I chose the Broadway Conference Center because it has an outdoor pool and a restaurant on site. Every staff member was friendly and professional. The food at the restaurant was excellent. There is a lovely outdoor area which I enjoyed every day. My room was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.

Customer Services were top notch 👌 Bed, bathrooms clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. The elevators weren't working 😕 and with all our luggage this was difficult. The old school continental breakfast was serviceable and the coffee was awful 😖 but we did find a local barista @lighthouse just down the way that was fantastic 😀 The pool and hottub looked great, we were simply too tired as this was a pitstop for us on our way home. Overall a great stay!

The room was dirty. The bed looked like it had already been slept in with hair in the sheets, toothpaste all over the beer like whoever cleaned it had no cares about what the room look like had to get sheets to remake the bed ourselves, so we could sleep in it

The room was very dated, but clean. There is no elevator, the stairs look very old. This property definitely needs some remodel. It didn’t feel safe to leave the room, there was some druggie outside the hotel. We came late and left early, the hotel was Quite overall.

Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet at night. Door let’s halllight in if you are sensitive to light (I wasnt). Casino attached so I was worried about late night noise but there wasn’t. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was low budget but that’s what we paid for (low budget) I would stay again.

From the outside of the building you would wonder if this place is where you would want to stay. The building is in need of paint and looks like it could be starting to fall down. Inside tho, our room was in great shape, the toiletries were top notch, and our room was quiet and very comfortable. The room size was larger than some. We had a fridge, but did miss not having a microwave in the room. .

I stay here everytime I visit Missoula simply because of 1)usually low price compared to others in area 2)close to Big Sky Brewing and 3) has a hotel bar with local brews on tap that include from Big Sky Brewing. It's an average hotel, friendly staff...but doesn't get 5 star overall rating because of slow wifi.

Staff were excellent—attentive, pleasant and helpful. The rooms lack adequate soundproofing so I used earplugs often. Room and bath were reasonably clean and comfortable. Single mattress on bed was quite bouncy, but I slept just fine on it. Carpet on floors looked ready for a refresh, I expect with pergo or similar hard flooring. The continental breakfast is what one would expect. Lots of high carb choices. Cold boiled eggs were the only protein I saw.

Superb service. Great location with easy access to the airport. Room was not built for noise reduction. Plenty of talking and TV noise could be heard all adjacent rooms. Difficult to sleep. The Still Room bar was an added bonus connected to hotel.

When I was checking in at my scheduled and confirmed time, I was told the room was not ready. When I asked when it would likely be ready, I was told that they have no idea and that was the best she could do. There was no effort to accomodate me. When I expressed concern, it was only when another employee stepped in and changed me to an available room. This person got me checked in quickly. If I had not asserted myself I would've had to wait for an undisclosed period of time. Lastly, I never received an apology.

Staff was friendly and helpful . The room was clean and quiet . The bed was especially comfortable and had great blankets ! The restaurant/bar attached to the hotel had amazing food and was a really cool atmosphere hang out and have a drink . Overall it was a really nice place to stay.

If you liked being harassed by the head of house keeping, this is the place for you!!! I was late checking out. This is my fault 100%. I was late 35 to 45 minutes. Every 10 the house keeper manager was pounding on my door to rush me out. I told her that I was going as fast as I could and was scrambling to get my stuff gathered. The third time I answered in a towel fresh from the shower. I wasn't sitting there doing nothing, but trying to make progress. The 4th time, she she said she didnt want to have to call the cops on me. My son is scrambling to pack up, and was apologizing saying he was sorry it was his fault and didn't want to go to jail, and he knows how American police work. (We're Canadian.) Every time she stopped to knock she added 5 to 10 minutes to our check out to have the same conversation. When all was said and done, I spoke with the front desk. Head House Keeper was saying "they" were rushing her to get the room ready. I said charge my credit card. The gal at the front desk said I just needed to call and say we needed a late check out and they could extend it an hour to 12pm. We were out by 11:45am at the latest. I should've called down, but was rushed to get out the door by the House Keeper Manager, contradicted what was told to me. Her rushing us and threatening to call the police over shadowed all other experiences I had with staff there.

Freddie at the front desk was fantastic! The facility overall was good, however, no easily available elevators, this was an issue since I had booked 2 rooms together with handicap issues check marked, one of the rooms was on the ground floor, however the other room was on the second. The beds were very hard, and the pool did not have a sufficient amount of towels.

I stayed at the Broadway Inn for a bachelorette party. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The night clerk was extremely accommodating and very helpful. The room and motel were extremely clean. I would have to say one of the cleanest room I have stayed in during my travels across Canada and the US. The bed was very comfortable. The motel was quiet allowing my husband and I to rest peacefully. The only 2 things I would suggest are more healthier breakfast choice because my husband is diabetic and has to be careful with sugar intake. The 2nd issue I notice is outside lighting in the back of the building could be improved. We were told to park in the back close to our room but due to the poor outside lighting and close location to the homeless shelter we parked in front. I had such a peaceful sleep I definitely recommend this hotel!

It has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness could be better, especially the bathroom floor. This section of town is unfortunately a bit less desirable than other areas of Missoula. Seemed like a number of unsheltered people. Not many businesses nearby either. The hotel staff were very nice. And the breakfast is good.
