Look no further! This well appointed boutique hotel is a delight! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Plenty of common areas to relax, breakfast and snacks included every day. Would definitely recommend!

We loved our stay at the Blind Tiger! From the moment we arrived, our experience was lovely. Our host Katrina was warm and welcoming. She gave us a tour of the common areas, which includes a den with couches and games, a 24-hour self-serve coffee, tea, and snack bar (with fresh-baked brownies and cookies!), a solarium full of beautiful plants and lots of seating, and the dining room (where breakfast is served). Blind Tiger is conveniently close to the waterfront and Church Street, so we opted to walk to downtown rather than drive most of the time. I recommend the walk. The view over Lake Champlain is beautiful. We stayed on the third floor in "Mikey's Hideout." It was a spacious suite with a living room, bathroom with clawfoot tub and walk-in shower, and separate bedroom with ample closet space. Each morning there was a large "Toast Bar" in the dining room. It really was a highlight for me. Breads, bagels, fresh muffins, hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and more! Katrina pointed out several locally procured items like yogurt, honey, and jam. We didn't get to wander the yard during our visit, but it looked lovely from the balcony outside of the solarium.

A very comfortable inn. The rooms are very nicely appointed. The breakfast spread was great. The public rooms are very comfortable to hang out in. It was nice that we could get water or snacks or coffee or tea whenever we wanted. Staff members all seemed very nice.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The house was so beautiful and perfectly styled. Breakfast in the sun room was so incredibly peaceful and inviting that I stayed in that room to draw and relax before check out!

The Blind Tiger house is an architectural gem, beautifully decorated. You instantly feel at home, with all the amenities within easy reach. The atmosphere is warm and refined. I highly recommend this place!

Nice location close to UVM campus-- walkable in nice weather. Staff was nice but I found sort of hard to know what to do once inside. Never having gone to a Bed and breakfast place before. Water and coffee hard to get in evening. Beautiful solarium room. Our room was clean, great decor, but weirdly light bulbs missing in the sconce lighting in bedroom and bathroom. Fireplace switch was so hard to find to turn off we had to Call maintenance. ( not the first one to do it so why not make it easier with a dab of paint?) The breakfast spread looked impressive but did not get a chance bc my uvm student had other plans for breakfast. Would stay again. Parking was full up when we were there, may be an issue if house is full. If

The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, as were the lovely gardens. Our complaint was with our room #14 on the third floor in the rafters with hardly room enough for two people to move about comfortably. Additionally, despite the assistance of our host on arrival, wrestling with our luggage down two flights of stairs on departure was difficult as well as a safety issue. However, we enjoyed our stay and would love to have had a longer visit in a different room...thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blind Tiger. We loved how easily we could walk downtown (about 15 minute walk) through safe neighbourhoods. The breakfast was exceptional, with lots of options. The grounds and building itself were stunning and comfortable. The staff were lovely and their thoughtful touches made the stay fantastic (snacks, beautiful solarium, fireplaces, local drinks).

The property itself is gorgeous. The room we stayed in was on the top floor, and due to the slanted roof, the bathroom was very small and cramped. There were also tiny moths living in the bathroom. The furniture was artfully curated but uncomfortable, especially the couch in the room. The rooms also do not have TVs as you are “encouraged to unplug,” which I’ve experienced at other upscale hotels before, but since the Burlington area left quite a lot to be desired (restaurants and shops close very early), it would have been nice to have a TV. There were multiple A/Cs in the room which was very nice, as sometimes the top floor can be hot and stuffy — not in this case! The staff were also very friendly and attentive. I would recommend not booking a room on the top floor if you’re tall or need room to get ready.

Our room had a bad odor issue. We tried to make the best of it, it was our 10th anniversary and we rarely spend so much on a room so it was pretty disappointing. The breakfast was great, staff seemed really helpful but we can’t say we would recommend the Gold Glitter room in its current condition. I work for a property manager so upon arrival seeing the multiple dehumidifiers and odor abatement devices scattered around the unit is a familiar sight for me. I hope future guests will be made aware of this issue before spending their hard earned money on this room. Wouldn’t it best to take the room offline and fix the underlying cause? Thanks.

A newly decorated facility it has both charm and needs. Inside is functionally modern, if no elevator or evening ice, and pleasant to use both in room and sitting areas. Outside the grounds sorely needed a groundskeeper, marble stairs were cracking ans a window was broken. Decor is a matter of taste, a very comfortable bed was combined with folding beach chairs, a plaid couch, and dead ferns in dried out wall vases (which turned out to be plastic and therefore meant to be that way.) Breakfast was very well done, and an espresso machine that worked all day was appreciated,

The hotel was overall decorated well and the staff was kind and attentive. My only real complaint was the condition of some of construction. You can tell they spent more money on the decor than hiring a quality contractor. When you walk in, the hotel first floor was beautiful as was our room. But when you look closely, walls and fixtures were not repaired/constructed well. I would stay there again, but only if the price is right.

stayed 2 nights -chose the room “forever tomgirl” loved the room but it faces a main street so you can hear the cars passing through. i still would have stayed in this room in spite of the noise because it’s roomy and very well decorated and comfortable. the breakfast and 24 hrs snack in the pantry is a plus and the views inside the sun room is spectacular and breathtaking

The location was great--walkable to downtown with lots of shopping, dining and activity choices. The hotel's lobby area was spacious and welcoming. Our hotel room was nicely decorated but rather noisy; we could hear the hallway noises, street noise, neighbors clanking around in their rooms etc. The bath robe and the coverlet on the bed didn't seem clean.

