Very small bathroom you must walk over the toilet to reach the sink. You can wash your hand while you are seated on the toilet. I didn't take a picture and small shower. Shuttle pick up to Dubai mall on but returning it's awful. Almost impossible to find the shuttle. I had to take a taxi. Location it's far away from bus and metro. Long wait for taxi unless you book a taxi or use the Uber/Careem

Not much around the hotel. basic corner shop. Hard to get a taxi from the hotel. You need to order one on a app. Or the hotel will offer you a more extensive hotel car service The pool area is small. The beach is at another hotel and is at extea cost. Over all i would say its a average hotel.

Amazing hotel and staff!! Only downfall was there is very limited shuttles so we couldn’t go to the beach resort more than once. But overall amazing experience here, I highly recommend.

Overall, the hotel was very comfortable. Maybe due to Ramadan… no sure but there was music playing until the early morning hours. Otherwise very quiet. I was charged for hotel taxi for 4 days to go to Dubai Mall before being told that there’s was a daily shuttle. On Day 5… I go to catch the shuttle and was told it already left even it was earlier than the scheduled pick up. I felt like I was being scammed.

Nice Hot Showers, spacious rooms and it’s a clean hotel, nice staff and a great selection at breakfast. The rooms had balconies (reception has to be contacted to unlock the door for your stay). Pool top floor. It’s a 10 min ride to Burg Khalifa by uber, and 15 mins to airport. I got the hotel to get me a cab to airport which was quick and easy. I had a number of suitcases and they take them from the car to your room and back, good service.

Et fantastisk hotell med kjekk beliggenhet, fint rom og meget god service. Jakir, Zeeshan og kollegene sørger for at vi til enhver tid hadde alt vi trengte under frokosten. Kjempegod frokost med godt utvalg. Veldig praktisk med shuttlebus som tar deg både til Dubai Mall og Beach Club. Her vil vi gjerne bo igjen ved en annen anledning.

1. Very SLOW check in (I told receptionist I had 15 hours flight), 2. even with 2 concierges you can’t get any help, they only talk … useless. 3. I was late for a booked Tour and therefore lost money only because the beach shuttle did not arrive on schedule (2:10 pm) but was 25 minutes late.

Convenient, but very noisy area. Outside and in - I had two different rooms and in each one, my neighbors had a late night and I got to hear all of it. Staff is super-friendly and very helpful. Restaurant buffet is very decent and the place is quite nice. Previous occupants hair all over the shower in the first room, that wasn’t removed after the first cleaning, which I found a bit shocking.

I am writing to express my concerns about the condition of my room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned upon my arrival, and the air conditioning vent appears to be very dirty. The air coming out of the vent has a strong, foul odor, making it difficult for me to breathe comfortably. I did checked out on the 15 of October and booked another hotel to stay😡

Amazing… beyond our expectations. They ensured we got an early check-in since one of the kids wasn’t feeling well. The rooms were adjoining, which was perfect for our family. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were incredibly friendly, from booking taxis to assisting us at the concierge. We’ll definitely choose a First Collection hotel on our next trip to Dubai.

The hotel was generally great. Rooms were modern and clean. The hotel backs onto the canal which you can walk along for miles. The front of the property faces the highway and my room faced that way so I could hear traffic at night but it didn't prevent me from sleeping. The balcony doors are locked by default for security but you can ask them to open it for you. The restaurant downstairs was good. The breakfast buffet was good too with a decent selection of food. The wifi was spotty during the day for some reason. Considering the low price and location of the hotel, I would definitely be open to staying again.

Room temperature wasn’t cool enough despite the AC. Room lights were not bright enough. It gave me hard time putting on my dress and wear make up cuz it was dim. Other than that everything was good and service is excellent.

Overall, the hotel itself is very nice—you can tell it's a newer property. It's beautifully decorated and has a fresh, modern feel. The standout feature for me was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special shoutout to **Rudmi**, who was absolutely amazing, and **Adriaan**, who was also wonderful. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality from every staff member I interacted with. The room was a good size and comfortable, but I was disappointed with the bathroom setup. It seemed like this part of the design was overlooked. The door was awkwardly placed, and I found myself bumping into it often, even though I was traveling alone. There wasn't enough shelving for personal items, and the bathtub sat unusually high, which I found inconvenient. Location-wise, the hotel wasn’t ideal for me. You definitely need transportation to get anywhere, as there’s not much within walking distance. Fortunately, the hotel does offer a shuttle with a limited schedule, which worked out during my stay—I was able to get to the mall and take the metro from there to explore the city. Overall, my stay was pleasant thanks to the wonderful staff and clean, well-maintained property. However, due to the bathroom design and location, I don’t think I’d choose to stay here again.

