Tolerable hotel but needs work. Had a roach in the bathroom, fire alarms semi-hanging out of the wall, linens and shower curtain were worn but functional, bathroom sink was missing the handle, water pressure was meh but usable. Worst part of the stay was the grotesque sewer-like smell in the elevator, and only one elevator was working. Parking lot was well maintained and felt safe. To give credit where it's due, the WiFi was excellent.

Their advertised electric car chargers are a broken mess. The woman at the front desk that can barely speak English just stares at you with blank eyes when you walk up. The property itself is kept hot and humid. Stick with name-brand chain hotels to avoid places like this that are run like the third world.

The stay would have been what you'd expect from this type of hotel but the smell of sewage permeated the entire hotel, including in the rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE until the issue is fixed. One day the elevator shaft was open and you could see the sewage in a pit under the elevator. Totally gross.

False advertisement, states they have 24 airport shuttle but they didn't have shuttle to pick me up and couldn't drop me off to the airport because they Said the shuttle didn't start running till 9am. , also had to switch rooms due to AC being broke and was charged a $30 fee for checking in early.

We booked this hotel because we have next morning early flight to catch. Hotel staff told us they have 5am airport shuttle. We were at the lobby next morning at 4:50am. But the front desk told us there was no shuttle reservation. She called shuttle driver, but no one came till 5:40am. We almost missed our flight. Very disappointed.

Positives: Great customer service at check in and check out (they even loaned me an umbrella!) The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was so quiet. Soundproofing was amazing- I couldn’t hear anything outside (apparently there were tornado sirens). Negatives: The bathroom was gross/dirty. There was black hair on the shower floor (I’m blonde), mold and grime in the corners of the shower, the shower floor was dirty and the little shelf where you put your shampoo was covered in black/grey slime. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned. I could have complained and been moved but I was exhausted after flying all day, it was 10pm, my luggage was all set up and I had to leave at 5am. I just wore my flip flops in the shower and told myself it was like the college dorms again. Too bad since everything else about the stay was great! I showered wearing flip flops (

The day I checked in I told the Front desk person that there was mold in the shower and the faucet had no lever to turn it on and off, I had to turn it on and off by forcefully pushing the nub. He said ok and wrote in down. No one came by to check it. On the 2nd night I woke up to use the bathroom and turned on the light in the bathroom only to find a huge adult roach on the wall. Needless to say I didn't sleep well because I had no idea where he ran off to when I tried to kill him. I told the Front desk in the morning and all I got was an ok. I told them to make sure housekeeping went in to clean it from top to bottom. Of course when I came back the bed was made and I got fresh towels but the bathroom not the shower was cleaned. When I checked out the following morning I spoke to the front desk again about the issues and all they said was the manager was not there to deal with my issues and I would have to call back the day after I checked out to speak to the manager.

I recently stayed at this hotel after a long flight for a business trip and was looking forward to some rest before my early morning meeting. However, to my shock, I woke up covered in bites all over my back and arms. Clearly, the hotel had a bedbug infestation, which made it impossible for me to stay any longer. I immediately contacted the front desk and spoke with a gentleman, asking if a refund was possible. He told me he wasn't authorized to process a refund and that I would need to wait until the next morning to speak with the manager. The next morning, I reached out to the manager, who informed me she was in a meeting and would call me back. Unfortunately, I never received that call. When I called back again, I finally spoke with the manager, only to be told that no refund would be provided. This was an awful experience, and I strongly advise against booking this hotel. They have bedbugs, and their customer service is lacking. Which is completely disappointing, because the check-in desk attendant was super nice and polite.

Absolutely disgusting! There was a raw sewage leak on the first floor. Didn't know. The front desk guy said there was a "mishap" on the first floor. Got the keys and went to the elevators. The smell of raw sewage was so strong I wanted to gag. Then we get to our room on the 3rd floor and the room was horrible. Bathroom door barely closed. The shower head had a ton of orange mold all over it. I have pics if needed. Bath tub was dirty and sink had a crazy slow drain. I would love a refund. It was the worst stay in a hotel I have ever had. I wish I would have known about the sewage because I would've went somewhere else.

Nice hotel overall. Lobby was nice, room was nice, bed was comfortable. The shower was small, especially if you are tall or wide. Breakfast was pretty pathetic, ans you had to make sure to pull the room door shut, otherwise it did not close all the way. Theres also no pool, so keep that in mind. Overall, for the price and location, its a great option for business or leasure travel.

