Great service! Shuttle was excellent offer, hot tub was nice.

Place was under construction, the hot tub wasnt working, no extra pillows or blankets, rang the help desk bell 3 x and took a total of 15 min for someone to get off their personal cell phone to help me.

Hit tub was great along with the pool. The staff was freindly and helpful.

Was ok. Pool was fine. Hot tub jets are intense. The express meal area was awesome. Service from employees was good. Pancake maker was working and food was great. Fresh stuff. Fresh coffee. Air conditioner was wonky lol

Ext time we visit we will not be staying at the Holiday Inn. It was dirty and disgusting. The breakfast was horrible it was slim picking of choices. Then the pool area the hot tub was down and then the pool had gross dirt in it and was not clean. We stood at our door for a few minutes trying to get our key to work. Overall a horrible stay. Also upset for the amount we paid for 2 nights and was not clean.

The hotel was really good. My one complaint was the pool which was very crowded and seemed to be being accessed by people who were not guests.

The beds were amazing and comfortable. The hot tub was broken and the bathroom by the elevator was very dirty, I told the front desk and the next day it looked the same, I would not even go in there it was so discussing. I did tell the front desk about the bathroom again the next morning when we checked out. Not sure if they cleaned it or not.

Liked location Property was messy, parking lot was full of shipping containers and not many parking spots.

Overall our stay 12/8 - 12/10/23 was pretty good. The toilet in our room was clogged when we got there, however easily fixed with a plunger, however the stafff did not offer to assist, only provided me with the plunger. Breakfast was decent and had a variety of choices daily. The pool was clean and the water was actually on the warmer side, which was nice. The bathroom in the pool area desperately needed cleaning and smelled horribly of urine. Overall a decent hotel and we would stay there again.

First room had not been cleaned. Hair and chips on the bed, carpet, and chair. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The staff were helpful, assigned another room right away. Again, the room was better but there were alcohol bottles shoved under the mattress. The staff were helpful and kind.

There was hair and lots of dirt on the bathroom floor and hair on the bathtub.

This was one of the cleanest rooms I've been in. The walk in shower was great. The water took about 3 minutes to get hot but thats ok.

The beds were too high. I had trouble getting in and out of the bed because it was so high off the floor. The window coverings let in too much light at night - in addition to parking lot lights we had a tower spotlight outside our window. The breakfast was excellent.

Incredibly loud and obnoxious neighbors. Adjoining rooms have a 2 inch gap under the door. Sounded like they were in our room. Carly at the front desk tried, but they were horrible again Saturday morning. Done with Holiday Inns.

I’ve stayed here numerous times, never really had a problem, the rooms are fairly clean, well stocked, staff is polite. However my last stay was horrible, they gave me room 210, apparently from what I was told from the front desk lady room 208 and room 210 are near the staff’s laundry room (which is on the first floor)when the staff does laundry the load isn’t balanced making a thudding noise or pounding noise from BELOW the room, this happened all night EVERY night on my stay, I called the front desk at 11pm to let them know of these POUNDING, SLAMMING, THUDDING noises, was told it could be the laundry room and that the staff will try not to make noise, Heard these noises all the way til 2 am till I finally passed out, 6am comes by and the noises continued til I finally had enough to check out around 8am. Rooms 208 and 210 are also directly above the public restrooms and “gym”

We were so pleased with our suite with a view of the water! My husband couldn’t get over how much room we had (compared to a room we had stayed in the previous few nights in Minneapolis. We weren’t sure how a couple of things worked, and each of the people we contacted at the front desk were more than happy to help us. Loved having a Jacuzzi!

Hotel is nice - typical for most holiday inns. If you are given room 302 (or 202), ask for a new room. Laundry is directly below those rooms and it shakes the whole room during spin cycles. Since it’s a hotel, they do laundry pretty frequently and late into the night so it can be rather annoying. I reported this to the front desk and they did not seem surprised…nor did they offer any thing for the inconvenience.

The bed was very comfortable for both of us which is a huge deal for our back especially when being in a car all day. Very happy with our room which was clean and modern. We will stay again.

Paid $386 for 1 nights stay, and this hotel was not worth that amount. Parking lot was filled with limited availability to Diamond only member parking spaces. Three transport trucks taking up spaces. Entrance was dirty and tired. Had kids and noisy people above stairs making noise until midnight. Tried to call the front desk multiple times to complain, and no one would answer.

Great accommodations and helpful staff

Upon my arrival Mitch greeted me with a great smile and wonderful attitude. The lobby was welcoming and there was fresh fruit available. The room, pool, and breakfast area were very well kept and the employees were all very accommodating and friendly. I loved the Superior area and will be back. Thank you Mitch and all for a wonderful stay.

Room was very nice. But I wasn’t happy with the front desk staff when I forgot my expensive pillow in the room. I called twice when we got home and the lady said the manager would call me. By 7:30-8:00 there was no call back so I ended up having a friend go pick it up.

I stayed there for my daughter’s volleyball tournament and paid around $325 for one night which was a bit much for a Holiday Inn. I had stayed there before a few times for my son’s hockey trips and everything had been ok until this trip. Upon check out Sierra asked me if I wanted a receipt. I said yes and then a bit later she told me she couldn’t give me a receipt. I asked her why and she said with a nasty attitude the reason was that I booked through Hotels.com. I said that I book through Hotels.com often and I have always gotten a receipt. Sierra again refused and I left. I was in a hurry to get to my daughter to her volleyball game on time. During my daughter’s volleyball game I got a call from the Holiday Inn Express so I answered the call thinking that we forgot something in the hotel. Instead it was the hotel manager named Brianne or Brianna yelling at me and accusing me of “causing trouble” with Sierra upon check out. I asked her what trouble? She said that she didn’t know but Sierra was crying all morning because I treated her so horribly. Brianne berated me for too long accusing me of things that did not happen. I told Brianne she should review the cameras of the check out that took place before calling and harassing an innocent customer. I stay in hotels at least 8 nights a month for work trips, hockey trips, volleyball trips vacations etc. Never in my life have I experienced such insanity from hotel staff. Unacceptable my personal info used to harass me as well!

Stayed over an additional night. Staff were very helpful

30 min process to check in. Night auditor said my card was being rejected even though it was already paid. I ended up getting billed twice and had to book another room(very frustrating) he wouldn’t let us use our club membership as well so we felt very undervalued as guests

Bed was absolutely fantastic!! Breakfast was much more than just carbs, carbs, carbs (sausage, eggs, omelets, yogurt...as well as pancakes, rolls and more!)

Very nice place, we have stayed there numerous times and always come back. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast are always good and they keep things very clean and fresh flowers are there as well. The new coffee machine is really neat.

Hotel was spacious, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was better than expected. Only issue was there are no places to hang your things in the bathroom, no door hooks or wall hooks, along with no fan ventilation in the bathroom for the steam to go from the shower so it makes the hotel room get pretty humid. Overall it was a good experience though.
