The property was clean and well maintained. The staff were nice. Breakfast is included and featured many delicious options. The iced coffee available in the afternoon is a nice touch. We loved that there are two excellent mini golf courses on site. Location is great - lots of restaurants, shopping, and attractions nearby. The only thing to improve is the WiFi, and add a hot tub :-)

Very clean, safe area, mini-golf next door, centrally located between downtown and Settler’s Green. Free breakfast was nice, with a few hot items (eggs, biscuits, bacon, sausage, waffles), along with yogurts, bagels, pastries, etc. staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool, good value for cost.

The room was spacious and clean. Facilities were good. We enjoyed being able to use the indoor pool. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast area was very busy when we arrived so we initially had to sit with fold up tables which were close to the door, so a bit cold! Luckily we were able to move when a family left. The tables weren't cleaned whilst we were there. Our room was on the 3rd floor, which had an extremely loud ice machine close by. When that stopped for the evening, we were then subjected to extremely loud a/c in the corridor! We felt like there was a washing machine on constant spin mode in our room! Luckily we had ear plugs which helped! Shame about the noise but the beds were comfy...

We called to check in early and they were super accommodating- we got there and the staff were all really kinds and friendly. It was the little things that made this place awesome. They had a free movie at 7pm with seating and a projector. They also had a cereal station out so guests could enjoy a late night snack with the movie! Another HUGE bonus was the vending machine. This hotel has affordable kid friendly snacks in their vending machine! That’s never happened for us! I mean a yogurt squeeze with gummies for $1.75. I was just so impressed with the family friendly thought that this management has and I will DEFINITELY stay here again when we are in the area, just because of that.

I loved the layout of the room! It was very clean and well cared for. I wish the pool had been a little bit bigger. I felt like people were right on top of each other. However it was very clean. I did not love the breakfast offered. The hot food was not kept hot enough. The layout was a bit congested. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would stay there again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the hiking binder put together for different hikes in the area. The pool was clean and the workout room, although small had everything I needed, in good working order. The breakfast had a nice mix of hot and cold selections, staff was on hand to stock and keep area clean. Will stay with them again when visiting next.

Nice hotel, check in person was not to friendly, but other staff was nice and helpful, room was comfortable, breakfast is average, laundry facility was affordable, great location, parking was about 60 yards away, gym was very small and a disappointment. I would stay here again.

The hotel was very clean, staff during breakfast and housekeeping were very polite.. My biggest problem with this hotel was that there are no receptacles other then one in the bathroom on the wall.. You have to utilize plugs that are on the lamps.. to charge your phones and electronics.. None of the plugs worked or they were super loose not allowing you to charge your phone. I was only able to charge two phones in the bathroom.. Also the t v has no guide.. You have no clue.What channel is which or what you're watching.. Also found the pool very small not accommodating for guests ...

The property was friendly and golf course was nice. Breakfast was good other than our extremely wobbling table. There was a dangerous water grate that has a pretty big hole next to it in parking lot. Very scary with young children. At least put a cone up so someone doesn't break a leg or fall in. Room was very clean other than mold all over ceiling of bathroom that got my daughters allergies going. Mattress was ok little to hard for us so didn't sleep great. So overall not a bad place. Nice pool. I would stay again at a much lower rate. I paid almost paid $300 and felt overcharged.

The floral landscaping at this Comfort Inn is absolutely gorgeous. Makes a wonderful first impression. Staff are amenable. Our 2 Queen room was clean, comfortable and spacious with a cozy little extra living room. We appreciated how quiet it was too. The breakfast room was tight, but so efficiently laid out and stocked, there was no crowning at all. The adjacent mini-golf course is a fun activity. While we didn’t walk to any restaurants, there are some nearby. Highly recommend this Comfort Inn. Keep doing what you're doing.

We book d a room for 5 and were concerned the family room would be too tight for us, but the room was designed in away that fit our family perfectly. The beds were comfy and so was the sofa bed. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and welcoming! The ice coffee self making bar was a sweet surprise and the kids appreciate the yummy baked cookies at the front desk every evening. The hotel is close to everything you would like to do in North Conway, and had acceded our expectations.

The property was beautiful, as was my room. I would absolutely stay there again. The breakfast and breakfast facilities were very nice. Staff were super friendly and courteous. My only complaint, which I reported at check out, is that all four of the power sockets on the two nightstand lights were worn out and would not hold a plug. Being a CPAP and portable phone user, this presented an issue for me. I carry an extension cord and multiple outlet adapter on road trips and was able to bypass the nightstand light, but had I been flying, that would not have been the case.

