I found that everything at this hotel looks good from photos online but when you get there and see how it actually looks like I was extremely disappointed. Everything is old/run down with some paint on it. Bathroom was not nice, broken iron, terrible lighting, smelt like someone was pushing cigarette smoke up our noses. Breakfast was a 1 out of 10. Everything had a funny taste like it was in the freezer for to long. Parking wasnt fun, not enough room.

Overall, a really good option if you are staying in the Milwaukee area. This hotel is only a 15-minute drive to the downtown Milwaukee area, in a super safe neighborhood, with free parking and lots of fast food options and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly upon welcome, as well as at check-out. Our only issues, which weren't a major ones, were: the strong smell throughout the building, which was likely due to the cleaning agents they use (well, I guess that means they are thorough with the cleaning!), and the noisy A/C unit, which roared on-and-off all night (we bring a noise machine with us when we travel, so this wasn't too bad for us, but might be annoying to other travelers). Overall, we liked this hotel for its convenient location at a great price (biggest pluses were free parking, free breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, and only a 15-minute drive to our favorite restaurants downtown). Thanks!

Stayed 4 days.Very impressed with it! Especially for the price! Looks like it might be Family owned & run? Staff obviously cares about the property. Clean building, clean, well-appointed & updated room.Very comfortable beds. Hair dryer, microwave, coffee maker & fridge w/ freezer in the room. friendly & responsive staff. I was told they'd clean my room every other day during my stay & they did. On site Guest Laundry available. Each machine is $2.00, which is fair. The washer worked well, the dryer took my money & wouldn't turn on. Front desk clerk quickly refunded my money, no problem. Had to dry my clothes in the room. Free breakfast was pretty good and went from 5am-9:30am, which is a nice long time frame. Eggs, Sausage, Make-Your-Own Waffles, Bagels, Cereals, Toast & Juices.The coffee machine definitely uses instant coffee & you can definitely tell. Coffee in the room was a bit better & they refilled the supply when they cleaned my room. I'm sure they also would have given me more any time I asked.I just opted to drive for daily Starbucks instead. Staff was friendly & helpful any time I needed anything. A few Restaurants right next door within walking distance. Stores relatively nearby. Area around hotel seems nice, not sketchy. Overall, our stay was great. I absolutely will stay there again.

It would have been great but…The bedspread top was soiled with a fresh yellow substance 2/3 of the way down the bed. You were out of eggs by 6:35 and no one ever came to monitor/fill. We left a little after 7, and no one was at the desk or eating area.

Comfort Inn in Waukesha, WI is the nicest, cleanest hotel I've visited in a long time. The only thing they could have tried to clean more would have been the little anti-slip circles on the bottom of the bathtub. Those circles were a bit gray, so their team should probably try a stronger bleach cleaner than whatever they regularly use. But other than that, this was an impressively clean hotel. Also, the breakfast was top notch, including yogurt, ham, sausage, and scrambled eggs, as well as self-cook pink strawberry waffles in addition to standard waffles. Yummy!

It was really loud. Like walls were paper thin. At night you would think we were on the highway. Someone played loud music all night and then the guy next to us or across the hall was very loud yelling and ranting at someone at 11pm. We were a little worried to say the least. Shower water pressure was nice. Fan in bathroo m was really loud!

The room was right above the kitchen ( very loud at 1 am) and outside was a very bright from a Home Depot right outside. Ask for 3rd floor or at least not to have the room below the kitchen!!!!

Nice property, but be careful when booking as you might not get the room that you think you booked. We booked a suite with a hot tub and got a king room (no couch or extra room to qualify as a “suite” in my book) with no hot tub. I went back to the front desk to let them know that this wasn’t the room I booked, only to be told by the lady working the front desk that it was the room I booked. I showed her the pictures of the hot tub on my booking and said I wanted that room. She told me that was the room I had been issued and no rooms in their facility included hot tubs. Instead of making a scene I just walked away, but was definitely frustrated by the false advertising.

The whole experience was uncomfortable, and unsettling, and I would like to be given credit for one night’s stay. I checked in at 3:00, booking and paying with hotels.com. At 10:00 pm after I had been sleeping for two hours, I was surprised by someone knocking at my door. I was told by a young woman that there was an error and I needed to go down to the lobby immediately. When I asked what this was about, the young woman leaned over the balcony to holler down to the lobby desk for more information. I protested as I was in my nightclothes and had been just awoken. I thought it was some type of scam as I was told I was needed immediately with my drivers license and credit card. The girl again had a hollered conversation with the lobby desk. I asked if this could be taken care of in the morning and was told no. The only reason I decided to go to the lobby was the young woman was so out of her depth and I felt sorry for her. I went down to the lobby very disheveled with a sweater over my pajamas. Apparently the manager who earlier checked me in had given me a room to which I was not entitled. Everything had to be done RIGHT NOW it could not wait until morning. I was assigned a new room (which I needed to move to in the morning) and I signed a paper. Why the paper could not have been brought up to me to sign, why it all had to be taken care of then, and why I was not approached by someone who would be able to explain the situation I do not know. This all very unpleasant.

Was very unhappy that I booked a suite and paid extra to stay in the one with a hot tub in the room (hot tub was shown in pictures on Expedia as well). The front desk admin weren’t very welcoming as we were checking in and then found out our room didn’t have the hot tub. When I questioned the room with front desk, she said I didn’t book that one without even looking at my receipt or any pictures. It ruined our entire stay because that’s the main reason why we chose this hotel.

My event (a conference) cancelled due to the gov't shutdown. I let the hotel know as soon as I knew. They ignored my asking for a refund (or at least allowing me to rebook for when the conference comes back). So, they stole my money, and don't quite care.

How is this a Comfort Inn ? Seems they just use the name but clearly not up to standards and needs a total renovation. No ice machine working and musty smell throughout hotel along with dimly lit hallways. Breakfast is cold and yes there is a microwave but should be warm since I was there a few minutes after it opened. Room was clean but no ice bucket if the machine actually worked. Bed isn’t so comfortable as other Comfort Inns I’ve stayed in nor are the pillows. Wouldn’t stay again and when you see Comfort Inn there are certain expectations expected I just never saw during my short stay

Great price and stay! Check in was straight forward, had no issue. Lobby & dinning room was very clean. Amenities were also clean and easy to use. Room was spot clean. Bed and pillow was super comfy! Had a really good sleep. Breakfast was great! Overall, best thing was the bed & breakfast! Would recommend.
