The Hot Tub was not Hot. So, there are two pools at this hotel, a big pool and a small pool. So Hotels.com should remove the "Hot Tub" as an amenity from this location, which is why I chose it. Unless they'd like to remedy that and turn the heater on. The desk light didn't work in my room. The breakfast eggs were bad. My room was near the elevator which is really loud and clicks all night. But I will say the whole hotel is very, very clean.

The parking fee for leaving vehicles while traveling was doubled without prior notification. My reservation was made before the price increased and was advertised at the rate of $10 per day, not $20 per day when I booked my room. I believe the original parking price should have been honored. I stayed here a month ago before the price increased and could have been told of the upcoming changes then. Plus saw several huge cockroaches around and in the building.

Very clean rooms and property. Friendly, helpful staff. Small, but very nice, warm pool with good hot tub. Lovely courtyard. Very good hot breakfast. Convenient shuttle TO the airport. A great place, but if you plan to stay here, note: Rooms could use more lighting. Shuttle FROM the airport can be confusing, as there are four LaQuinta properties in the area. Be prepared for a possible extended wait time. No restaurant on this property.

Pool was closed which was sad to find out because I took my toddler there for a 1 day trip to swim and go to Legoland. AC was also leaking all night.

The room was clean. The pool area was terrible- holes in the cushions on the chairs, holes in the towels, the pool water was a bit murky and the hot tub was cold and the jets didn't work. We took the shuttle to the airport early which was nice to have, so we didn't eat breakfast and there was no to go sack breakfast.

Airport transportation is evidently provided by an outside contractor that is not up to the task. We spent 3 hrs waiting for a ride ,there were several vans that passed but always full up. . Gave up and got a taxi at 9;30 pm. Next morning transfer was delayed but managed to make it on time in a beat up van and a driver on a suicide mission . Hotel staff was great they need to get a handle on the shuttle service Might be a good choice if you have your own car but there have to be better choices if you are an overnight at the airport.

It is highly recommended important for me to have a good condition gym at the hotels I stay at all the time. It is the reason why I picked this one in particular, but the equipment is in very poor shape and the room smelled like humidity.

There was roaches in our room and the person we emailed about a refund or resolution never responded, the hot tub didn’t work out whole trip, and the pool and hot tub weren’t necessary cleaned.

My TV didn’t work, the bathroom had a high pitch whining noise, we were given a handicap room and everything was really low, including the bed. I had trouble getting out of it, and we had bugs on the pillow.

I was given a dirty room the first time I checked in. So I had to go back down to check in and wait in line now to get my room changed. The male at the check in did not even offer an apology to me after I told him that he gave me a used room and I would like a clean room please. He just told me to change my room number on the paper for the shuttle. Halls had a funky smell. Rooms were spacious though.

The room was disgusting. The bed had been made to look like the room had been cleaned, but when we pulled back the covers there were hairs all over, including body hairs. We took photos. We came in on a very late flight with small children and were exhausted, so not having a clean bed and having to deal with the issues were a huge headache.

Our room was on the second level and opened to the atrium. The tv in the lobby was on the wall next to our bedroom and it played all night with the volume too loud. Got very little rest. Room was poorly lit. One lamp in the entire suite portion of the room. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to make coffee. Sink in bar area didn’t even have a faucet in it.

The room had an abnormally small TV for the size of room/distance from bed and there were only two lights, not counting the bathroom, both of which were very dim. One sconce between the two beds and the other a similarly dim sconce above the coffee maker at the entry. Not nearly enough light leaving the room always oppressively dark to the point of being difficult to see well enough to pack at the end of the stay.

Been coming for years. Never again. Still comfortable and clean but be aware of new condescending management in town. Got to hotel at 10pm after 3hrs delay only to be told my res was cancelled. First they blamed me then hotels.com. Not their problem. Was told to pay again for a room. Agreed, as I was travelling with disabled child and it was middle of the night, only to be told they are suddenly sold out. Spent 3hrs with hotel.com to try to salvaged what's left from my still valid reservation. No manager available to talk to. Told to come back at 0930am. Next day - no management. Front desk agent tried to charge me for storing my bags - 50usd and when I refused to pay shouted at me that he doesn't want my business and I can leave. Well I will be taking my money and my business somewhere else. There are plenty hotels in the area. I wish them all the best - they will need it.

The room in the hotel itself were fine nothing great but for the price it’s fine. What’s not fine as the fact that I booked on hotels.com so I was charged by hotels.com but then when I got to the hotel, they charged me again and also charged me $85 for an early check-in even though they gave us our keys at 2:15 and we went up to the room and it wasn’t even clean until 245. Only 15 minutes before check-in time. Of course I didn’t notice it right away because we are so busy during our stay, but we’re checking out on Sunday I talked to the staff at the front desk, who was very apologetic, but said there was nothing she could do about it except for passed along to her manager, who wouldn’t be in until 10 AM on Monday. So here I am out over $250 and I have to wait until the manager comes in

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff was friendly and helpful and found solutions to any problems I had. They arranged an airport shuttle who got me to my flight in the morning on time. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who is looking. You should call ahead of time though for reservation availability. It was very busy when I arrived there late and I was lucky to get one of their last rooms.

I had a great stay at La Quinta Inn near DFW. The room was spacious and comfortable—plenty of space to relax and unwind. We booked LaQuinta based on proximity to Dallas Airport, due to a late flight in and an early departure next day. We called for their shuttle service and waited 35 minutes and then called again. (HOTEL IS THREE KILOMETERS AWAY) We waited another thirty minutes and it arrived, but we didnt get on because 10 passengers lined up in front of us and they were full. Waited another 30 minutes and finally decided on a taxi. $37 dollars later, we arrived at 11:00pm. Complained at the front desk but no interaction, sorry or otherwise. They could have cared less. We had a 7:00 am flight so we wanted to sign up for the 4:15am shuttle, but couldnt because it was full. So we had to use the 3:30am shuttle as it had two openinhs for my wife and I. We got to our room around 11:30 pm and set our alarm for 2:30am. While i wish I could say I settled in for 3 hours sleep, I didn't as I was so pissed off I couldnt sleep. I left on that shuttle, and that will be the very last time i ever do business with a Wyndham owned business. My experience with Wyndam over the last several years is i can expect a bad experience coupled with lousy service.

It took about 45 minutes to get checked in and a key to my room because the system kept shutting down. There was only one person working the desk during the day. When I asked where the manager was, sign said manager on site daily, I was told they weren't there. This poor guy was doing the best he could with his knowledge but the only support he had was via text message. People standing in line to check in behind me.

We were only here for a few hours due to a flight delay but it is a nice hotel. The location and airport shuttle were the main reasons we chose it. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The common areas and grounds looked really nice, although we didn’t see them during the day or spend much time there. Staff were helpful and professional.

Really decent hotel. Staff friendly. Very clean and very large rooms. We got in late and there were pretty limited dining options in the vicinity and for that time of day. Probably 4-5 miles to anything open. Not a knock on the hotel itself, but just fyi amenities are a tiny bit limited in the immediate vicinity. Would stay again for sure. Good value for the money.

Hotel was clean. Front desk staff friendly. Breakfast served 6-9 on weekends but there was only bread in the breakfast area at 8:45. So if you eat late don’t expect much. Maids park their carts in middle of narrow hallways and don’t try to move them over. Unmarked wet floors at entryways. Overall good but a little discourteous.

TV is very small, lighting is very minimal, too dark! A/c is loud, it woke me up! Needs renovation, room looks old. Towels are very rough. For the breakfast, very minimal options unlike other La Quinta hotels.
