Great apartment perfectly situated near the Thames Booked room with a balcony which was great Had an issue with air con but was all sorted professionally Good communication Would highly recommend this property and would stay here again

Apart from the issue i had gaining access, which i believe was a one-off issue and once sorted was all fine, the place and the stay itself was perfect. The accommodation was bigger than i expected, it was perfectly clean, and the location was perfect for me.

Property itself was nice However I didn't enjoy my stay I picked it as it says it had air con, vital during a heatwave the air con didn't go lower than 19 degrees and the place was a sauna. The air con would turn off after a short period of time. We got nowhere near 19 degrees Long day of client meetings with little sleep = grumpy writing this review.