We loved our stay at the Blind Tiger! From the moment we arrived, our experience was lovely. Our host Katrina was warm and welcoming. She gave us a tour of the common areas, which includes a den with couches and games, a 24-hour self-serve coffee, tea, and snack bar (with fresh-baked brownies and cookies!), a solarium full of beautiful plants and lots of seating, and the dining room (where breakfast is served). Blind Tiger is conveniently close to the waterfront and Church Street, so we opted to walk to downtown rather than drive most of the time. I recommend the walk. The view over Lake Champlain is beautiful. We stayed on the third floor in "Mikey's Hideout." It was a spacious suite with a living room, bathroom with clawfoot tub and walk-in shower, and separate bedroom with ample closet space. Each morning there was a large "Toast Bar" in the dining room. It really was a highlight for me. Breads, bagels, fresh muffins, hard-boiled eggs, fresh fruit, and more! Katrina pointed out several locally procured items like yogurt, honey, and jam. Our stay at the Blind Tiger was fabulous. We had Room #6. It was a bit noisy in the morning from road traffic, but the comfort of the bed and sheets made it worth every second. The room was plenty spacious and the fireplace was perfect. The staff were extremely helpful and eager to please. We even extended our stay by one night.

Nice property in very quiet area of Burlington. Breakfast and amenities are very good. Close to downtown but a long walk that you should not do at night. No TVs which us nice unless your team is playing an important game.

The home and common areas are lovely, especially the gorgeous solarium where we enjoyed a delightful and artfully presented breakfast. The rooms were spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, as were the lovely gardens. Our complaint was with our room #14 on the third floor in the rafters with hardly room enough for two people to move about comfortably. Additionally, despite the assistance of our host on arrival, wrestling with our luggage down two flights of stairs on departure was difficult as well as a safety issue. However, we enjoyed our stay and would love to have had a longer visit in a different room...thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay at the Blind Tiger. It’s a little unconventional as hotels go in that you’re pretty much left to your own devices after 7pm. The buffet breakfast was excellent with good healthy choices. The decor is amazing each room has a design all of its own. The bedrooms are spacious and our bed was super comfortable. Would definitely recommend it and would stay again if we ever return to Vermont.

We loved our stay at the Blind Tiger Inn. It is set in a beautiful area of Burlington and the accommodations were great. We got a suite with bedroom, living room and bathroom. There is a skylight over the bed which made sleeping really nice. It also has a view of the lake. The bed was super comfortable. The shower was very modern/relaxing and they had a freestanding tub that looked very comfortable. The common areas, particularly the solarium, are stunning. Every morning, there is a large breakfast served that should satisfy most travelers. My only recommendations for improvements would be to have the inn staff a bit more present, and to trim the bushes a bit more often. Honestly, it was such a pleasure to stay here. We'll come again.

We stayed here a few times when it used to be the « Willard Street inn » and really enjoyed it. We were eager to try the new concept of Lark hotels « Blind Tiger ». Overall, we really missed the warmth of the service we used to have. First, you have to ring a bell to get someone to greet you. A gentleman came down quickly. He explains it’s now a « self service » guest house. At 800$ usd (1100$ cad) for two nights, I was surprised to hear that and tought: « let’s give them a chance ». Room #10 was small and the bed was not comfortable. No tv and no ironing board. No greeding attention, bath products made in China, etc. At a certain price, that is understandable but not at 400$ dollars/night. First morning, we found out it’s a breakfast buffet. You eat in a lounge with a few table and couches. It used to be a full service breakfast with homemade and local freshly baked goods, eggs « à la carte », etc. No employee available… A couple having breakfast in the « lounge » were looking for staff. They tried to ring…No answer. They had to ask a lady in the kitchen for help. Not sure this is the right product for the price. If you want to attract 20-30 year old people in a self service guest house maybe. But unfortunately, as is, it needs improvements. I spoke with Grace on Monday when we left. She was kind and listened. Hopefully, it will help.

The hosts were very friendly and responsive, and our room was lovely...would definitely recommend the first floor room we had. It was walkable for us, but it may be a little far from the downtown for others. Highly recommended.

This is a beautiful Inn with interesting decor - most of which is truly funky and fun, also warm and inviting. My biggest issue was breakfast. It was made to order, and the fruit was all frozen — which is to say it was frozen through the middle when it was served. But staff were lovely and there were free seltzers in the lobby. I would definitely stay again!

My husband and I had an amazing time. We only stayed briefly but it was a lovely place, nice and quite, close to downtown. They have an amazing breakfast option, I ended up having to ask where they go some of their breakfast options and have gone out a bought some for myself.

Really enjoyed the Blind Tiger. The big shared common areas on the ground floor were great fun. Our favorite was the bright sun room for breakfast or cocktails (byo) or breakfast. We got takeout Indian and had an awesome dinner with wine in the sun room. Good music and thoughtful amenities. Loved the snacks and desserts. Convinient location.
