Elevator was out and room was dirty and furnishings worn. Carpet was wore out. Would not stay here again

Elevators were out, room had a smell, saw a roach on the wall as I was leaving.

NO COOKING UTENSILS, NO BREAKFAST AS PROMISED, JUST COFFEE, TEA AND HOT CHOCOLATE. NO STOPPERS FOR THE SINKS, TELEVISION NOT WORKING PROPERLY. VERY LIMITED CHANNELS, NO PHONE CALL, A NOTICE STATING EVEN IF YOU USE THE PHONE AND YOUR CALL DONT GO THRU YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED

Heavy presence of bugs in the room. No utensils or glasses in room. Vending machine bottle water section not working

This property did not have the basic essentials while staying in an extended stay. Bathroom wasn’t equipped with a hair dryer. For an extended stay there wasn’t any dishes, cups, pots, etc. There wasn’t any ice machine at the facility. This place was such an inconvenience.

We had a kitchen, but they didn’t have any pots or pans for use, so that was pretty much worthless. We requested a toaster, but then one they gave us was broken, so we returned that. The Wi-Fi was so slow that most of our devices couldn’t even connect without paying extra fees, and the “breakfast” was only coffee and unflavored oatmeal packets. Pretty disappointing.

The plumbing in my bathroom was absolutely horrible! The toilet got stopped up and the sink drain was so slow. I feel like they need to clean the carpets in the rooms and hallways because there is a lingering odor that was bothersome. Also, the moisture in the room was high. We couldn't get "dry air" and the room just felt really humid and moist the entire time. The elevator is freaking scary and they need to get it looked at. We didn't see a luggage cart the entire stay, so we had to carry a ton of luggage. The manager and a couple staff members were nice, but the building overall is not clean or comfortable. They should consider renovations.

They say the rooms get cleaned once a week when you check in, they don't. Cars get robbed in the parking lot. A pimp is running girls here. If your key card stops working after hours. You have to call the hotel, go through a phone tree until you get asked if you are resident with a room emergency. Then you get connected to a call center and they tell you they will try to contact the night staff. 20min later she will stumble out from upstairs (assume sleeping in a room) and recode your key. Stoves in the rooms do not work well, maybe you get a microwave, maybe you don't. Toilets will decide if they want to refill with water or not. Bad bad bad

I like the staff they where great on checking me in and checking me out and they where helpful in what I needed, but the things i didn’t like there where two big cockroaches in my room and outside it smell like there was a gas leak

Literally laid my head down and two bugs came out from under the pillows. Fell asleep after killing the bugs and woke up and there were more..

ROACHES!!!! Checked into my room at around 11pm and the room had bugs crawling on the floor, walls and in the sink. Absolutely gross and very surprised the brand allows this.

It had a bad smell and roaches everywhere from walls to bathroom to chairs.

Everything was great except the room I stayed in had a dead roach and no tv access

Beds are a lot more soft and comfortable compared to other hotels and love the kitchen area for extended stays for long periods of time.

Tv isn’t working, trying to call the front desk and no answer. Very old hotel and not very cozy

Tv didn’t work, room was outdated

No internet the first day, I could walk 2 doors down to get internet on the other days. Had to use the hotspot on my cell do do any work. I used up all my data in one day. I ended up going to McDonalds to use there wifi. at the end of the day I was very disappointed I left a day early and went to LaQuinta

Location was great but the bathroom issues were crazy

Toilet wouldn’t flush properly

The rude front desk attendant took my money because I didn’t arrive before midnight. The unprofessional attendant was visibly upset they were interrupted. Despite speaking customer service who informed me the room was confirmed, this front desk person placed my reservation as a “no show” and took my money.

Very terrible behavior from the hotel staff on duty. I made payment for the hotel room via Hotelss.com I got to the hotel at early hours in the morning before 4am but was not allowed to check in. No room left.

Very nice and accommodating stay. Especially due to their remarkable staff members. To be specific, Maria, showed a positive spirit, was very kind, patient and super professional during my whole check-in experience. It’s rare to come across this kind of hospitality these days. She definitely embarked quality when it came to customer service and I am appreciate of her for that. Thank you Extended Stay for your great staff and never disappointing rooms.

Great staff. Very clean and very quiet

Check in was a nightmare. The front desk girl had no idea what she was doing. Papers were all iver the floor in the entrance when I entered. And she just watched me pick them up for her. Took 45 mins just to try to check in. Just to be told because it’s “so late” I can’t check in anymore. But the policy states check in cut off time is 12am I arrived at 10:56pm….. then saying her registers were already down for the night. Then having me go back and fourth saying I can. Pay cash but then I have to pay $10 on a card. Everything about this place was horrible. All for me to waste almost an hour and still not even be able to check in. She has absolutely little to no knowledge about what she was doing.

I've been here with my family for awhile. We are home hunting. On Feb 28th I was locked out of my room overnight because there is no night shift person available. I had to sleep in my car. Next morning, the two office people Guy and Lady met several people who were also stuck in the lobby for their lack of service, with no empathy and finger pointing. I was exhausted so I waited for the manager. She told me that no was Compensated and told me "give her a sec" and she never got back with me. I felt gaslighted and disregarded and lost my money for a comfortable night of sleep in my room. For safety reasons and comfort reasons that was unprofessional. Not to mention the roaches are outrageous. They should help pay for the stay it's so many of them. The staff is usually very kind and so is the manager but recently I had a horrible experience. So if you're the type to leave, lose your card, and may work at night, stay at your own risk because you may not get your money back and be met with no empathy in addition to your experience.

Location

The room was what we expected except for the uncomfortable mattress. We also saw some drug use on the property so that was not so good. But it was a central place to where our family lives in Houston and the price was excellent.

They claimed to offer free breakfast. Not only was that a lie, they didn't even have coffee, in the rooms or up front. They only offered decaf coffee, and that's i,!j- no breakfast bars, buns, nothing

Saw 2 cockroaches in the room, the microwave was busted it worked but dropped small particles from top onto food, halls smelled of skunk, didn't have coffee makers, washer/dryer were out of order, included breakfast was "unavailable", very dissatisfied overall. If you can, stay somewhere else.
