There was no parking for hotel guest due to an event happening at the hotel. A little after 10pm the fire alarm came on and we all had to exit our rooms, that was an inconvenience. False alarm we were told.

This is our favorite place to stay. The complimentary breakfast, drinks and snacks are awesome. The customer service started out great, we were able to get an early check in, but by the next day we asked 3 times for towels and trash pickup, only, no cleaning the room or making beds because we did that, when there are 5 people in the room, it is reasonable I think, no one ever came, while we were gone during the day or when we got back in the evening. The pool is very filthy there was grime all around it. Where the white tiles with the # ft are were gross black. And the water looked green.

The staff working the front desk were extremely friendly. The cocktail hour was a bonus with free drinks and snacks. The pool was a little salty for some reason but very clean with lots of fresh towels. The rooms are always clean and plenty of space with with a mini fridge and a separate room to keep the kids away from mom and dad, lol. The free breakfast is always a win especially when you have a family of 5. This is our go to when we stay in Albq. I highly recommend and it's right off the highway so it's easily to get to.

Only issue is they need to fix the elevators. They only had one working elevator for the entire hotel, which I think has 9 floors. And it would stop at each floor. We were on the 6th floor with 2 bikes, a dog and 4 pieces of luggage, so going up and down the stairs was difficult, but our only option because there were so many people waiting for the elevator. Also it was very busy because they also host events there.

Relax trip before attending a conference.. very cold conditions but hotel was very comfortable..breakfast was delicious and plentiful as always..afternoon happy hour snacks and libations were a welcome site after touring the city.. was disappointed to pay parking 12.50 per day.. there were plenty of spaces the 2 days we were there..

We have stayed at the Embassy Suites before a few times and we love contactless checkin, the breakfast buffet and the convenient location. We did not like that the pool shower was broken, the pool was cloudy and that there was a dirt ring around the pool. We also were unhappy that we didn't know we needed to get a drink coupon from the front desk for the free happy hour. That should have been an update in the app when we used contactless checkin.

Spacious rooms and we received a free drink when we arrived. Had a little restaurant in the lobby that had great pizza. Pool area was a little off- very cloudy pool.

Our room was dirty. There were cracker crumbs all over the sofa. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom. I did take pictures. I would love to share the photos with you.But for being a Hilton hotel, I think it’s ridiculous how nasty it really was.

Elevator was quick and easy to get to the room. Don’t like dirty bed , stains on blankets, hair in bed. Bathroom one towel for 4 people, dirty tub and clogged bathroom. Smells odd in bathroom.

Do not disturb sign was torn so I could put on my door. Room smelled musty/bad. Cooling didn’t work well and as a result I slept poorly both nights. Technician did come up to repair thermostat and it worked for a while but stopped during the night. Front desk and chat weren’t staffed well. Checking out there were several of us waiting with nobody in sight to help for at least five minutes. I do like this hotel and hope things improve as I’d like to stay there again. breakfast staff were really friendly and kept things up great. Great staff member who checked me in.

The property was very nice and very clean lobby and check in staff was amazing. We just had an issue with their room with the blankets on the bed being dirty blood stains. When we asked for them to be changed. It took them a day and a half for them to come up and bring another blanket. We just went and bought some blankets at a near by Walmart Also, there was no trash cans in the room and no water pressure in the bathroom.

Check in was smooth and the hotel staff was helpful. The lobby area is nice and the room was spacious, however it was not very clean and had only 2 towels and 1 washcloth privided. I do feel it is overpriced for what you get.

When we came into room and bathroom - the shower had a used washcloth on shampoo area ( so a little concerned bathroom wasn’t cleaned thoroughly) and we only had one washcloth and hand towel available to us… :-( No trash can in bathroom… Other than that it seemed cleaned We enjoyed the bar food and drinks.

Everything was great! The food, the staff and even other guests! The only yhing was the shower..no water pressure and could be hotter, but other than that, everything was great! One thing i wonder though, if the room sleeps six, why are there only 3 towels???

Overall, this hotel is very comfortable. Upon arriving I tried to inquire about possibly checking in early if possible. The front reception person was very condescending. I asked a question, and he made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. I let him leave the area and came back to speak to another receptionist who was very courteous and actually put me on the list to be notified when a room would be ready for early check in. One other thing that needs to be worked on is the internet speed. I went there to stay for a business trip and the Wi-Fi was so glitchy and in and out it made it virtually impossible to do what I needed to do for work. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay minus the rude behavior from the reception area upon initial arrival.

Feliz was awesome at check in and check out. She was helpful and kept me informed of what was happening in the process. Bernadette and Adam were helpful at the evening reception serving and keeping the food stocked. It is always a good experience. Breakfast I was surprised because I was used to having the items my family loves in bigger serving trays. I was a little disappointed but it's not going keep me and my fam from staying there again. :).

