I called to makw sure the pool was working before i booked and they assured me thar it was. But after arriving it wasnt. Never would of stayed if known that. The quote HOT breakfast was at best lukewarm

The lady at the front desk, was very nice. The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, shower good. We drive a truck and trailer, had room to park in back. Advertised pool and breakfast, pool was down, and oven broke. Figured they would of had at least rolls and juice, but didn't. Ice machine down, had to get from front counter to get ice. Since we travel for a living, we count on breakfast being included.

The hotel and rooms were clean and nice. Staff was courteous, efficient, available and friendly. There was not enough washcloths in the bathroom. The staff was very accommodating in supplying those needed, but I had to dress and ask for them. Maybe I could have just called the desk. Also ran out of facial tissues. Finally, the hotel could use vending machines. I was told there wasn't any.

Everything was great. Coffee and hot water was not always piping in the lobby and there was no microwave in the room, but I was able to run it through the coffee maker in the room to heat it up. Everything was very comfortable. As expected for a Hampton Inn.

Usually Hampton Inns are a safe bet. Not this one. Breakfast was terrible…eggs and sausage looked like they had been sitting out for hours. Eggs were swimming in liquid. Yogurt and milk were room temp. Oatmeal was cold. My husband still has PTSD from the big bite he took, lol. The bathtub in the room was so stained and discolored that neither one of us showered during our overnight stay because we didn’t want any part of it. The window shade was broken. Hallways smelled stale and were warm and muggy. Very disappointed.

We have stayed at this hotel previously with no problem. There were no issues. This time, the lamp by my side of the bed did not work. Not a big deal. However, we were only in the room a couple hours before bed and I was shocked at how filthy my socks got on the bottom walking around the room so briefly. Otherwise everything appeared clean. For $182 for one night this is unacceptable. Will not be returning. Just gross.

The room and common areas were spotless. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The new renovation is well done - just like a new hotel. Our only negative is the very strong smell of air freshener. Cut down on this as doesn’t need it. We do highly recommend this hotel.

Dirty, food under bed when check in. Lamps had dust all over . Mold was on the bathroom title and the chairs had stains. I will never stat here again .

The room stunk horribly. It smelled like dirty feet. The carpet is in serious need of cleaning. Employees banged the store room door against our room wall all day and again around 1:00 in the morning. The shower didn’t drain well. Water sprayed everywhere. We usually enjoy our Hampton Inn experience, not this time.

Needs to be updated! Blinds broken,tub looked old and worn. The ladies that work there for breakfast are a delight. When we return we will stay at the hotel my family member stayed at for 50 less and was nicer .

The hotel is in a big need of an overhaul. Everything is dated and worn - but not dirty. Just not the usual bright modern hampton inn we are used to - but yet the same price. The incidental charge of $100 was exorbitant - there was no place to actually incur $100 of incidentals. The staff was very friendly.

We went for a couples anniversary trip to the halls of fames in the area. We got no sleep due to uncomfortable bed and neighbors had a big dog that barked periodically all night long. The door also would not shut without slamming it.

The room was very nice but I had trouble signing on to the internet. I would have to go and stand right by the door for it to connect. I would go back to sit down and sometimes it would kick me off. Breakfast and coffee were ok

Hotel was very clean, room was a comfortable temperature, staff was very kind. We booked this hotel with our 6 week old baby because they advertise a refrigerator in the room which we needed for his milk. The fridge never got cold enough in the 2 hour timer it has. I ended up deciding to get ice to keep it cold. We didn’t have a bucket or bags for the ice so I ended up using coffee cups which of course melted fairly quickly even kept in the closed fridge. The stay was seamless other than that but that was a huge hiccup for us.

Standard breakfast with nice variety. What stood out at this location was the staff! Everyone always had a smile and said hi every time I would walk past the desk. A very friendly staff that made me feel very welcomed. The room was on par with many other Hampton Inn’s I have stayed in. This facility, what stood out the most was the fantastic staff.

We stayed here when we were in town to see music at the Blossom Music Center. Very clean, decent restaurants nearby and easy travel to the music venue. The surprise bonus was the two story Barnes and Noble within walking distance!!

As close to perfect as could be, however we were looking forward to the breakfast buffet, but it was not available during our stay. A very disappointing breakfast selection of watery yogurt and less than fresh bagel. The coffee was hot and delicious. Overall the best place we have stayed at on our cross country road trip. Highly recommend this stop in Akron.

Easy access to hotel. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, as well as accommodating. They were very helpful and attentive. Checking in was very easy and all instructions were clear. Rooms were clean, sanitary, and well stocked. Temp in bedroom were perfect and we had a good, quiet rest. Breakfast was hot and well stocked. Very happy overall and will highly consider renting again when back in town. Well done.

This Hampton Inn was only Fair. The main issue was the breakfast which was very limited. No eggs. No milk (one carton of almond milk). No yogurt. Hardly any breads/pastries,,The staff member managing the breakfast area did not seem especially interested in providing a good experience for the guests. The room was fine, but this Hampton Inn was far inferior to another Hampton Inn that I stayed at later in the week.
