangen wird zu bohren etc. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Abendessen konnte man in den 3 Restaurants (wir waren im Ronin, das Ambiente war sehr eindrucksvoll, das Essen war jedoch ganz in Ordnung..). Meine Bitte an Sie: Falls Sie nicht das richtige Zimmer erhalten haben, dann sagen Sie es denen, denn Sie haben für das Zimmer bezahlt und haben ein Recht auf dieses Zimmer. At first our room had a serious drainage issue. For two days, we had some loud noises coming from the toilet. The second day, the gutter started to spit crap out of the drain hole. Upon complaining, they moved me to a higher floor, which was better and our last day and night was great. Hotel it self was great. The rooms are equipped with modern amenities. Lighting system was top notch. The way I was able to control the lighting, I was amazed. Curtains were also button controlled and it was a great view, with the exception of the construction that is going on. Outside the balcony there was a huge generator with a very loud noise, that was going on 24x7. I enjoyed my stay here as I was able to walk to all shops and restaurants which were a plenty. It was also walkable to the marina walk, which I also enjoyed very much. Will definitely come back.

Why do they blast rave or dance club music -- boom boom boom -- consistently every day from 1 pm to 7 pm -- from the pool area. Even the beach had loud speakers booming all day. But if you like a rave-party-like atmosphere, maybe this is the hotel for you!

First of all, our stay was mindblowing and this could only be this way because of the amazing lady names Mani at the reception. We arrived in the middle of the night and she still made everything possible to find a room as quick as possible! She saw me and my child in need, tired and she did not only amazing she even upgraded us. The hotel itself is beautiful but the check in process wasnt smooth at all. We waited for one hour to get checked in. No complimentary drinks or anything. Overall the experience was good. The hotel is superb, the food was good.

Hotel management de-activated our room key in the middle of our stay without warning. We had prepaid in full for the room and gave the hotel a deposit for additional charges in the amount requested when we checked in. When our restaurant charges exceeded the deposit, the hotel de-activated the room key. Although the hotel had both my email and my cell phone number, the hotel neither called nor texted me to request an additional deposit. In my experience, hotels request payment for additional charges on check out and do not deny access to a room paid in full in advance.

I really wanted to like this hotel but it massively falls short compared to the usual dubai standard. Service is poor. Room not cleaned multi times, no water restock, not turndown service multiple evenings. My room key kept resetting so i had to go down every evening to get a new one. The pool service was slow despite the number of staff available. The towels have stains on most of them. The rooms although beautiful fell short on the finer details. Light switches all over the room, bathroom one side of the room but dressing room on the other side. We had a bar in our room but no glasses at all. The pillows were flat pancakes despite asking for additional. Its ok but there are much better options for less money

This is a brand new hotel on the JBR strip. Very close to all the restaurants/cafes/beach and shisha places. Shout out to smoky beach going strong for many years! Ok so this hotel is a vibe! A dj and party music every day by the pool. Not so much a quiet family hotel I’d say but very popular with adults who want to have fun. I stayed in room 612 which was central location of the hotel over looking all pools and sea view! Cleaning staff were the best, literally cleaned the room 2/3 times a day which is helpful as you’re showering 2/3 times and day changing clothes coz I visited peak summer! They got valet parking full amenities in bedroom. I’d say check out my tiktok for pics and vids (@teetravels911)

We checked out of the Atlantis Royal and booked half board fir 2 nights. Immediately the Concierge when he saw our room was facing the building works he took us back to reception, we were allocated a stunning room. The safety from security and support and service staff was amazing. The food at The Goose Tap house on half board was so generous and delicious. Fantastic service beautiful surroundings

Some of the most comfortable we’ve ever experienced — proper deep sleep every night. The walk-in closets are a dream. Spacious, elegant, and practical — it feels like a luxury apartment rather than a hotel room. And the bathrobes… honestly the best we’ve ever had at any hotel. Thick, soft, and truly premium. Breakfast (native & international selection) was generous and beautifully presented. High quality across the board. But what really makes this place stand out is the staff. Struttura davvero bella all’altezza delle aspettative. Servizi professionali e commisurati alla categoria dell’hotel. Piscina, lettini, teli tutto compreso. Accesso alla spiaggia ed ai servizi in spiaggia compresi. Ristoranti all’interno della struttura sopra le aspettative. Consiglio vivamente la mezza pensione. Tutti molto belli, ben arredati e con degli chef davvero bravi, ognuno per il tipo di cucina proposta, dall’internazionale del Cielo, alla cucina francese del Tet a tet , alla giapponese ed un Pub “speciale” . Paid for a skyline pool suite, got a ground floor room. Had to wait past 3pm for my room to be ready. No water offered. Nice hotel but more potential. Was ripped off by room provided.

My only moan about five lux is the fact you gave up pay 1000 dir to sit the closest the pool. You do get to have this back on booze and food but for someone who doesn’t drink it’s a waste of time. I really feel this should be looked at for returning guests like myself. It’s expensive and unfair.