We recently booked the most expensive suite available at this hotel, anticipating a luxurious experience with a city view. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were assigned a suite on the second floor overlooking the desert and exposed to significant highway noise. Prior to our stay, we had requested a room with a pleasant city view through Expedia and reiterated this preference at the reception during check-in. Regrettably, our request was denied without a satisfactory explanation. The combination of an undesirable view and constant noise from the highway significantly detracted from our stay. Everything was great . I had an amazing stay. The staff were very polite and helpful all the way from the time I arrived to departure . The rooms were great .. only issue was the bathrooms are a little tight and sometimes the hot water changes to extreme hot and cold while showering

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are great , except the bathrooms are a little tight) . The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful and the food options are great. Breakfast had an amazing variety. What stood out was the service by 2 of the staff. First was Paul , we believe he is a manager. He stopped and asked us if we need Ed help as we waited for the front desk. We took a chance to see if the hotel may have a spare lanyard we could browse to save our phone for a trip. He went looking and got us one. The next person is Zeeshan. Zeeshan always has a smile on his face and very helpful at the restaurant.

Amazing… beyond our expectations. They ensured we got an early check-in since one of the kids wasn’t feeling well. The rooms were adjoining, which was perfect for our family. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were incredibly friendly, from booking taxis to assisting us at the concierge. We’ll definitely choose a First Collection hotel on our next trip to Dubai.

1. Very SLOW check in (I told receptionist I had 15 hours flight), 2. even with 2 concierges you can’t get any help, they only talk … useless. 3. I was late for a booked Tour and therefore lost money only because the beach shuttle did not arrive on schedule (2:10 pm) but was 25 minutes late.

Didn't get the room on time. Gave us the wrong room and said that I was in the wrong. Got my correct room an hour late. Shower was leaking and make the whole bathroom floor wet.

Not much around the hotel. basic corner shop. Hard to get a taxi from the hotel. You need to order one on a app. Or the hotel will offer you a more extensive hotel car service The pool area is small. The beach is at another hotel and is at extea cost. Over all i would say its a average hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located with a very pleasant view by the canal, Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms are good, linen is clean, well ventilated and thermostats work well. The bathrooms are small and ill planned. These need a fresh architectural review. The hotel has a pleasant ambience. The Food is Good. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The hotel was generally great. Rooms were modern and clean. The hotel backs onto the canal which you can walk along for miles. The front of the property faces the highway and my room faced that way so I could hear traffic at night but it didn't prevent me from sleeping. The balcony doors are locked by default for security but you can ask them to open it for you. The restaurant downstairs was good. The breakfast buffet was good too with a decent selection of food. The wifi was spotty during the day for some reason. Considering the low price and location of the hotel, I would definitely be open to staying again.

Nice Hot Showers, spacious rooms and it’s a clean hotel, nice staff and a great selection at breakfast. The rooms had balconies (reception has to be contacted to unlock the door for your stay). Pool top floor. It’s a 10 min ride to Burg Khalifa by uber, and 15 mins to airport. I got the hotel to get me a cab to airport which was quick and easy. I had a number of suitcases and they take them from the car to your room and back, good service.

Really nice hotel, staff is superb from front desk, porters, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Highly recommend this place, but bit far from everything. Uber is there but ot can add up quick so better to book close to attractions for extra. Hotel provides transport but delays due to traffic (which is understandable and not the hotels fault). There's 24hr grocers around but few restaurants nearby. Hotel restaurant is great tho.

Staff were very helpful could not do enough for you, rooms very clean &. comfortable My one issue was in regards to Risen the coffee shop at times there appeared to be no staff in one instance I had to help myself to a menu then approach a staff member to order my meal.

I enjoyed my stay at the First Collection Waterfront hotel, the room is clean and has everything you need. The hotel staff is friendly and they make sure you have a good stay and call you to check if you need anything. Very loud music at the pool, had to leave the area as I could not hear my headset. Breakfast was okay, but the arrangement with coffee was not working, we had to wait 30 minutes for coffee. And the elevator had their own life, it took forever for the lift to come. Everyday we spent way too much time waiting and ended up taking the stairs :-(

Et fantastisk hotell med kjekk beliggenhet, fint rom og meget god service. Jakir, Zeeshan og kollegene sørger for at vi til enhver tid hadde alt vi trengte under frokosten. Kjempegod frokost med godt utvalg. Veldig praktisk med shuttlebus som tar deg både til Dubai Mall og Beach Club. Her vil vi gjerne bo igjen ved en annen anledning.
