Enjoyed our stay. Very clean place and great layout for traveling with family/kids. Wish they had a breakfast or a pool but overall we loved it. Would definitely stay again!

Newer place, very clean and functional. Would stay here again at the $120-130/night price point. Only complaint is no one on staff after 5 in lobby. Too much noise at midnight/1am in the courtyard area by disrespectful guests.

We stayed here after Hurricane Beryl because our home was out of power for 4 days. The room was clean and comfortable. The little courtyard was a nice place for my kids to play. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall a decent place to stay but there are a few comforts that were missing which would not make this a first choice for me: 1. No automatic doors. That may seem silly but dragging a bunch of luggage while trying to hold open huge heavy doors was such a pain. Especially since there were several sets of doors to go through to access our room. 2. The bed was very squishy. No support at all. It feels soft and if you like beds that you sink into then this won’t be a problem for you but I prefer a firmer mattress with support. 3. Though I could access the Wi-Fi through my phone, I couldn’t connect my laptop to get work done. I wound up having to use my phone as a hotspot. There was no available free Wi-Fi connectivity for non-phone devices. With that said, the staff was friendly, the entire establishment was very clean and tidy, and the rooms were super spacious. I probably won’t return but it might be just fine for others.

A question I had was if there happen to be any problem getting in withjust the key, since the staff was gone, what would we do? I was told that the nearest staff member Was 5 to 10 minutes away, and then they would answer the phone; but it is a little unnerving to think that you could be standing there, hoping that someone would show up fairly quickly. The only aggravation was that there were no instructions for the coffee pot and neither me nor my friend could get it to work. I hope they will put up a detailed instruction sheet nearby. I would stay there again o.

Our first time staying at this hotel chain, the apartment is spacious, the bedroom area is not completely separate but it is semi private, sofa bed in the living room, two TV’s in the two living spaces, full size kitchen well stocked. The property was very clean. Customer service was very good. The hotel has a nice area in the center with a BBQ grill for guests to use, nice seating area and an open fireplace. The price was very reasonable for all the amenities. I would definitely stay at this facility again.

The hotel is clean, new, no frills. A/C was great, shower was hot, desk was very friendly and got a good price too. The suite size is a bonus. Didn’t use any kitchen amenities because only a one night stay but it was nice to have the seating area there with the 2nd TV.

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and very helpful. Our AC wasn’t working when we got back to our room late one night and she was there very quickly to assist us. The down side to this hotel was the animal hair on the floor. It was disgusting. As soon as we took our shoes off, we realized just how bad it was. It was all over anything that we put on the floor. It gave us the impression that they do not vacuum when cleaning the rooms. We will not stay there again because of this.

We went out to College Station for High School Softball tournament. Although the weather wasn’t so great, but the stay was AMAZING!!!! Never have I ever walked into a Suite property and it was so clean. Clean from the parking lot to the front desk and to the walking to our room. OMG when we walked into our suite it was super super clean and smelled so fresh. Super roomy and it was beyond our expectations!!!

The room was wonderful! My husband kept commenting how great the room was! The front living/dining/kitchen area was separated from the bedroom area which allowed for privacy if needed. The items needed to prepare a basic meal were provided i.e. toaster, pot, pan, measuring cup, colander. Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and utensils were also available. A pod for the dishwasher was provided but no dishwashing soap. A filter coffee pot was available. However, you can get coffee via a Keurig machine in the lobby with creamer and sugar. Shower gel and shampoo was supplied as well as a hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable. My son was able to work on his laptop on the desk provided. The staff were professional and courteous. The manager (I'm sorry I don't remember your name!) went out of his way to make sure our stay was great! We will stay there next time we go to College Station. Thank you!

This property is a hidden gem. I chose it on a busy weekend because i needed more space than a standard hotel, and this definitely met that requirement. It’s nice to have a kitchen and a separate living room. The bedroom does not have a door, not a big deal but JFYI if you are expecting that. Great stay and would definitely stay again.

Brand new hotel. No more than one or two people had stayed in the space before us. For an extended stay hotel was very good and onsite staff was very professional and courteous. One significant missing component was there is no drawers of any kind in the room except the kitchen cabinets. As a professional traveler I always settle in on any stay beyond one night and there is no place to put you stuff except to leave it in your bag on the floor in the closet.

The location is convenient to College Station and just off the Highway, yet out of the fray of the campus. The layout of having an apartment is nice. However, the sheets are like cardboard, flat pillows, the bathroom light automatically turns on a loud fan, if you are using the pullout couch there is nowhere to sit, and with no blackout shade the light is very bright coming through the blinds making it difficult to sleep well.

Great place to stay, really big place felt like a mini apartment. My daughter like it also. definitely will stay again. Area looked really nice and safe, other hotels around and gas station so close was a plus.

I loved that the place was like an apartment with a lot of space. It is very new and clean and the staff is friendly. We had a very good stay here and it is very near the university which is where we went to visit. Everything was great.

The room was wonderful! My husband kept commenting how great the room was! The front living/dining/kitchen area was separated from the bedroom area which allowed for privacy if needed. The items needed to prepare a basic meal were provided i.e. toaster, pot, pan, measuring cup, colander. Plates, bowls, glasses, mugs, and utensils were also available. A pod for the dishwasher was provided but no dishwashing soap. A filter coffee pot was available. However, you can get coffee via a Keurig machine in the lobby with creamer and sugar. Shower gel and shampoo was supplied as well as a hairdryer. The beds were very comfortable. My son was able to work on his laptop on the desk provided. The staff were professional and courteous. The manager (I'm sorry I don't remember your name!) went out of his way to make sure our stay was great! We will stay there next time we go to College Station. Thank you!

Enjoyed our stay. Very clean place and great layout for traveling with family/kids. Wish they had a breakfast or a pool but overall we loved it. Would definitely stay again!

We loved the full-sized kitchen! We had to evacuate after a hurricane, and we enjoyed being able to utilize the refrigerator. We also appreciated the spaciousness of our room. It would've been helpful for them to provide paper towels and dish soap.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this newer extended stay property, but I needed a room for a single night and am glad I chose stayAPT. I was not able to check in, in person, but received a code for a lockbox in the vestibule which had my keys and paperwork. The room was just as nice as in the photos, didn't show any signs of wear and was quite clean. Towels and shower supplies were well stocked up. The room was quiet, bed comfortable, AC cold. I couldn't ask for more at a reasonable price. I would consider staying here for a more extended stay if needed. The kitchen area is effectively equipped and quite functional.

This place is great. There's a gas stain right next to it that sells very really good food as well. The room is actually an apartment with full size kitchen so if you want to get groceries you can. Really good place.

Really good idea. Room itself was clean. Dirty sheets left on sofabed that was unusable as a bed. We had to purchase an air bed Property was nice but after hours check-in is not clear through Expedia nor do they provide your phone number so you can do electronic check in and key. No one is at the property after 8pm so you have to call the emergency hotline. Decent location and large room but would definitely check out the 2 bed options