Bar staff the lady, was extremely rude, & lied to us. Didn’t want to serve us because we showed up 25 minutes till close, asked for an extra pillow as I needed one because of broken bones in my lower back which we never got. Only had one tv remote for two tvs in two different rooms. Waited till almost 11 for a remote. Pool was being cleaned way too long after they had been up at 6:00 am & we tried going at 9:00am, 10:30am, && one more time at 11:15am! Bathroom was def not the cleanest!! Floor & couch in sitting room could have def used a good clean. It smelled like mold in the room. I was extremely excited to stay in what they claim is a 5 star hotel. Left not the happiest. Oh well! Guess we’ll find somewhere else to stay. (We come down very often! For doctor appointments, activities for my children, etc!)

The room said it could sleep 5. The king size bed and couch bed coount NOT sleep 5 comfortably. Only 3 or 4 maybe. The bag bedding for the couch did not have sheets or a pillow only a blanket in it. I called for a set and it took 2 hours for them to bring them, they came in the middle of the night after I already went to the front desk after 30 min of waiting to get I had kids that needed to go to bed. Providing 2 towels and 2 wash clothes in a room is not enough for a room that sleeps 5 people.

Upon check-in, I received keys to an occupied room. Walked in on a lady. I had also reserved a room for my sister with two beds and she was given a room with one bed. Then when we complained about it we were told that our room selection was not guaranteed and they had no more rooms with two beds. I complained to the manager, David, which took care of us and was able to find us a room with two beds. Thank you for that. The rooms are decent. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was quite small for that size of hotel. There was a lot of people trying to fit in the small pool. My stay was an overall two star mainly because of the hassle with the check-in. After traveling all day, you just want to check into your room and relax. And this was not the case. I spent two hours figuring things out with the staff that was not wanting to be very helpful until the manager took over.

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites Albuquerque! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience comfortable—after mentioning that the pull-out couch in our original room wasn’t ideal, they kindly upgraded us to a top-floor suite with two queen beds and a private patio. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made a big difference in our stay. We loved having two separate rooms and a balcony overlooking downtown. Watching the sunrise and sunset from our beds was a real highlight! The included breakfast was amazing—fresh, filling, and a great way to start the day. Room service was surprisingly excellent, don’t listen to the restaurant reviews, that’s just tourists being tourists. The location is super central and made it easy to get around ABQ. Overall, a fantastic experience with great service. We’d definitely stay here again!

We were in Albuquerque for our sons baseball tournament. I actually found your hotel on TikTok and you all didn't disappoint! The room was very clean. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Beds were so comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Can't wait to stay there again. Found our favorite place to stay when visiting Albuquerque. Thank you so much

I paid in advance to reserve a room with two beds. At check in everything seemed normal. Once I got up to the room I discovered that they gave me a room with one bed. I then tried to call the front desk only to discover that the phone in the room did not work so I had to go back downstairs to the front desk and ask why was I given the room with just one bed when I had booked a room with two beds and the lady then informed me that the reason why was because they were out of rooms with two beds.

This property is beautiful. The breakfast is good and so is their social hour where you get 2 drinks and they have a snack out like cheeses and fruit. We were close to I25 so traveling around was pretty easy.

The breakfast was great. The manager'reception was chincy at best. The complete lack of adequate seating on New Year's Eve was insulting. My wife, adult son and I had to sit on a rock ledge because all of the usual seating was for the Masquerade party or buffet dinner. The stamping of a card for our two drinks made it seem like we were using food stamps. The chips and salsa with crumbs of Carmel corn was very unimpressive for an Embassy Suites. Take a lesson from the Embassy Suites in Frisco, Texas. They serve three different cubed cheeses, celery, carrots, ranch dip, pretzels chips and dip ect. The rooms and staff were great, as well as the breakfast, but either have a manager's reception or cancel it.

The hotel is beautiful the staff is exceptional always friendly and accommodating the breakfast was delicious a lot more food varieties than other hotels and even though I don’t drink alcohol I thought the cocktail vouchers r pretty cool for people who need to unwind after a long day. Nice place will stay again!!

The amenities were great! I can’t compliment the breakfast and happy hour enough and the added benefit of a bar and coffee on premise made it have an all-inclusive feel! The room was very spacious, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable- slept great!!! Only complaints I have is not receiving daily maid service and towel exchange and having to pay for parking.

For such an expensive hotel you’d think the AC would work better. They had a maintenance man look at it and he said it was working fine but the room was hot and it wasn’t cooling off. Also, the shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower were completely empty. They also offer “Starbucks” in their little cafe. It’s a barista who has no idea how to make Starbucks drinks. Drinks were terrible. The staff was friendly enough though. And the location was central to everywhere I needed to go. Great breakfast buffet.

I enjoyed my stay at the embassy suites Albuquerque. The hotel was very well taken care of and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My favorite part had to be the omelet station for breakfast. The restaurant stayed open late and the food was excellent. The gym could be a little bigger but it works.

We always enjoy our stays at Embassy Suites. Chexk in was quick and the staff was friendly and professional. We were recognized as Hilton Honors members and received a welcome package of water and snacks. The happy hour was great! The bartender was great! The room was comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, well stocked and hearty. We will definitely return!
