Extended stay america advertises that they have "fully stocked" kitchens in the rooms. They also advertised that if there were not cooking supplies in the room, free cookware wouod be provided. This was not the case either way. We would have had to pay a $30 fee to 'rent' pots, pans, and dishes. There wasnt even a coffee maker in the room! Ive stayed in far worse hotels, and those at least had that commodity.

It's an extended stay property so no amenities whatsoever. No coffee anywhere, no vending machines, no soap in bathroom. Our toilet wouldn't flush and the thing on the tub that makes the shower work was broke so we couldn't shower. But the bed was comfy.

First, there is no continental breakfast. I found this out when I got there, despite it being advertised online AND at the hotel itself! Second, there are no pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils… nothing in the kitchen!! Third, the bathroom was not clean. I found dirty wipes and the walls are peeling bad. Shower pressure was nonexistent. Will not stay here again.

We only stayed 1 night so was OK for that since the price was good. If staying for an extended period be aware that they don’t provide any supplies for kitchenette. Bring your own or buy from them. NO coffee! Either in room or lobby. Only 2 plastic cups in bathroom. No hand towels & only 1 bar of soap.

Very vanilla and cheap feeling. Entrance is behind the hotel and there is no covered area to unload a vehicle. Breakfast is non-existent save for protein bars and mini muffins. Beds and showers were good. No ice machine and no hair conditioner. At less than $100 I might expect that but not in the $140 range.

The building overall was clean and the room was ok. But the building is old and dated. The room had a strong smell upon entering that was overwhelming. Like the floor cleaner they use left a musty vinegar smell. I had to open the window to air it out. And the room was equipped with nothing. No coffee maker, no cups, not even paper cups, no ice or bin, etc. The breakfast advertised was not breakfast. It was coffee, pre packaged chocolate muffins, packs of microwave oatmeal, and granola bars in the lobby. That’s it. Nothing hot or toastable. No water, juice, fruit…it was disappointing.

The front desk clerk was very nice. The room was awful, it had a weird smell, the ac was loud and a pressurized noise would sound every few minutes. The room is old and it felt dirty. The bed seemed clean and I went to bed immediately and woke up early to get out of there. There was a small dead bug in the bathroom. the grab and go breakfast was coffee and a nutrigrain bar.

Terrible! To start with, we couldn't get in or out without smelling people smoking weed in the parking lot. We had our 20month old son with us. When booking we picked this hotel for the kitchen and that it had a tub, not just shower. There was no stopper for the tub. They said they would have maintenance take a look at replacing the corroded drain. We stayed 5 nights, they never came. We ended up using the sink drain to plug it. Rusty fridge, cobwebs all over the walls. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone with kids to ever stay here! I now see that the low price was for a reason.

The only thing going for this hotel is it’s proximity to things like grocery stores and restaurants. Otherwise I wouldn’t want someone I care about to ever stay here. From the bad smell in the room, to some brownish stain on the ceiling above one of the beds, to the loud freeway noise and the room shaking, to all the different damage scattered all over the room….damage that caused my family member to cut their hand….you couldn’t pay me to stay here. If I had known the room would be like this I would have never booked it. The pictures make it look nice online. But it was definitely anything but nice. I promptly booked at a different hotel down the street and left. Didn’t want to spend another minute at Extended Stay.

The room smelled immediately upon walking in. the hallway looked as though no one had vacuumed since it opened. The fridge looked like it had been beated and set on fire it was so gross. I will say that the sheets were clean but the floors were not.

Dirty. Hallway had bad odor. Room had bad odor. Room was 3/5 for clean. Windows so dirty you could hardly see out. Bathroom was nasty enough that I didnt shower there. Rug was stained, had wet spot between the beds. Outside/ parking lot had garbage everywhere. Stay somewhere else if you can.

The room was very dated and had an odor. The bathroom sink did not have any kind of stopper in the drain and I lost a small tube of makeup down it. Parts of the room smelled of old cigarette smoke and the curtains would not close completely leaving a gap. Being on the first floor facing the parking lot, this was a problem. It was ok to just sleep and go but other than that I don’t think we would stay here again.

When I checked in, I was told they take a pic of your ID . I asked how long it was kept and was told pretty much indefinitely. I was not comfortable with that as if they get hacked, your info is out there. I was told I could stop by the front desk at checkout and have it deleted. I did so and was told that the person working didn’t know how to do it and would call me when the manager had done so. Still waiting… Also ran out of toilet paper. Thankfully we bought a roll at the store in anticipation of this occurrence. For an extended stay facility, there was not one kitchen tool in the room, and one facecloth, one hand towel and two half sized “bath” towels for two people. Room was also old and run down with peeling paint.

Didn't even get to check in because the front desk was closed. When I finally got ahold of someone they said they had somehow given away my reservation and the room I booked wasn't available. Staff was rude and unhelpful will never stay at one of these hotels and would recommend others to do the same

They do not have hand towels (although shown on their website photos). Confused, I called down and asked. The front desk lectured me on the hotel policy that we are allowed only 2 towels and 2 facecloths. When I questioned why guests had to used use the same towel to dry hands, hair, body, and face over a 3 night stay, she was rude and continued to lecture me. I heard the person beside her say that she had an extra towel I could use, the person on the phone repeated that with a sigh and said to come get it myself. The whole exchange was unnecessary and mishandled. I should of known better when I got an email prior to the stay saying they had no front desk staff after 10pm and was still not available when we left after 8am. Also, if you stay less than 14 nights, you can only get housekeeping for a fee. Very run down. Uncomfortable bed. Do not recommend.

There is no desk agent available after 10pm. We arrived from a wedding and had to wait 15 minutes before someone was able to come down and check us in. It was another 10 minutes for them start up computers and find the reservation. Our room was barebones, no soap, shampoo, conditioner, two small towels in the bathroom. The room we stayed in was musty when we walked in and was far too warm.

Very clean and comfortable room and good check-in service. The website said the hotel would offer breakfast, but it did not. It also said there would be amenities like shampoo and there were not. The website should be more accurate about this, but the room was still excellent for the price and we would definitely stay again.

When I booked a room, the amenities included morning coffee and a grab and go breakfast. A new owner recently took over and this service was not provided. This is a very spartan hotel. I got only two towels, two washcloths and one bar of soap. We are required to take out our own trash and put it in the dumpsters. I checked outside that morning and the dumpsters were overflowing with trash. I packed up the trash and left it in the room with a note. I will never book a room with this company again.

I only slept here for one night and that's what was needed of this hotel. Great price for one night stay. If people complains about the breakfast, that's what you should get for the value of your stay. Would definitely stay here again next time if i can.

For the reasonable price the hotel is adequate and meets the needs of a budget minded traveler. Everything in the room was in working condition;!rooms were clean, parking lot adequate. The breakfast (granola bars, packaged muffins & instant oatmeal packets) isn’t my taste but the coffee was decent. I would stay here again.

Hotel closes lobby at 10 and we had to call customer service for them to open and check me in. Also they made the check in before we even arrived there . There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. No breakfast either even when I made my reservation the website was advertised
