While the Hotel looked as if it had been recently updated, the rear elevator was not working, the washer and dryers were down, the rear door was not adjusted right and would jump back at one time hitting my wife as she attempted to walk through the door. The staff seemed nice but our trip was in the middle of a soccer tournament and the breakfast was always empty with the staff not warming up fresh food until the food tray was almost empty. In this case the entire Hotel was booked. At the end the manager stated he would take care of us if we came back. This would be of course if he's still working there.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. There are so many food/shopping options in walking distance and the rooms smelled very fresh and were clean. The workers were friendly as well and asked if I had a preference on which floor you wanted to stay on. The elevator broke the 2nd day of my stay, but the maintenance man was working on fixing it when I checked out. I stayed on the 2nd floor so the stairs wasn't bad. I would stay here again.

Love the decor of the room. Very updated and clean lines and colors. Love the daily housekeeping!! Very convenient for our visit, near our son and next to grocery stores and Starbucks. Fitness room is nice though small. Front desk is always pleasant and efficient.

Overall good experience- very clean and nice- but no hot water for a shower and when I asked about it at check out they already knew the building was having an issue. It was going to an issue for a while . I’d think they should mention that as a warning at check in. There wasn’t a lot of sympathy for sure.

Though no fault of the hotel, the location of the huge AC units outside our window and the constant slamming of the firedoors for maintenence are horrible out side of our room

My family stayed at this property and was bitten by bed bugs. We received confirmation from the front desk the room tested positive for Lu e bed bugs. While the hotel refunded the room stay, they have continued to ignore requests for reimbursement for all the other expenses incurred. Expenses include exterminators, thrown away luggage and clothes, doctors, lost wages, mattress protectors. All because we brought the bugs home. Holiday Inm owned by CN Hotels and affiliated with IHG have all refused to help. I have traveled for over 30 years and have never encounters bed bugs. I will have scars on my body for the rest of my life and still sleep with the light on in hotels. It is disappointing that hotels don’t take care of their patrons.

We thought this was very close to where our appointment was but we were wrong. Ended up driving quite a way to get to our appointment. The room and facility were clean and nice. Our daughter had a different room and she said everything was "wet". Her socks were wet from walking on the carpet and her clothes she had left on the bed were wet. Some black spots on ceiling - maybe mold?

Our hotel stay was okay. The front desk was very friendly and quick to check us in. Overall the hotel itself was clean. Breakfast was great and hot! Our room on the other hand, mostly our bathroom could’ve used a more careful eye when cleaning. The shower floor was grimey and could’ve used a good scrub. The wall had a mysterious dried dark red “splatter” on it that I’m pretty sure was blood, and it was also on the socket. That was very off putting.

The room we were given was in poor condition. The ceiling was pealing and the AC didn’t work. The room was extremely cold and we could not adjust the temperature. The furniture was torn and the pillow cases had stains on them.

Our stay here started off excellent with the night clerk being so friendly and helpful. Our room was amazing! Clean, smelled wonderful. The AC was already on and the room was nice and cool. There were plenty of clean towels, wash cloths and hand towels. Absolutely loved the setup of body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles conveniently place on the wall in the shower as well as the hand wash and lotion on the wall by sink. The room was huge with mini fridge, kuerig coffee machine, iron and ironing board. The whole experience was Great and refreshing to get a room that exceeds your expectations for the price.

The hotel is clean, convenient and comfortable, and everyone is nice. They are quick to respond and accommodate service requests. Our AC was not working properly. Within 5 minutes someone was up there to look at it. It wasn't something they could fix quickly, so within 5 minutes we were in a new room. We have stayed here 4 times over the last year. It is always a pleasant stay.

We are light sleepers, the hotel was very accommodating when we asked to be moved away from the elevators and the highway. We had a great night sleep. In the morning the gentleman that handles the breakfast area was very warm, respectful and friendly. He made us feel welcomed.

There for treatment at Wake. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, especially Swift. In fact, we have stayed there numerous times and Swift has always gone above and beyond to try and help us. Thank you.

We checked in very late in the early morning, and the check-in attendant was excellent. He made our check in process very smooth and easy. When we got up the next morning for breakfast The attendant helping with cleaning and restocking the breakfast food was amazing. I didn’t catch his name, but he was the nicest gentleman and really made our experience that much better.

Very convenient location to everything, especially the Wake Forest medical center where we had business. It was within walking distance to eateries which was convenient since we were there after a snow/ice event. The only complaint is that our key kept timing us out each day and we had to rekey it. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here.

The front desk staff was nice and attempted to be helpful, however, my room (405) had stains (pink/red) on the carpet that I did not see until late when I closed the curtain and turned on the light between the two beds. The shower was nasty as if it had not been cleaned by the staff and there was no bacon or sausage for the breakfast, they said they ran out and was waiting on the truck. They could have simply went to the local market which was in walking distance to purchase bacon and sausage for the guest, the apple juice tasted like water. In my son's room (404) they had ants on the AC units-when asked if the staff had bug spray-none. There was also a continuous leak from the above-head AC unit for the handicap entrance (this was nasty-and there was no way to avoid it-seem like the AC had been leaking for weeks. The hotel has been renovated but not the AC units, there was also a plastic bag stuffed in a hole by my AC unit in rm (405) I was too afraid to pull it out cause I afraid of what might have come out if I did. The front desk attempted to offer me IHG points instead of a refund because I booked with expedia.
