No WiFi or TV the entire weekend. Hotel no maintenance needed. Electrical plug broke and broken smoke alarms. Spoke with desk attendant and there was no concern on his part

We had two rooms booked, when we called 2 times to inform them we are coming to the hotel in the late hours. No one was at the front desk for over 2 hrs to check us in or give us our room keys. We had to drive back home in the middle of the night. Even guests who needed a new key were sleeping in the lobby. We are now joping to get a refund but they claim we have to work with the booking agency and not the hotel.

Room was run down, bathroom shower was yucky, TV was not working, had a group of dogs barking for most of the night next door. After that the TV was so loud in the next room that I could not even sleep.

Very ran down, unkempt. Dirty. First room I tried the bath tub was filthy. Second the toilet didn’t work. Third room the TV didn’t work. Outside had weeds, dead bushes and was an eyesore.
