The staff was amazing. Derek in particular really made the trip great. He goes out of his way to assist, even when off hours. He helped us navigate the Shanghai in ways that made it easy. A HUGE thanks to Derek

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. You can tell that they were trained well by the manager. Hotel service, accommodations, etc. I don’t believe any hotel can compare with this one. Trips to Disneyland and the nearby zoo was a special treat for us. Shuttle service was provided by the hotel. The breakfast was of Chinese cuisine and very healthy. We give you the highest recommendation to stay at this hotel. You will truly enjoy your stay.

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. Butler took time to help me make phone calls and assisted me with transportation. Took time to text which trains I needed to take back to Hotel. Thank you Derik.
