This is an amazing hotel. Indoor pool and hot tub is a HUGE bonus. The breakfast is great. Fitness center has adequate machinery. We just happened to be in the only room on the ground floor right by the elevator and lounge...so we heard everyone else at the hotel...Other than that, Staybridge is a solid choice...just ask for a room further from the front.

Great property, clean and updated rooms. The guest areas smelled lovely and were always neat and clean. The 2 bedroom unit was spacious and updated. My only issue is that the pool and jacuzzi were not available. Other than that I would definitely book again with this brand and location.

The treadmills I. The fitness center did not work, which is disappointing for someone who works out daily and only chooses hotels that have fitness centers. Also, we were there for a baseball tournament and our boys didn’t get to take advantage of breakfast because it didn’t start until 730 am and that’s when we had to leave for our first game.

ONE ELEVATOR to serve 4 floors ... NOT a double elevator. NO! One single VERY SLOW Elevator. I requested first floor. They put us on the FOURTH FLOOR. Then, the Elevator went OUT OF SERVICE within 15 minutes of our check-in. I HAD TO CARRY LUGGAGE UP 4 FLIGHTS. The front desk clerks did not care and did not want to be bothered. A Refund is EXPECTED!

We were excited to stay at Staybridge and be near campus for my graduation but from the beginning it was not a good experience. I had two rooms reserved and the room my parents were in greeted them with a cockroach!!! And a very dirty under sink area. Upon asking staff to clean better they said “tomorrow” and asked if they wanted to move rooms. My mom ended up cleaning the floor and asked for a broom and dustpan and they said they had a dirty one and that was it. My parents didn’t want to move because of accessibility and asked “would it be different in a different room?”. Later she found another baby roach. Staff was pretty unfriendly and absent at front. We decided to check out the next evening and just go elsewhere and I was met with rudeness. I needed receipts but she couldn’t give me full ones. We were very happy to leave! Also, basketballs were flat and they had me I flat them. Ice cream freezer was sticky and tasted old. That was our experience :(.

Staff is fabulous! Very conscientious and helpful. That being said, rooms are in need of some work. There is mold on the A/C vents. Bath tub surface is worn out, drain plug broken, rust around the drain, mold in the caulking, shower head broken and stuck on 1” pulsing setting. Light switches pushed in. Only two bath towels provided (of course you can ask for more but that is one more stop at the front desk). Pool area is beautiful but we were unable to use it as 30-40 people were in it at 9 pm. Again, every staff member we encountered was above and beyond making me want to come back if the rooms were better. Next time I’m in the area (I go monthly) I’m going to stay at the hotel across the street and see how it compares.

It was nice.. need some help in the bathroom though, tub was peeling, bathroom door was dirty and rust spots in tub area, but not too bad til where I wouldn't stay again. It was cool.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and a decent breakfast in the morning. They are a bit stingy with towels and wash cloths and the A/C did not work well at all. It was hot in the room the entire time and had to go buy a fan to get by.

Walls must not have any soundproofing. People in room above us were very loud and the hotel staff did little about it. Breakfast was free but not good at all. Hotel does have a very nice indoor pool and outdoor grill area.

Horrible room thermostat stuck on heat room at 83 degrees and unable to fix given new room at 4 am to move into after 12 hour drive and having to leave in morning for another 12 hour drive NOT WORTH $180 a night to NOT even get a nights sleep!! Canceled my next room less than two weeks out - Never again!

We had a great girls weekend to Staybridge Suites in Plano. The hotel was very clean and nice. There are some cosmetic issues here and there but nothing that effected the cleanliness. We loved all the space of the two room suite.

The property was good, and the first few people at the front desk were great. I called the first morning to extend my stay and was told I would be able to and I was good to go. I ended up going ahead and leaving early and come to find out nothing was taken care of, I was locked out of my room, and no one had extended my stay. I ended up having to pay $50 for a late checkout, and had to ask once again for my room key to be reactivated, because I forgot something. I would be reluctant to tell anyone to stay here.

No handicap room available, pet fees not on website. I had a service animal and was charged 75$ I was not aware of the charges. The noise wasn’t handled? There were kids playing in the hallways, like 15 kids from some football team. Of course they placed us on the same floor as them. I was in 404 they were in 402. Front desk doesn’t care about the complaints they just basically say oh ok.

Nice hotel, very close to the university of Texas Dallas campus. Nice rooms, clean and modern, nice outdoor facilities, enjoyed breakfast. Full kitchen in room and small living room. Would definitely recommend.

We stay here often. Daughter is at UT Dallas and this hotel is right around the corner from campus. They have breakfast which is great! Having a small kitchen with a mid sized fridge is also a bonus when traveling to Dallas.

Pros- LOVED the warm beautiful swimming pool and surrounding area. Beautiful! Beds and pillows! Suites had 2 rooms, bedroom separate from living The breakfast buffet Cons- Comforters were so slippery they slipped off during the night multiple times. I have never had this problem anywhere else. -Service- the ladies at the breakfast buffet were talking behind the backs of the hotel guests and extremely rude complaining about people taking too many pieces of meat, and a child eager to get their waffle out. Lots of complaining. Wasn’t in English but when you are bilingual and white they assume no one else understands. They were also arguing loudly together in an employee room.

I had a great stay back in August, so I was excited to return. Unfortunately, the experience wasn't the same this time around. Check-in was not as welcoming, a family with what felt like 10 kids was above my room and breakfast was overcrowded. I didn't feel valued.
