Very close to shopping mall and food options. Hotel staff was friendly. Hot Tub ane Pool were in working order. Hot Tub may need its filter changed. It was foamy and had debris floating in water. Rooms were very clean but beds are hard and tend to dip to the middle. New beds are needed. If your looking for a one night stay with a good breakfast then this is a good option. Great price as well.

The Sleep Inn Missoula is at the low end of the Sleep Inn chain. They meet the necessary requirements to be a Sleep Inn, but barely. The pool is about the size of a large hot tub. The breakfast was just ok.

The hotel is in a good location for the south side of town. However, I got that specific hotel because of the pool and hot tub for my kids. The pool was freezing. (56 degrees we were informed by the front desk). The hot tub wasn’t even a warm tub, and the air in the pool room was cold. It was not enjoyable for me or my kids. Additionally, there was a person at the front desk who I was trying to get some information from and she rather rudely brushed me off because she was trying to buy concert tickets. The tv in the room was really difficult to use. Also a negative with bored kids. I don’t think I’ll stay there again.

Hot tub was advertised, but it was not functioning had not been functioning for 4 to 5 days. No cop for the lack of this amenity. Expedia, it is very hard to get refund through your system. Otherwise we would refunded it and gone to another one that had a hot tub.

Heat pump/ac sounds like clanging symbols, shampoo dispenser was left empty, maybe do a routine hot tub cleaning on a week day instead of the weekend. I remember we used to pay 117.00 to stay now at 240.00 outrageous.

I booked this property as it had a hot tub and we were doing a long bicycle ride earlier in the day so we wanted to soak. The hot tub was unavailable. It was also the smallest room I’ve ever seen. The positive was that it was clean and had a hot breakfast buffet.

Huge Kudos to the evening gal who worked while we were there and had a really obnoxious group of Albertans partying next to us, after asking them to be quiet and not getting anywhere, she graciously let us switch rooms at 11:00 at night with no extra charge. Will definitely stay again as our first time there was wonderful. Property is clean and pool and hot tub are great!

There was alot of mold in the shower and after swimming, the carpet was odd, like a sponge. It was sopping wet the day we left 2 days later and we weren’t even that wet from the pool. Breakfast was slim-

Shower was a very dated stand up with no tub, looked filthy! Opted not to use it. After washing my hands in the sink realized it was clogged, staff attempted to fix it it this was at 11pm as I checked in around 10. They had no replacement rooms and it appeared to only be the one person at the front desk that could attempt to assist. She was very polite and got the sink to drain enough that we could use it but it continued to drain slow. Carpet looked old and stained, beds were uncomfortable, window sills had dead gnats and I'm pretty sure there was someone’s toe nail on the carpet. Would never stay again.

Upon entering our room it felt cold and not clean. the smell was not good. After the long drive the first thing my wife did was use the toilet, upon flushing it over flowed all over the floor. I went back to the front desk and the clerk said they would be right up to clean it up. I said no thanks we would rather have a different room. Upon entering the next room we found the carpet to be dirty and hair in the shower. We went back to the desk and got a refund. We went elsewhere.

I’ve stayed here many times still one of my favorite places to stay just wasn’t happy with the cleanliness of the room. There was a big stain on the comforter and just didn’t look like the floor was vacuumed well.

I can’t believe this place charges over $200/night! It was so dirty. Stains all over our room. Dirty towels folded and put back out by the pool. I wouldn’t stay here again for free.

Room was very clean & had new carpet however it was very small. We stayed in a room with two double beds, it had limited space and seemed cramped. The hotel was safe, very nice employees but breakfast was limited and in a small room/ area. I would consider staying here again if we weren’t with extended family.

The staff was great and check in was easy. The rooms had a great layout and were clean. The beds were comfortable. The exterior of the pullout couch looked great but the interior didn’t look so great and there were no sheets on it or nearby to be found. I’m positive it was something I missed and at the time was too tired to ask.They have a decent continental breakfast. Definitely would rebook and recommend.

Great location in relation to shopping and other needs, but we had our cooler stolen and tricked toolbox broken into. Staff did not return my call regarding checking cameras or follow up with my questions. Thankfully, the items stolen weren’t expensive or irreplaceable. Staff on hand were not interested in helping me at that point.

I was very upset when I came back to the hotel to change my shoes and my door was unlocked when I had a do not disturb sign when I left someone came in made the bed up. Left the door unlocked. Nothing was taken, but nothing was cleaned. Just the bed was made up anybody could’ve walked into my room and stole my jewelry, my cash my passport very disappointing and all I got was I’m sorry. No one has called me. No one has text me. No one’s asked me if I wanted to refund nothing not even how can I make this better?

The hotel was fine, but the main problem we had were the dogs barking in the room next to us. All night long they barked and it was like they were in our room. We made multiple request to the dog owners to make them stop. Complained to the night clerk multiple times as well and was told there was nothing they could do as the hotel is "dog friendly". They didn\'t talk to the guests or even try to do anything though. Resulted in zero sleep. That all being said, location was good, beds were comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good too...but will not stay here again.

I called in advance to check on the status of the hot tub and they said it was working, i booked the room right after but when we got there the front desk said it was out of order (this is only 15 minutes after i called) the whole reason i wanted this stay was for the hot tub. The lady at the front desk, was very unprofessional and dis curtious. She was very rude. If i had known the hot tub wasnt working, i would have not booked this room which was non refundable. She was very rude and unpleasant to work with. Waste of time and money considering i called the hotel 15 mins prior to arriving and was told the hot tub worked. Now we are out $90 to stay in a room that is very flithy and has broken applicances, and out a hot tub due to a staff member lying. Needless to say i am very disappointed.

The hotel itself was ok, the room was clean and the hallways dingy but did not appear dirty. THe rooms have little or no sound baffling. The area is rough -in the middle of an industrial/commercial zone so walking at night did not appeal. If you are on a budget, then it is not bad value for money. We will not stay there again though. THe area was off putting

Breakfast was better than most hotels offer, scrambled eggs, fried sausage, continental breakfast stuff. Also, we had a door that it did not close easily kind of a battle to get it to close. Additionally, I noticed soap scum on the shower shelf, but the rest of it was very clean.

The property was ok. Seems to be a common practice at this chain of hotels to only serve breakfast until 9am. This isn’t very realistic when it’s summer, you are on holidays and have been travelling with kids. Having breakfast until 10am would be a better option for many. As a travel agent these are things that I really notice when I’m recommending and booking hotels for my clients. The restaurant next door is one to try for sure! The food is great and the staff are friendly.