Stayed for one night, and everything’s fine. The room is big with an additional sofa. The bed is too soft, though. The breakfast has scrambled eggs, sausages, waffles, bagels, cereal, and juice. It would be better if there were carts of milk. The staff are friendly. Overall, it's a nice place.

The staff was super kind. I forgot My charging cube for my iPhone, and they let me borrow one at the front desk. The lamps in the rooms don’t have usd ports, only plugs .just fyi. Great breakfast. The bed was SO COMFORTABLE! I stayed in a king suite. Will stay there again!

The room was very nice & spacious. Breakfast was very good & provided a reasonable variety. The air conditioner was very old & extremely noisy. Sounded like a washing machine even just with the fan on. We got very little sleep the first night. Requested for the unit to be checked, but it wasn’t. Front desk admitted that they were very old & slowly being replaced. Had to turn it off at night to be able to sleep. It’s unfortunate because the room was excellent otherwise. My wife was run down from lack of sleep, got a cold & had to go to urgent care after our 2nd night.

The room was unusually large with two queens plus a separate living area. Very clean and nicely decorated. The cooked breakfasts were great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Little extras like all day cider and coffee were a nice touch. Highly recommended. As is the Muddy Moose restaurant down the road.

I was traveling with my two young kids and the hotel was pleasant- no complaints until I took them swimming and one of the pool filter covers wasn’t screwed in and I fell into it walking to get towels. I got a massive bruise the length of my calf and scraped up my knee. I told the staff and they did ask my room number- I thought to maybe call up and ask if I was ok or needed ice etc since I’m with a 3 and 5 year old and can’t really be runnning all over to deal with it. Nobody did anything except ask me if I was ok on heck out. I told them it was really bruised- the receptionist asked if I needed a dr… well I can’t be carting my children to the ER that’s for sure. I would have take.n some help to my car with the 4 bags I was carrying while waking across the icy parking lot with the kiddos but again… nothing. Super disappointed in the experience. To top it off I called comfort inn and emailed the general manager and it’s been 4 days with no response.

We called to check in early and they were super accommodating- we got there and the staff were all really kinds and friendly. It was the little things that made this place awesome. They had a free movie at 7pm with seating and a projector. They also had a cereal station out so guests could enjoy a late night snack with the movie! Another HUGE bonus was the vending machine. This hotel has affordable kid friendly snacks in their vending machine! That’s never happened for us! I mean a yogurt squeeze with gummies for $1.75. I was just so impressed with the family friendly thought that this management has and I will DEFINITELY stay here again when we are in the area, just because of that.

Very clean, safe area, mini-golf next door, centrally located between downtown and Settler’s Green. Free breakfast was nice, with a few hot items (eggs, biscuits, bacon, sausage, waffles), along with yogurts, bagels, pastries, etc. staff was friendly and helpful. Nice pool, good value for cost.

This property is fabulous. The suites are clean, spacious and very well equipped. Tea /coffee machine, fridge and microwave. Well stocked. Rooms are very comfortable, beds super comfy. Choice of pillows 😍. Facilities are all very good, free breakfast, pool, laundry (only $2 for a wash and same for dry, ample time to dry everything). Staff are very friendly, helpful and courteous. It is very well situated, plenty of shops, places to eat and drink all within walking distance. Have mini golf after April. Skiing all within half an hours drive. Cant wait to stay again.

The comfort inn is on the main road in North Conway, New, Hampshire. It’s a very busy road. Great room. It would be fantastic if you could replace the plastic and cardboard breakfast cutlery and plates with proper cutlery and plates. Not only is it disgusting that so much is thrown away every day, but it’s horrible to eat food off cardboard plates with a small plastic knife and fork. Come on, stop this waste and set an example.

I loved the layout of the room! It was very clean and well cared for. I wish the pool had been a little bit bigger. I felt like people were right on top of each other. However it was very clean. I did not love the breakfast offered. The hot food was not kept hot enough. The layout was a bit congested. Overall it was a pleasant experience and I would stay there again.

The room was unusually large with two queens plus a separate living area. Very clean and nicely decorated. The cooked breakfasts were great and the staff very friendly and helpful. Little extras like all day cider and coffee were a nice touch. Highly recommended. As is the Muddy Moose restaurant down the road.

The room was clean. The bathroom has some outdated fixtures that have some rust and could use updating. The room itself was very clean and nice. We liked having 2 Mini-golf courses right on site but, the downfall was when we came back from dinner the parking lot was nearly full because of the golf players not staying. Breakfast was okay but the attendants couldn't keep up with the demand and there wasn't enough tables for the busy Saturday am rush. The pool was small but the area was nice. We would definitely stay again.