The 2-night stay was OK for most part except for the following issues: 1. The A/C was a bit noisy. 2. When I returned to my room on May 30, the carpet was wet by the window. Heavy storms had moved through area that day and water may have got in not sure how. 3. The thrash was not picked up and the beds were not made on the second day. I went and reported it to the Front desk, but he told me that the Housekeeping staff had already finished their shift. He proceeded to give me a trash bag and put everything in it and leave it outside the room and he would pick it up after the end of his shift. It was never picked up even when I was checking out on May 1. 4. The shower sliding door would never stay in place. You had to do a dance to hold that with one hand and take a shower to prevent water from the shower spraying ring out onto the bathroom floor. 5. The breakfast choices were standard, but food was not hot. The orange juice had run out on the second day I stayed there. They had good selection of Bigelow Tea bags. 6. The elevators had a lingering smell and needed a bit of cleaning. I will think twice before I stay her. The only advantage is that it is close to a lot of good dining options in Irving, TX.

The property had no wifi when ibchecked in on the 2nd floor. I was told it was called in. Moved to the 1st floor the next day becausebi was told it would be better and the wifi was still not working. My rental was an EV car and the front desk had no idea about the chargers outside and put it on the rental car office and they put it back on the hotel. TV had no guide or card giving the channels. The door didnt seem to be the on correctly because i had to force it open and to close it.

Not exactly the warm welcome I was hoping for. Let’s talk about the king bed. You’d expect plush comfort, right? Nope. Instead, I was greeted by four of the tiniest pillows known to mankind. Like, decorative throw-pillow tiny. I asked for more and was told flatly, “there aren’t any.” Alright then. Moving on to lighting… hoping to wind down for the evening with something soft and ambient? Dream on. Every single light in this place is a blinding fluorescent bulb straight out of a corporate office. Even the bathroom light felt like a retinal exam. I had to shower in the dark just to protect my eyes. Speaking of the shower—sure, it’s spacious, but where do you put your stuff? Spoiler: you don’t. Only a tiny single ledge. I had to stash my soap and toiletries on the toilet because I refuse to set them on the shower floor like a barbarian. Then came the final insult: lukewarm water. No, not by choice. The hot water is capped. A big, beautiful shower that looks like it belongs in a spa—and yet I had to shiver through the experience like I was in a high school gym locker room. I’ve stayed in a lot of places over the years, but never one that felt so sterile, unwelcoming, and utterly unaccommodating. Asking for basic guest comfort like extra pillows? We didn't like the fact the shower handle fell off, door didn't close without pushing or pulling it hard & toilet wouldn't flush and when we called front desk he came up only to tell us we had to wait until morning because housekeeping wasn't in or he'd move us. It was too late in the evening and we had unpacked for us to move. The next morning we moved and the new room had a funny odor so we had to spray air freshener, door didn't close completely so had to be sure to pull or push it close& the dead bolt was missing. Breakfast wasn't the best at all.

Positives: Location is within a residential area that allows for nice walking. Dining Option (Benihana) within the same parking lot as hotel. Fitness Room was always empty and available. Continental breakfast was served. Opportunities: No airport shuttle, poor communication from staff (this resulted in them cancelling my room and having to rebook and repay.), lack of communication through their messaging (sent a message and they took days to respond, and did not answer the question. Convieniently, they answered after I was unable to change my reservation. When it was time to pay someone called me three times during my vacation, and deactivated my room key, although they had permission and had my credit card on file.), and they make no attempts to resolve a poor customer experience. Try a different location if you are seeking a hassle free experience.

The property was clean and the staff was friendly when you could find them. The only issue I had with this place was they don’t have enough help. No one is ever at the front desk so calling or even walking down there doesn’t help. You have to walk around or wait forever to find someone to help you. When you find someone they are very kind. Just hire a few more people so the service can be better!

The manager was awesome! She does EVERYTHING and with a smile, friendly personality, and knowledgeable. The morning breakfast was always kept neat and stocked. We felt cared for and appreciated the room amenities.

It was a awful stay, first night water heater was broken, people were banging on my door and yelling at 3 AM in the morning. Every single night there I asked for towels no one ever brought them. Room was serviced one time in a 5 night stay, no pillows provided when asked. Front desk was rude, and never there when needed. You would have to wait at least 20 mins just for them to come to the desk.

The hotel is in a great area with plenty of places to eat or shop nearby. It was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was that there was no pool, which was sad for the kids. If you have kids who love a hotel pool, unfortunately, this is not the place to stay. If that is not important to you, I would definitely book here.

The property is under remodeling and they did not disclose this. Very strong fumes throughout. They also were not providing breakfast due to construction when the app said they were. My bed skirt was ripped and the towels smelled odd.

First, when I got there, they told me it was $189 and I paid $237 for it. Secondly we had an incident Saturday night when we got woke up 2:30 in the morning thumping music finally figured that out about an hour and a half later Didn’t care for the sheets, small pillows, and the temperature in the breakfast area was 20 degrees hotter than the room area. The breakfast was lacking in variety and quality. Have not been impressed with Expedia.

They’re going through renovations so THEY ARE NOT SERVING BREAKFAST. I wish I would’ve known this before I booked & paid. I filtered my search specifically to include breakfast. The guy at the front desk was so rude when we checked in. The only staff that ever acknowledged us or even said anything was housekeeping. They were very nice.
